The subject of this thesis is the consumer protection in the tourist industry in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the consumer protection in the Czech Republic in general. There is determined the term "consumer" and stated the list of legal enactments related to this issue. The second part is concerned with some duties of tourism service providers from the view of public law. The third and fundamental part of this thesis deals with contract law in tourism. There are examined the most usual contract types in this area, especially package travel contract. In the last part I mention consumer law enforcement in the Czech Republic. This part is aimed at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Project.

In the diploma thesis "Cooperation of Fire Rescue Brigade of Central Bohemia Region and Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps Units of Municipalities with Predestination for Traffic Accident Interventions", the author dealt with the evaluation of possibilities of cooperation in traffic accidents between fire brigade units of Central Bohemia and voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities destined for rescue and liquidation accidents. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are given the basic terms from the area of rescue of injured persons from crashed vehicles, legal and internal regulations dealing with this issue and criteria for fulfillment of predetermination for rescue work in traffic accidents - professional training, numbers and equipment with mobile fire equipment and material means fire protection for rescue. The next chapter in the theoretical part is the concrete activities of fire protection units in the type of traffic accident. The conclusion of the theoretical part consists of the existing situation in the Central Bohemian Region - description of transport infrastructure, area coverage of the region by fire protection units destined for rescue work in traffic accidents and statistics of accident rate on roads for 2018, in which the fire brigade of the Central Bohemia Region and units of voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities intervened predestined for rescue work in traffic accidents. The practical part presents the results of the questionnaire survey. For this questionnaire survey, the first representative sample of the survey was selected by the commanders of voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities of the Central Bohemian Region destined for rescue operations in traffic accidents. The second representative sample of the survey was selected by guarantors for individual territorial departments of the Central Bohemian Fire Rescue Service for rescue together with instructors for rescuing injured persons in road accidents at individual stations of the Fire Rescue Service of the Central Bohemia Region. The survey was carried out for a defined set in the form of a semi-structured questionnaire. Individual questionnaires were evaluated on the basis of the survey in Chapter 3. Discussion. This evaluation found that no one is a clear opponent of volunteer fire brigade units in municipalities destined for rescue operations in traffic accidents and their traffic accidents are desirable, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. As a measure to increase the efficiency of cooperation between the fire brigade units of the Central Bohemian Region by voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities with a predestination for rescue work in traffic accidents, it was recommended to newly determine the units of voluntary fire brigades of municipalities for rescue work in road accidents in the Central Bohemian Region where unit of Fire Rescue Brigade of Central Bohemia Region has a long range. Furthermore, it was recommended to create internal regulations regulating the minimum equipment of mobile fire fighting equipment and material fire protection equipment for rescue of volunteer fire brigade units of municipalities destined for rescue work in traffic accidents and to develop a new internal regulation regulating the requirements of training fire brigade units as they are confusing.

This thesis deals with analysis of EU rules on entry and residence on the territory of Member States. These rules are described from the perspective of different groups of people, EU citizens, citizens of EFTA Member States, family members or citizens of Turkey, and also from the perspective of Member States participating in the Schengen Border Area and Member States outside this Area. The core of this thesis consist is the analysis of four key EU rules in this field, namely the Border Code (Regulation 562/2002), the Visa Code (Regulation 810/2009), the 539/2001 Regulation and the 2004/38 Directive, as well as relevant case law of the Court of Justice, that influences the interpretation of the rules in hand significantly. The rules are also assessed from the point of view of principles of legal certainty and legitimacy.

This diploma thesis presents an analysis of speech impairments accompanying Parkinson's disease. This paper is divided into two sections - theoretical and practical. The first section gives a brief overview of available Czech and foreign literature and articles about this neurodegenerative disease. The section examines the questions of its aetiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment. There can be found also a description of speech impairment connected with this disease, which is mainly hypokinetic and hyperkinetic dysarthria and dysphagia. It also deals with the problem of other limitations in communication such as facial bradykinesia or speech intelligibility. In the last chapter of theoretical part is described speech therapy and intervention with the emphasis on therapy, diagnostics and the effects of pharmacology an non-pharmacological treatment such as deep brain stimulation on speech performance in Parkinson's disease. This diploma thesis deals with the corporate income tax. At first there are explained adjustments of accounting profit in the procedure defining the tax base, the most important part of which relates to tax deductible and non-deductible expenses. Subsequently there is defined how to determine the amount of payable tax and how to report this tax in financial statements. There is also mentioned the impact of payable tax on the disposable profit. The hypothesis, that in most cases the payable income tax is higher than the product of accounting profit before tax and tax rate, is tested in the concluding part of this thesis.

This State Support for People with Disabilities, pursuant to Act No. 329/2011 Coll. diploma thesis is focused on the research of state financial support in a selected sample of respondents. In the theoretical part, I have described the current situation in the area of support for people with disabilities. The practical part is divided into a description of the objective of the work, methodology, analysis and interpretation of data and discussion. The aim of the thesis was to find out the answer to this question: How do people with disabilities perceive receiving benefits intended for their support according to Act No. 329/2011 Coll., and in particular, how do they perceive the impact of the amendment to the Act valid from January 1st, 2018? Three partial research questions have also been used to find the answer. To fulfil the abovementioned aim of this work, a qualitative research strategy, a method of semi-structured interview with selected respondents has been deployed. The technique used for collecting information was an individual in-depth interview. I have analysed and interpreted the data and have received specific information on how beneficiaries subjectively evaluate their provision. I have also verified whether the state support fulfils its function, and if so, to what extent. In conclusion, I have summarized the main findings of the research. As a result, the set-up system was found to be essentially effective. However, for better targeting it and more efficient system functioning, certain parametric changes are be needed in case of some of the benefits, especially the mobility allowance. The respondents expressed the greatest satisfaction with the advantages associated with their disability card.

This master thesis is focused on the topic of protection of personality rights with respect to media. The thesis presents national, European and international sources of law related to the protection of personality rights. The fundamental basis of the thesis is the Civil Code. However, the regulation of the personality rights protection is not limited to the Civil Code. Instead, it is entangled in numerous other law disciplines, e.g. the Criminal Law and the institute of defamation or the Media Law and the regulation of the right of reply. Out of the broad topic of the protection of personality rights, only a narrow section, i.e. the protection of the personality laws with respect to media, is taken into account. Besides an analysis of personality rights, an extended nomenclature description and a discussion of rightful and wrongful derogations of personality rights, a notable attention is also given to the problematics of public figures and to the comparison of the personality rights protection provided by the Civil Code to the individuals and to the legal entities. The aim of this work is to identify development income tax burden as a result of changes in laws and amount of income for the selected type of household, divided by income groups within five years. The work is divided into two parts ? thoretical and practical. The theoretical part discribes the basic concpets regarding the division of family, the subsistence minimum and the average wages. Also includes information about the natural person income tax. The practical part includes a description of the selected type of household (family without children in the four income situations) and own calculations of tax liability this family within five years.

The safety evacuation from the fire affected building is the most imported thing, which is bound to the fire safety of building. The evacuation of persons is necessary process and procedure which can safe lives and health in the most of extraordinary event caused by fire of buildings or technologies. The typical efect attend fires set in buildings, which threaten persons, property and fire - fighting fire brigades. These threaten efects are products of combustion, flame, heat and deficiency of oxygen. I present the way how to use the fire safety devices in various types of buildings in my diploma work, above all towards to safety escape persons from the fire affected building. I describe the practical positive and also negative finding during installation and mutual coordination the fire safety devices.
