Teplárna na biomasu / Biomass Heating Power Plant

The content of this dissertation is to utilize foundations of heat consumption in Velký Karlov and to propose and replace the main district heating plant into the heating plant which uses biomass as its fuel. With techno-economic evaluation of the annual operating central heating plant evaluate the suitability of using a steam turbine or steam engine. The proposal for a steam turbine is chosen by the preliminary calculation. There are showed suitable possibilities of working and its evaluation considered to return period.

The aim of the work is to design a plain wood combustion boiler of 60 t/h output. Fuelling component analysis has been added to the basic boiler parameters. Stechiometric calculations were performed for given fuel composition. Thermal efficiency was set after making thermal balance. Separate convective areas and boiler proportions were designed together with separate steam output parameters (temperature, pressure, amount). Design documentation was added.

The content of this diploma thesis is proposal of repair, reconstruction of equipment and installation of electrohydraulic regulation of steam turbine. Thesis is given for specific case. At the beginning there is a basic description of repairing turbine. The next part of thesis deals with checking of main turbine parts and recalculation of gland steam. In the following part there is revisional report with repair or exchange suggestions of demaged turbine parts, followed by description of turbine regulation reconstruction. The last part deals with economical evaluation used innovation and recommendations for repairment procedure.

The theoretical part deals with the classification of heat engines and their rotations. The result of the present diploma thesis is the new application "Animation of heat engines" designed in Flash programme. This application is focused on the basic function principle of four demonstrated engines. The present work also deals with assessing and comparison of real engines, their cuts, real models and animated engines.

Návrh olejové nádrže pro turbínu SST 300 / Design of oil tank for SST 300 turbine

Thesis deals with oil-turbine frame of the model SST 300 SST 400. This work is divided into several parts. Beginning of this thesis deals with a description of the problem and the oil economy. Next part is concerned with 3D design model of the oil tank in the program ProEngineer Wildfire 2.0. Final part describes a creation of manufacturing drawings with BOMs. In conclusion, the thesis presents the results of additional topics, such as a computational model in Ansys 11 and making the calculation of tension or bonds in an oil suspension in the frame. The result of this work is the full-fledged design of the weldment of oil frame, which was submitted for approval to the Siemens Company, which will continue in the subproject tasks of new turbo model SST 300 pattern SST 400.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the heat transfer in steam generator of blocks in the nuclear power plant VVER 440. The steam generator represents the border between the primary and the secondary circuit. The heat is carried from a warm water from reactor to a cold water. The steam arises after the heat transfer and drives the steam turbine. An important quantity which represents the heat transfer is a heat transfer factor. This thesis is divided into theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is mentioned a principle of the steam generator and the theoretical calculation of the heat transfer factor, which comes first of all from the character of the streaming in the steam generator. The practical part brings a comparison of the heat transfer factor calculated from data measured after the start of the third block of EDU in 1986, with the heat transfer factor which comes from the measurement after the power-increase for 105 % of nominal power of the same block in 2009. Further is shown the prediction of the heat transfer factor for next power-increase and the following service is shown too.
