Its aim is to describe the experiences of visually impaired parents with preparing for the arrival of a child, with parental role and with childcare during a preschool age. At the same time it aims to chart the social services available to this group and to determine the extent to which they actually use these services, or whether they are missing some services. Due to differences in the availability of services in Prague and in smaller towns, the whole diploma thesis is focused on the territory of Prague. The theoretical part describes a person with severe visual impairment, including its specifics in different areas of life. It also deals with possible different aspects of parenting for people with visual disabilities. It provides a description of compensatory aids and explains their important role in the lives of visually impaired people. Next it acquaints readers with the possibilities of financial support for visually impaired parents primarily by the state. The thesis is concerned with the issues related to the development of the system that helps the disabled people to integrate into the labour market in the Czech Republic using the theory of social construction of target groups. The aim of this thesis is to understand the development of the form of the observed policy that arises from the expected development of social construction of the chosen target group and its political power within a given period of time. To understand the problem and putting the topic was based on thematic analysis and study of the documents presented to readers of historical and social development status of persons with disabilities in society. Monitored period from the nineties to the present, which was divided into shorter periods. In these periods, the final policy design was identified by way of the interviews with addressed experts. The experts expressed their opinions also on the development of social construction and political power of the target group, which was supported by the study of the documents. The aim of the diploma thesis ,,The Availability of Social and Consecutive Services for the Homeless in the Klatovy District" is to determinate the real availability of services in the Klatovy district and the awareness of people without shelter about the possibilities of assistance. Theoretical part explains the terms exclusion, poverty and homelessness (identification, causes, consequences). The theoretical part in the second chapter discusses the possibilities of social work with people without shelter. There are defined participants who engaged in problems of homelessness at the beginning. The work defines the social services, social benefits and the process of reintegration subsequently. The theoretical part presents some housing models - Housing Ready, Housing First and Social Housing in the end. Practical part is the most important part of the thesis. There is the social demographic analysis of the Klatovy region in the beginning. The main section contains research work. The results of the research indicate that the services are available for people from the Klatovy region more than for other candidates. Philosophical Aspects of Aquinas's Doctrine on the Trinity in Summa Theologiae. The work has the goal to disclose a philosophical background of Aquinas's doctrine on the Trinity in Summa theologiae. The Dogma of the Trinity of Divine Persons is one of the fundamental truths of faith. This fact transcends human reason, yet it is a topic with its position and content, so it was always exciting and theologians tried to cope with this paradoxical claim of a single God in the Three Persons. St. Thomas Aquinas was no exception in this. His scholastic approach uses abundant philosophical material to help him to disclose this reality which exceeds philosophical science as incontrovertible and therefore credible. In his famous work for beginner theologians, he systematically presents his solution based on the analysis of the category of relation. The distinction between being (esse) of relation and its own nature (ratio) will make it possible to distinguish the three Persons in God's only reality. He concludes that divine persons themselves are the relations they represent and that the relations are subsistent. The thesis deals with unemployment and employment policy in general and in the Prague- West region. Particular attention is paid to the issue of unemployment of persons with disabilities - in all regions of the Czech Republic these persons have lower chances of employment, I suppose that in the Prague-West region, although it is one of the regions with the lowest unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, this situation will be the same. The aim of the thesis is to describe the development of unemployment and the development of unemployment among people with disabilities in Prague-West in the years 2006 - 2016 and describe the employment policy in general and in the mentioned region. The labor market in the Prague-West region is significantly influenced by the proximity of the capital city of Prague. At the beginning of the period under review, the situation on the labor market was stabilized and there were no major fluctuations. Unemployment was low in 2006 - 2008, the situation changed with the arrival of the economic crisis in 2009, unemployment increased and increased in the following years, from 2015 until the end of the monitored period unemployment in Prague-West started to decline. This diploma thesis deals with communication skills of people with moderate mental disabilities in institutional care. The theoretical framework is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on adults with moderate mental disabilities. First, it defines and characterizes adulthood, further defines and classifies mental disability and lastly characterizes adult individuals with mental disabilities. The next chapter is devoted to communication, which is defined along with communication skills. This chapter also describes symptomatic speech disorders of people with mental disabilities and individual language levels and the impact of mental disability on them in detail. The last chapter of the theoretical part approaches the support of people with mental disabilities in the framework of social services. First of all, it focuses on the history of social services for people with mental disabilities, then on the legislative consolidation of social services. CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF LEGAL ENTITIES Abstract Although it has been more than seven years since the adoption of Act No. 418/2011 Coll., on the criminal liability of legal entities and proceedings against them, by criminal liability of legal entities which the Czech legislators introduced, it remains a controversial issue. Thus the aim of this thesis is not only to analyse this legislation and provide a comprehensive and clear interpretation, including a critical evaluation of selected institutes, but also to introduce the process leading to its adoption, including a comparison of the arguments in favour of adopting such a decision with the arguments presented by the opponents of the criminal liability of legal entities. An equally important aim of the thesis is an analytical evaluation of application knowledge and the presentation of potential de lege ferenda proposals. However, such considerations require a sufficient command of terminology, as well as of the basic principles of criminal law, which is the content of Chapter One of the thesis. Huntington's disease (HD) is an autosomal dominant inherited neuro-psychiatric disease with usual onset in the middle age. The mutation, located on the short shoulder of chromosome 4, is an expansion of a nucleotide triplet, containing cytosine, adenine, guanine (CAG), with critical limit of 40+ repetitions. The principal symptoms include motor symptoms (chorea, dystonia, disorders of voluntary movements), progressive cognitive deterioration and neuropsychiatric symptoms (behaviour disorders, affective symptoms and so on). The clinical diagnosis is confirmed by a genetic test, which may also be carried out presymptomatically in offsprings of the diseased person. The objective of the 1st study consisted in the characterization of differences in psychiatric examination and neuropsychological testing among the people at risk (PAR), in whom it was recommended to delay the test, and people at risk, who were recommended to continue in the so-called predictive protocol. The total of 52 people have been examined (32 females, 20 males). The diploma thesis focuses on people who have served their sentences. Specifically, it maps the success in their social integration after release from prison. The theoretical basis of the work lies in the multifactor criminogenetic theories and concepts of social exclusion. Multifactor criminogenetic theories are mentioned as one of the foundations of the penitentiary prediction tool SARPO (Comprehensive Analysis of Risks and Needs of Convicts). This tool is used in the work for better orientation in the needs and risks of people in the process of release. The theoretical anchoring of the work also deals with the problem of recidivism and adaptation after release from prison. And the issue of homelessness in connection with substance abuse and also in connection with crime. Furthermore, attention is paid to the problem of indebtedness, which can complicate the social situation of people after serving a sentence. The factual context of the researched topic is devoted to the causes of the difficult resocialization of released prisoners and to the reasons why recidivists are most often prosecuted. There are also some important statistical data concerning the number of persons imprisoned in the Czech Republic in comparison with EU countries. Summary: The main objective of this thesis is to describe the limits of existing methods and case management in providing health and social services in the Czech Republic of multidisciplinary care for a family with a disabled children. The work is divided into two parts. First - theoretical part - summarizes the theoretical issues, the basic terminology, case management, case manager, describes the role and method of use of case management in social and health services in the Czech Republic and abroad. There is also summarized the issues of families with disabled children, concept of multidisciplinary care for families with disabled children and the legislative framework governing the health and social care for these entities. The second, empirical part, qualitative research focuses on mapping the experience of families with disabled children in the multidisciplinary care of their children in practice, indications, course, professional representation of multidisciplinary care.
