This dissertation deals with Intrusion and Hold-up Alarm System wireless communication (I&HAS). The main objective is to determine security risks of wireless communication between detectors and PBX, eventually to recommend how to avoid these risks. The research was conducted on different detector types. The first theoretical part of dissertation describes variety detector types, wireless communication types and theoretical security risks of these communications. The practical part of dissertation describes the above mentioned security risks investigated in practice as well as the measurement of communication between detectors and PBX. The recommendations how to avoid these risk are placed at the end of dissertation.

As part of the thesis named Proposal educational project for environmental education at secondary school was elaborated the theme Water as an essential part of life on Earth. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The aim of theoretical part is to define the concept of the project, comparison of historical and contemporary conception of educational project, a description of teaching methods with a focus on teaching with the aid of projects and also on the positives, or risks of teaching with using educational project. An integral part of the theoretical part of the thesis is also description of the role of the teacher in the classroom with the aid of educational projects. For processing the theoretical part are used professional literatures and Internet sources. As methods for processing the theoretical part were used the analysis, comparison and synthesis. In the practical part of the thesis is the aim of the proposal educational project focusing on the theme of water. The part of the practical part is elaborated methodology of work with the created educational project and samples worksheets that will be used as part of an educational project. As a method in practical part of the thesis was used an analysis of school documents. A conclusion together with recommendations for teaching practice will be formulated based on results.

Restriction of the exercise of the property rights in the protective zones The topic of the Master's degree thesis is focused on the issue of the protective zones especially in terms of restrictions of the exercise of the property rights. The work is primary based on the somewhat disparate legal regulation contained in a number of specific regulations. Besides the applicable law, the work examines the legal literature, periodicals, as well as the case law of the Czech courts. The main contribution of this work is to provide a comprehensive comparison of the two constitutionally guaranteed rights: property right and the right to a favourable environment, and the provision of a list of specific prohibitions and commands arising from the existence of protective zones. The work is divided into three chapters, while the topic of the work proceeds from general to particular and from the regulation of protective zones contained in the legislation of the highest legal force, followed by specific regulation and implementing regulation. Chapter one focuses on constitutional, private law and theoretical background of protection of property rights and the right to a favourable environment. Title: Brain activity assessment using sLORETA during modulated and physical activity. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to compare changes in the electrical activity of cortical and deep brain structures using sLORETA program between the resting state, active movement and passive observation of identical motion performed by the author of this thesis and the same one shown in the video. Methods: In this research participated 12 university students (8 women, 4 men). Age of subjects was between 23 and 25 years. The whole experiment consisted of five parts: 1. electroencephalography in supinated lying position with opened eyes, 2. watching a video, where the selected movement was performed by a woman, 3. watching a video, where this movement was performed by a man, 4. watching the author performing the same movement, 5. performing this movement by subjects themselves. Each of this parts lasted two minutes. The tested movement was 1. diagonal (flexion and extension pattern) of PNF method for right upper extremity. During the whole experiment was registered electric activity of the brain using a scalp EEG. The diploma thesis deals with protected areas and protective zones of nature and landscape in environmental law. The main themes are National Parks and Protected Landscape Areas. The thesis is divided into eight thematically connected chapters. It deals with international, European and national sources of law. It describes basic characteristics of protected areas; deals with declaring protected areas, protective conditions and other ways of their protection. The separate sections are focus on the system NATURA 2000, Natural Park, Temporarily Protected Area and protective zones.
