The Diploma Thesis presents a draft of designated automatic apparatus for cutting out and assembling pads for pressure control valve (DRV2). The theoretical chapter of the Thesis contains selected findings from theory and technology for material cutting. The next chapter contains design solutions for a designated apparatus for cutting and assembling pressure control valves. The pads are etched from 0,08 mm steel plates X2CrNi Mol7-12-2. The shape of the pads is etched on a 35mm-wide belt that is wound up onto a drum. The draft of this new technological facility has been elaborated in accordance with the most suitable technological variant. The cutting tool is made of steel 19 437 that is thermally processed at HRC 62-4. Estimated annual volume of production series is 2 mil. pcs. The cutting and assembly processes are executed with the aid of this designated automatic apparatus.

Výroba tvarové podložky sdruženým nástrojem / Form shim manufacturing by compound tool

Purpose of this diploma thesis is a design of a compound tool for manufacturing the form shim. The form shim is made by shearing and bending technology from steel sheet 11 343.1. Thickness is 2 mm. On the basis of a literary study and design calculations was designed the compound tool, which will manufacture this component by 4 actions on the automated line containing rewinder, feeding levelling machine and eccentric press with designed compound tool. Economic calculations show that the designed manufacturing is profitable.

Method Pilot study - experimental research, indirect measurement. Results Investigation showed that the group of girls who do coordination-aesthetic sports reached better results of sensorimotor response to the audiovisual impulse in the tests of gross and fine coordination than the group of girls who do not or have not been doing coordination-aesthetic sports in the past. This master's thesis deals with 3D printing using non-commercial 3D RepRap type printers. This work briefly describes development trends of non-commercial RepRap printers, theory of FDM print with analysis and comparison of materials, which are used in printing and the issue of the finite volume method and theory of heat diffusion. The practical part based on simulations from SolidWorks Flow Simulation discussed two basic methods of heating hot bed, then the temperature profile of hot end and the heat flow in full assembly of the printer. Outcome of this work is design an optimized model and the physical assembly of 3D printer delta pi type.

This diploma thesis solves the 3D printing problematics for non-commercial printers. Firstly possibilities of its using, heat diffusion and printing materials are described. Next part of thesis is focused on heating pads and printing nozzles for which 3D models in SolidWorks software are created. The temperature analyzes are tested with these models and then comparing of results is done. Working models for SolidWorks Plastics and SolidWorks Simulation software is created in following part. Thanks to this software tools printing model is simulated and deformation creating in printing process is observed. The most suitable solutions are chosen from gained solutions.

This thesis deals with the comparison of alternative models of the simplified joints used in the FEM models of complex models with detailed joint details. This is essentially a screw connection with dowel bolt and standard bolt, weld connection "T" and overlap weld connection. Individual connections are compared in the simulation results of matching models.
