Hledání způsobu studia herectví / In Search of an Approach for Studying Acting

Šiktancová, Jaroslava January 2015 (has links)
In my doctoral thesis I am trying to find an answer to the question: How the studies at the Dramatic theatre department of Academy of Performing arts can prepare future graduates to their professional life. The majority of examples described in my thesis is comming from the experience I've gained with my last graduate class. I am trying to illustrate why and what changes I've decided to made, using also my former experiences. The intention of my thesis is to present certain research, I am not willing to create new coherent method, where the acting candidates would serve as some kind of model human being. I admit that at certain point I am balancing at a very fine line of discretion But I do belive that my students and colegues would be able to excuse my possible inexactitudes.

Odezva biologických signálu na multimediální obsah / Response of biological signals on multimedia content

Ondrášková, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
This paper explains the concept of emotion, emotion dimension and how emotions relate to the central nervous system. Additionally, there is research that were the inspiration for this work, the basic types of emotions and their physiological responses. The following are ways to monitor signals caused by emotions. The practical part deals with the sensing signals from the periphery of the body, specifically the EDA, EMG, EOG and PPG. As stimuli to elicit these signals were used photography, music and film. The signals were processed using the program developed in Matlab. Program specific values obtained were statistically analysed.

Motivace k učení žáků 5.ročníků ZŠ / Motivation for learning of pupils at the end of primary school

Frumarová, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
The thesis is focused on issues of motivation for learning of pupils at the end of primary school. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical solutations to the process of the motivation for learning of pupils at school. It explains the definition of motivation in the pedagogical and psychological point of view. The thesis also introduces internal and external factors which are considered to create the motivation for learning. For the support of the motivation a teacher has to know the age specifics of the children, orientation of their personality and their learning style. The crucial sources of the motivation for learning are cognitive needs, social needs and achievement needs which participate in individual motivation orientation of children. In the case the needs are not developed or satisfied they may happen to be frustrated and manifested as boredom or fear. The action research in the second part ot the thesis watch which methods the class teacher uses to actualizate and develop the needs of her pupils. The complementary research is made with other teachers of the pupils at this age and investigates the competence to react to the motivation requirements of their pupils. This research also finds the subjective reactions of these pupils. The results of the research proved that pupils...

Zapletal, Václav January 2010 (has links)
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování podnikových činností pomocí rizikového kapitálu v České republice. Práce identifikuje způsoby a prostředky, díky kterým prospívají společnosti, do nichž byl rizikový kapitál investován. Způsoby zvyšování hodnoty podniku, prospěch rizikového kapitálu a další determinanty spolupráce managementu podniku s rizikovými kapitalisty jsou analyzovány pomocí čtyř případových studií z České republiky a Velké Británie.

Motivace a stimulace pracovního jednání / Motivation and stimulation of work performance

MALČÁKOVÁ, Hana January 2009 (has links)
The Thesis was aimed at evaluation of the level of motivation and stimulation of work performance in a company upon a worked out analysis and proposal of suitable measures for improvement in this sphere. I chose Stora Enso Timber Planá s. r. o. The first part of the Thesis summarises theoretical knowledge of motivation and stimulation of work performance. It also characterizes the company, its history, size and number of staff. I performed an analysis of motivation and stimulation based on a questionnaire survey, evaluation and gave proposals for improvement. I would propose the following recommendation to the company: a simpler form of lodging suggestions and complaints by means of a dedicated letterbox, improvement of staff information, motivation component of salary, use of moral stimulation and extra work benefits.

Vliv značky na kupní chování spotřebitele / The influence of brand on consumer buying behavior

Turečková, Ludmila January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis The influence of brand on consumer buying behaviour is focused on the market of mobile phones. The aim of this thesis is an evaluation of particular factors that affect customer´s buying decisions regarding mobile phones. The principle is to find out whether the affect of the brand predominates the price, availability, advertising, etc. The thesis includes six brands of mobile phones that, according to the secondary data, have the biggest market share. A part of this thesis is also a survey that ascertains opinions of respondents on mobile phones. Thanks to the survey we can evaluate what operation system is favoured by the customers and whether the size, manageability, price and screen size are important for them. The finding, if customers are affected by the advertisement, which buying spot they prefer and what experience they have with mobile phones, is also important. None of the cell phone brands received an extremely low rating, but at each of them were found certain deficiencies. The management of the cell phone producers should focus on product quality and maintaining long-term customer relations. Some of the producers should reconsider their pricing policy and stimulate their vendors to improvement of customer awareness and increase of sales.

INTERAKCE V ROZTOCÍCH A GELECH NA PODNĚTY REAGUJÍCICH POLYMERNÍCH SYSTÉMŮ STUDOVANÝCH NMR SPEKTROSKOPIÍ / Interactions in solutions and gels of stimuli-responsive polymer systems investigated by NMR spectroscopy

Konefał, Rafał January 2018 (has links)
Stimuli-responsive (stimuli-sensitive, intelligent, or smart) polymers are polymer materials which, after small external stimuli, evidently change their physical or chemical properties. Smart polymers can be classified according stimuli they respond to such as: temperature changes, mechanical stress, light irradiation, ultrasonic treatment, application of external magnetic as well as electric field, changes of pH, ionic strength, addition of the chemical agents and presence of biomolecules and bioactive molecules. Stimuli-responsive synthetic polymer systems has attracted considerable attention due to wide range of applications, i.e. controlled drug delivery and release systems, diagnostics, tissue engineering and 'smart' optical systems, as well as biosensors, microelectromechanical systems, coatings, and textiles. Among the types of stimuli for this dissertation temperature, pH and reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsive polymer systems were studied. In case of thermoresponsive polymers, when polymer chains are molecularly dissolved in a good solvent, changes (increasing or decreasing) of temperature result in insolubility (globular nanoparticles formation) of polymer chains, called temperature induced phase-separation. pH responsive polymers change properties such as: solubility, volume (gels),...

Faktory přispívající k interindividuálním rozdílům v čichových schopnostech a všímavosti vůči pachům / Factors contributing to interindividual differences in olfactory abilities and odour awareness

Nováková, Lenka January 2013 (has links)
The main body of the thesis deals with selected factors underlying the considerable variability in human olfactory abilities and some odour awareness-related measures, addressed in samples ranging in age from middle childhood to young adulthood. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part (Chapter 1), first presents the major advances and developments that brought about something of a renaissance of scientific interest in the human sense of smell, including the recent proliferation of psychophysical studies, both basic research and clinical. Next, an outline of olfactory psychophysical measures and related olfactory abilities that are of relevance to the studies presented in this thesis is provided. Subsequently, the selected factors contributing to interindividual differences in olfactory abilities, that have been addressed by this thesis, are reviewed, namely the effect of sex (or gender), which is approached from a developmental perspective, childhood gender nonconformity, and personality. Finally, intraindividual fluctuations in olfactory performance are also mentioned in brief. Next, the focus shifts to odour awareness by first introducing the various approaches that can be adopted to get closer to the real-life context as opposed to laboratory setting (where most olfactory studies continue to be...
