POROZUMĚNÍ A POSTOJE LÉKAŘŮ K SOUČASNÉ REFORMĚ ZDRAVOTNICTVÍ / UNDERSTANDING AND DOCTORS` APPROACHES TOWARDS THE CURRENT HEALTH SERVICE REFORMTVRDÁ, Lenka January 2009 (has links)
Health care concerns everybody. Man{\crq}s right to health care is one of the fundamental human rights. There is no ideal health care system as yet, and states reform their health care systems and the ways of their funding. The reform of the health care system has been conducted in this country for a long time. No minister, however, has introduced more substantial changes and interferences in the present system than the Health Minister MUDr. Tomáš Julínek. This reform is known to citizens especially because of the introduction of fees for health treatment. However, the reform reaches farther. Further steps of the reform propose changes in the public health insurance, providing health care and in education, science and research. The transformation of the health care system of the Czech Republic has not completely resolved and finished a number of matters. Finishing these matters is braked by disputes in the political representation. This thesis is focused on finding out the understanding and attitudes of physicians towards the present reform of the health care system. To collect data, I used the questionnaire method. Its data were collected between January and March 2009. The return rate of questionnaires reached 84 per cent. The set of respondents consisted of physicians from the Vysočina Region in the districts of Havlíčkův Brod and Jihlava. The objective of my thesis was to find out the attitudes of physicians towards the present reform of the health care system. The objective of my thesis was fulfilled. I verified the following hypotheses by my research: Hypothesis 1: Opinions of self-employed physicians are different from those in employment relationship. Hypothesis 2: Differences in physicians{\crq} opinions are also dependent on their specialisations. Both hypotheses were confirmed in most aspects. I suppose that my research has brought new information concerning the opinions of physicians of the Czech health care system and of the changes going on in it. A number of things changed while this diploma thesis was being written, and the reform of the health care system did not proceed in the way it had been planned. I think that despite this the research results are useful and may be used as a basis for further research in this field, and thus enlarge information concerning this subject.

Afterwards, the issue of educational institutions and their curricular documents concerning visual arts is discussed - whether the output of the subject fulfils particular goals of visual literacy. The theoretical section also mentions methods, forms and actions which can be used to mediate visual arts. An empirical section researches an answer to the question: "What are the attitudes of pupils aged 13 to 15 to visual arts?" In order to find out the answer, a quantitative research combining questionnaires and a method of semantic differential is conducted.

Reflexe výskytu a podmínek zařazování sociálních témat do zpravodajských reportáží regionálních televizí / Occurence reflection and seletction criteria of social issues in the regional television reportsKRONIKA, Ondřej Alexandr January 2013 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the incidence of social issues in news reports, broadcasted by regional television stations operating in the South Bohemia Region from 2009 to 2012. Mixed research was used to investigate the number and content of the reports (quantitative part of the research) that are related to the social sphere. The research, according to number of reports, defines their ratio to other topics. Content analysis then examines what topics of social work are preferred by the media. Information subsequently served as the basis for interviews with the editors ? in chief of the surveyed television stations (qualitative part). Respondents in their statements make clear running of television stations and the criteria by which selected topics for coverage are selected, as well. Besides editor ? in chiefs´ attitudes towards the presentation of social work in the media, the interviews publish factors than can promote the presentation and vice versa the criteria that act against mediation of social issues. Within the framework of the ethical dimension of work, the interview also focuses on issue, if an editor´s personal belief, regarding the importance of presentation of social topics, can influence the occurrence of this issue in the news, despite professional standards and values that do not support such kind of presentation. Interview can find out whether editors do not feel a dilemma or what is decisive, in preference to either personal attitudes or professional standards. As a form of the thesis was picked out a form of a theoretical work. This work is, in independent chapters, devoted to just the areas of ethics, social work and media. A chapter that deals with the direct relationship between social work and media forms a theoretical part of the thesis, as well. Besides the definition of basic concepts, theoretical part provides a background for research, presents some research files, categories for investigation and also arguments for the formulation of hypotheses.

In this thesis, I will compare the working conditions of two banks. Based on personal interviews, surveys, and observation, I have ascertained and graded the each bank for self-realization, work-study opportunities, business culture, and job satisfaction, relations between management and employees and company communications. I also studied the average length of an assignment, which is a good general indicator.

The question is examined by quantitative questionnaire survey, assessing attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and actual behavior. The aim of this study is to verify the psychometric properties of a non-standardized questionnaire designed in the theoretical framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, analysis of functionality of the proposed model and the proposal of its possible improvements to be given. Unrepresentative sample (n = 71 in the first phase of research, n = 41 in the second phase) consists of working adults with a work history of at least one year. The proposed model of the Theory of Planned Behavior is analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, which shows a statistically significant relationship between the dependent variable and some of the independent variables in the first phase of the research. In the second phase, no significant relationships between variables are found. Since the psychometric properties of the measuring instrument are not satisfactory, the item analysis using principal component analysis is conducted, which identifies some problematic...
