The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the proposal for integrating production control system in the growing manufacturing company with custom-made production. Initially the research of applicable methods and operations suitable for the company management will be done. Next step will be to apply these procedures in the company and eventually to provide a range of adjustments. As a result, not only an optimal production control system eliminating possible mistakes stemming from the insufficient control management is implemented, but also the company is prepared for further profitable growth.

Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die Herstellung von Grünkörpern mit vereinzelt unter Zentrifugalkraft sedimentierenden Partikeln und kontinuierlicher Partikelzufuhr zu untersuchen und ihre Eignung als neue Herstellungsvariante für metallische Grünteilhalbzeuge zur weiteren Verarbeitung mittels CNC-Zerspanung zu bewerten. Zur umfassenden Einordnung der Herstellungsmethode untergliedert sich die Zielstellung zum einen in die Beleuchtung des Einflusses des Ausgangspulvers auf die Packungscharakteristik der Sedimente. Dabei sollen vorteilhafte Partikelgrößenverteilungen identifiziert und typische Packungsphänomene bei der vereinzelten Sedimentation aufgedeckt werden. Zum anderen richtet sich der Fokus auf die Untersuchung prozessbedingter Einflüsse. Ziel ist hier die Ermittlung von Prozessgrenzen und erreichbaren Gründichten sowie die Identifikation potentieller Defektquellen. Alle Untersuchungsschwerpunkte werden im Hinblick auf den Sinterschritt bewertet. / The aim of the present work is to investigate the production of green bodies with particles sedimenting individually under centrifugal force and continuous particle feeding and to evaluate their suitability as a new manufacturing variant for metallic semi-finished green parts for further processing by means of CNC machining. For a comprehensive classification of the manufacturing method, the objective is subdivided on the one hand into the examination of the influence of the starting powder on the packing characteristics of the sediments. In this context, advantageous particle size distributions are to be identified and typical packing phenomena in isolated sedimentation are to be revealed. On the other hand, the focus is on the investigation of process-related influences. The aim here is to determine process limits and achievable green densities as well as to identify potential defect sources. All investigation foci will be evaluated with respect to the sintering step.

The main theme of my thesis is a design of project the organization a light machinery production in TOS Kuřim – OS, a.s. – for production prismatic parts to the materialiaty 250 kg of milling. The thesis concentrates mainly on a formal process of the design eworkplaces. First part of the thesis comprises of general introduction of design project of workshop and using methods projecting of wokshops, ergonomics parameters and organization of machines. In the follow-on charter is effected description status quo prodiction of prismatic parts and proposal make-up freesia workplaces. To choice variant is created common load evaluation workplace, documentation and evaluation contribution.

The diploma thesis Order optimization and validation of resource capacities in company Formex s.r.o. is composed from three parts. The first one is an introduction to the types and specifications of production systems. It also follows production planning and control. The second part is dedicated to analysis of the information system WorkPlan and to the analysis of the company Formex s.r.o. (the company structure, the production and the planning process). The possible ways of production planning and order optimization with respect to the use of IS WorkPlan were designed in the third part of the diploma thesis. Consequently the most suitable planning way was selected and the templates with the normalized technological processes were designed. The diploma thesis also contains validation of the proposals and it is enclosed with the recommendation for the future steps in the production planning in the company Formex s.r.o.
