Diverzita plevelů v podmínkách odlišného střídání plodin

Daníčková, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this study was to evaluate the species composition of weeds in the crop. Spring barely has been grown in the monoculture and also within the Norfolk crop rotation. The ground was utilized in two ways. The first way was classical (traditional) technology with using of deep plowing, the second way was minimization of technologies. Observation of the field trial was done in 2014 and 2015 and the results of this experiment were evaluated in the period between 5.5.2014 and 2.5.2015 prior to application of herbicides. Numerical method has been used there, the number of weeds was detected per 1 m2 for each variant tillage and crop rotation in 25 repetitions. Results of the evaluation of weed crops of spring barley were first processed by using DCA analysis. The result is a length of the gradient (Lengths of gradient). In our case it was 5.058. For further processing was chosen canonical correspondence analysis CCA. Analysis CCA defines the spatial arrangement of individual weed species and studied factors of cultivation practices (crop rotation, tillage) based on data about the frequency of occurrence of weed species. This is later graphically expressed by the ordination diagram. At the study area were recorded overall 31 weed species. The greatest abundance was found on land, where minimizing tillage technology was used. Diversity in traditional tillage was comparable with diversity in the minimization tillage and it was therefore impossible to establish whether the tillage effects on species diversity of weeds. In monoculture we found 13 weed species all together, while on the ground were we use Norfolk crop rotation, there were a total of 17 species. It is therefore possible to conclude that the practical use of crop rotation has a positive impact on the diversity of weeds. Crop rotation was probably more suitable for those species: Arctium tomentosum, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cirsium arvense, Convolvulus arvensis, Erodium cicutarium, Euphorbia helioscopia, Chenopodium album, Chenoodium ficifolium, Chenopodium hybridum, Chenopodium quinoa, Malva Neglecta, Polygonum aviculare, Sonchus oleraceus, Thlapsi arvense, Trifolium alexandrinum, Tripleurospermum inodorum and Viola arvensis. I recommend to continue the field trial in order to evaluate the long-term ties weeds on crop rotations and tillage.

Vliv vybraných agrotechnických faktorů na strukturní stav půdy při dlouhodobém pěstování jarního ječmene

Pásler, Adam January 2016 (has links)
The thesis deals with the influence of selected agro-technical factors on the structural condition of the soil in the long-term cultivation of spring barley. Assesses the impact of different tillage and crop rotation on the coefficient of structure (KS). Additionally, for selected variants is assessed water stability of soil aggregates. First is a review, which presents characteristic of spring barley and its growing demands, describes the soil structure and its dynamics. Next part consists of statistical evaluation of long-term field experiment in terms of sugar beet growing region. In 2014, it was determined statistically highly significant difference in variants of crop rotation. Crop rotation with a representation of 33.3% cereals showed a higher rate of KS than crop rotation with 66.6 % cereals. Statistically higher KS was observed at a depth of 0-0.15 m, in both years. There was not determined statistically significant difference among the variants of different tillage in both years. Year 2014 in comparison with year 2015 showed a higher coefficient of structure and showed a statistically significant difference. The highest value of water stability of soil aggregates was identified in 2014 at shallow tillage variant, with high significance. In 2015, statistical significance was found at a depth effect only. The outer layer of 0-0.15 m showed higher stability of soil aggregates. With reduction of tillage intensity has been reported to increase the content of agronomically valuable aggregates and also increase their water stability.

Rozhodčí pravidla UNCITRAL a jejich využití v praxi / Application of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in practice.

Hejný, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
- Application of the UNCITRALArbitration Rules in practice This master thesis deals with the new trends in arbitration and their applicability by the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules as the most important ad hoc arbitration rules worldwide. The purpose of the master thesis is to clarify how UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules are applied in practice related to the new trends and compared to "rival" institutionalized arbitration rules. The aim of the master thesis is to determine which of these trends can be incorporated in the form of new provisions into the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and to what extent such an amendment would be beneficial to the "user" of these rules. It is worth noting that the aim of the thesis is not to provide an exhaustive enumeration of all current trends in the arbitration. The thesis is divided into three parts; each part is made up of several chapters. The first part analyzes the basic elements of the arbitration, the differences between institutionalized and ad hoc arbitration as well as the basic elements of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The second part deals with the new trends in arbitration: expedited procedure, summary procedure (summary dismissal) and consolidation of arbitrations. In the introduction, there is a list of all above-mentioned trends in the arbitration. In later...

