This thesis deals with the evaluation of fuel consumption at three different variants of technological processes (Option A - black fallow, Option B - grassed inter-row mechanical cultivation of belts under a bush vine, Option C - grassing over one line) in selected subjects. In determining the fuel economy methods were used in the tank refills, registration information and measurement company using the onboard PC. The energy performance of individual machine sets were processed using tables and graphs and subsequently evaluated.

INTERROGATION TACTICS The purpose of this diploma thesis is to systematically summarize knowledge and information about fundametal tactics and methods of an interrogation used in interrogation practice. Knowledge of these procedures is necessary for proper execution of an interrogation and also is suitable for legal practice. The thesis consists of 4 main chapters, each of them deals with relevant issues within the field of an interrogation. The First chapter "Interrogation as a forensic method" includes general discussion about an interrogation and a statement such as definitions of basic concepts, definition of a nature and a purpose of an interrogation. In addition to further this chapter also contains analysis and evaluation of Czech legislation governing the interrogation. The Second chapter "Preparation of an interrogation" is focused on a preparation of an examiner before an interrogation as one of important elements to succesfully realize itself interrogation and to achieve its goals. The Third Chapter "Interrogation tactics" first concetrates on particular phases of an interrogation namely an introduction phase, a monologue and a dialogue where emphasize issues of questioning in practice. The aim of this thesis was investigating the effect of different soil tillage intensity on weed infestation of winter wheat . The observations were made in 2011 , 2012 and 2013 at the school plots in Žabčice in corn production areas . Soil tillage was in two variants. The first variant was the traditional method of tillage (ploughing). The second variant was minimization tillage to a depth of 5 cm (minimization technology). Another factor influencing weeds was seven-plot crop rotation (wheat monoculture , Norfolk and seven-plot crop rotation). The data was evaluated by multivariate analysis of ecological data . From this analysis is indicated that different variants of tillage and crop rotation have influence on the incidence and number of certain types of weeds . Ordination diagram shows that when growing crops as monocultures occurs to decreases weeds spectrum, but the number of individuals per unit area increases . In contrast, when the seven-plot crop rotation with increasing types weeds and number of individuals decreases.

This diploma thesis deals with the opportunities of using optimization methods as a decision-making tool for the structure of crop rotation. The aim of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of using the methods of the operation research in crop planning and suggest appropriate optimization tools. The suitable model will be applied to a chosen agricultural company. The important terms of the farmland, crop rotation and optimization methods using in agriculture are described in this thesis. Subsequently, the structure of agricultural production in ZD Třebelovice is analyzed and appropriate optimization model suggested. The problem is solved by using the MS Excel software. The example of ZD Třebelovice is used for the generalization in the agricultural sector.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění systému managementu v laboratoři nejlepších dostupných technik. V práci je stručně popsán současný stav systému managementu. Dále je popsán souhrn právních požadavků, které se týkají laboratoří. Hlavní částí diplomové práce je vytvoření systému managementu laboratoře. Součástí vytváření systému managementu laboratoře bylo vytvoření vybraných standardních operačních postupů laboratoře. Pro zavedení systému managementu byla vytvořena příručky kvality, která je nejdůležitějším dokumentem z pohledu zavádění systému managementu kvality.
