The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of rental flats in Hradec Králové. It compares the rent of flats located in different parts of the city. The thesis deals with factors determining the monthly rental. The data obtained in the research are divided into four categories according to floor space. A price map has been compiled for each of the four categories. The findings are summarized in tables and charts and commented on in the text.

This diploma thesis is aimed at radar cross section of passenger cars. Basic scattering parameters of simple targets are described. Some numeric methods used for computing radar cross section are discussed. CST Microwave Studio is used for simulation of passenger car with two different solvers. For the results there are plots of radar cross section of a car for 1 GHz, 24.125 GHz and 33 GHz. There is a plot of visualized hotspots.

In the second part I devote to NURBS curves and surfaces, their description as a linear combination of B-spline functions in the projective space. I specify conical arcs more detailed, their submit in the projective space and NURBS surfasec given as tensor product of NURBS curves. Last part is devote to describtion programs for modeling conicals and NURBS surface.

The diploma thesis addresses the influence of building work carried out on the family house and the comparison of this influence in various localities. The theoretical part defines the basic terms from professional literature and legislation. A family house prior to reconstruction in the town of Bolera-dice was selected and then two other similar sites of the municipality of Hostěradice and the town of Koryčany. In the practical part, the customary prices were calculated before reconstruction. The reconstruction of the house was projected and the costs of construction work were calculated using an itemised budget. By means of a database of real estate properties after reconstruction, the prices of similar real estate properties after the reconstruction were established. The conclusion of the the-sis presents a comparison and analysis of the results at individual sites, and thus fulfils the objective of the thesis by determining the impact of construction work on the family house and comparing this in different locations.

The pricing of developer projects and housing is a broad area. Setting the right common price is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings, the privatising of housing, company mergers, capital investments in companies, estate settlements, liquidations etc. In all these cases substantial financial values are at stake and that is why it is necessary to have quality, correct factual grounds. The sole and at the same time most important basis is an expert opinion, which should guarantee an objective assessment of all circumstances that may influence the common pricing of property, in order to prevent any prejudice to the parties involved, or ensure there is no doubt in respect of possible graft. At present there is no methodology for common pricing of units (apartments and commercial premises) within a larger complex, which would take locality, placement, size, fittings, general state and other parameters that influence the price, into consideration. Yet it is common knowledge that the same unit will have a different price on the first floor, higher floors or top floor, window orientation and view, better surrounding area etc. It is also common that a larger unit with the same fittings and appurtenances will have a lower unit price than a smaller unit. The pricing in these cases is more intuitive, rather than based on analyses and reasoning. The dissertations´ aim was a methodology of pricing individual units in houses or larger complexes, which would simultaneously objectify subjective pricing, providing a rationale that would be unambiguous. This is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings or the privatising of housing, to preclude any bias or suspicion of corruption. The methodology also includes a software application that automatically computes input data and allows reviewing of results.

My diploma thesis deals with parallel and central projections of surfaces and algorithmization of their creation. It gives information about differential geometry of surfaces. Basic terms are explained as well as methods how to derive parametrization of several types of surfaces. It is also devoted to projections - parallel and central projection. The thesis deals with calculation of projection of surface. The thesis deals with calculation of projection of surface and in special cases with calculation of its silhouette. There is the program documentation of implemented algorithms. The theory of anaglyphs and their creation by programs is included. 3D red cyan glasses are enclosed to the thesis as well as a CD containing the .pdf version of this thesis and file named "mfiles", which contains proposed functions. Zastavitelné plochy v územním plánu města Klatovy v letech 1994-2014 / The buildable areas in the physical plan of Klatovy during the period 1994-2014

The thesis is focused on buildable areas of the town of Klatovy which represent main trends of potencial urban development in the district. The first aim of the thesis is to analyze the development of buildable zone of the town of Klatovy from 1994 to 2014. The second aim is to find out causes why another buildable areas were established in the physical plan of Klatovy in the period 1994-2014. To achieve these aims, firstly, an analysis of buildable areas was performed to evaluate a process of establishment and a process of using town buildable areas. Secondly, directed interviews were conducted with representatives of public administration as key persons of physical planning. The results of the thesis show that there was an excessive amount of established buildable areas which weren't utilized to a large extent. The main reasons for establishing new buildable areas during the assessed period related to the requirements of landowners and to an open attitude of town representatives to their approval.