Snížení bolestivosti vybraných diagnostických a ošetřovatelských výkonů v péči o novorozence na základě doporučených postupů / Reduction of pain in selected diagnostic and nursing performances based on best practices in the care of the newborns

BÍLKOVÁ, Simona January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with neonatal pain and possibility of its reduction during three most painful interventions, to which newborns are exposed. The interventions were selected based on the study of literature, among them belongs collection of capillary blood for screening of newborns, insertion and removal of a gastric tube and airway suctioning of the newborn. Pain has protective reasons as it shall protect us from harming tissues. But sometimes it is necessary to cause pain for the purpose of performing a diagnostic or medical treatment. But there are some ways how to reduce pain at newborns. The theoretical part describes the basic facts about pain, its origin and transfer, importance and types of pain. This thesis also describes the specifics of fetus nervous system maturation during pregnancy. Furthermore, it mentions evaluation of pain manifestation and ways of treating it. Another sub-chapter contains a description of selected medical treatments and ways of palliating pain during their implementation. The last section is dedicated to clinical recommended procedures. The practical part of the work was carried out in four neonatal intensive care units. There were intentionally selected three respondents in each unit, with whom were led guided interviews which are recorded in chapter 4.2. Results of interviews with each respondent are summarized in transparent tables. This thesis had three objectives. The first objective was to compare the method of implementation of selected painful procedures at newborns in theory and practice. We wanted to know whether nursing procedures carried out in selected neonatal units correspond with procedures described in literature. By questioning and observation was found out that some respondents did not follow recommendations. The differences are described in chapter "Results and discussion". The second objective was to determine whether nurses at selected wards have selected performance standards and whether they are also interested in latest procedures of palliating pain at newborns. All respondents stated that performance standards are selected, but not all are prescribed only for newborns. Almost all respondents (except one) have stated that they were interested in new ways of reducing pain, but not all methods are listed in the standards. The third objective was to determine whether nurses abide selected nursing care standards and whether they employ their most recent knowledge about neonatal pain reduction in practice. By observiation was not found non-observance of standards, but also was not found implementation of new procedure knowledge that respondents stated in an interview. At the same time the respondents (except two) reported that there was no need to change the standards at selected performances. The outcome of this work is a new standard for each performance which was dealt with in this thesis. Standards were created eventhough the respondents stated that there was no need to change them. It is necessary to verify new standards in practice.

Odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou nesprávným úředním postupem / Liability for harm caused by maladministration

Moravec, Marek January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of "Liability for damage caused by incorrect administrative procedure" under Act No. 82/1998 Coll., on liability for damage caused within the exercise of public authority by a decision or incorrect administrative procedure and on the amendment to Act No. 358/1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (Notary Act), as amended. Formally, the thesis is divided into seven chapters, which are further split into individual subchapters. The first chapter deals with the historical development of legislation governing state liability within the exercise of public authority and with current sources of law, including the introduction of literature. The second chapter focuses on the characterization of the liability as a part of private law and on the basic definition of the term "incorrect administration procedure". This term is generally defined as any procedure of a public authority excluding decision-making activities, which is in conflict with generally applicable legal regulations. The third and fourth chapters respond to the adoption of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and analyse individual impacts of its secondary application to liability obligations. In particular, the thesis address the question of the conceptual change of liability, namely in direct...

Repositioning značky Birell jako nástroj potencionálního růstu a vstupu do nových kategorií / Repositioning of Birell brand as a tool for potential growth and entry to other categories

Jáchymovský, Oliver January 2015 (has links)
Positioning is a key element of brand's strategic management and it is often a driver for success on given market. In every brand's life cycle there can be a moment, where current positioning simply doesn't work anymore, so there is need to reposition the brand to modify the current one or develop a new one. The main goal of this master thesis is to give readers full detail of the whole process of repositioning and to create ideal scenario for this process in FMCG market. I describe all most important parts of the brand and its strategic management related to positioning in the theoretical part. In the practical part I use a method of case study of Birell brand to describe real example of repositioning. This case study also includes reasons and consequences of the repositioning. In conclusion of the thesis, there is compiled ideal scenario of the whole process, that can serve as a basis for further research or as a instruction for future projects.
