Polohově závislé plánování přenosu dat pro aplikace procházení distribuovanou virtuální scénou. / Location-aware data transfers scheduling for distributed virtual walkthrough applications.

Přibyl, Jaroslav Unknown Date (has links)
Provedené experimenty nad testovacími daty ukazují, že navržené schéma plánování přenosu dat umožňuje dosažení vyšší efektivity přenosu dat a vyšší kvality renderovaného obrazu během průchodu testovací scénou.

Česká republika tváří tvář změnám na energetickém trhu Evropské unie / Czech Republicfacing changes of the European Union energy market

Rokuskova, Klara January 2020 (has links)
This study looks at the evolution of the management of the biofuel energy in the transport sector in the European Union. This sector represents a big challenge for environmentally friendly and sustainable production and consumption of energy. In the past ten years biofuels have emerged as a burgeoning solution but have also received criticism from some quarters. The study analysis the European Commission's functions in the management of the biofuel market in Czech Republic through a single case study. The research is based on the Principal-Agent theory elaborated by the broader theory of rational-choice institutionalism. It argues that Czech Republic biofuel market may be driven by the European Commission if functions that enhance credible commitment, higher efficiency and information were delegated to it by the member states. Through the congruence method the study compares the expectations of the Principal- Agent theory with the real case situation. Under the European legislation, between the Directive 2009/28/EC and the Directive (EU) 2018/2001, the study finds that the European Commission has some significant function in the management of the sustainability of biofuels in the Czech Republic but has very limited power to directly influence the evolution of Czech biofuel production. The European...

Optimalizace role metodika v sociální službě osobní asistence / Optimization of the role of quality manager in social services of personal assistance

Fejkusová, Pavlína January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the role, position and profession development of quality managers in the social service of personal assistance. It describes the emergence of this role in the context of the development of legislation in the Czech Republic and its changes after the entry into force of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services, which regulates their provision. It reveals the importance of the quality manager's role in the personal assistance service from the point of view of its directors, social and management staff and quality managers, in context with the requirements for its fulfilment. Based on interviews with participants, the research identifies the role of the quality manager as a "quality teacher", a "motivator" and a "protector". The author also briefly deals with the stories of quality managers and their experience from methodological practice. Furthermore, the research shows the possibilities of grasping the quality manager's position in the organization, the preconditions for its fulfilment and aspects of the organization's culture, which have an influence on the fulfilment on the role of quality manager. Based on the research, the author further identifies problems which the participants face practice, namely: setting the position of the quality manager, introducing...

Politika rovnosti žen a mužů ve vztahu ke kvótám / Gender equality policy in relation to quotas

Hronová, Helena January 2014 (has links)
The aim of thisthesis is to describe the implementation ofequality policy between women and menin relation to quotas as a toolfor balanced representation of women andmen in leadership positions. Despite the fact thatmore than halfof university graduates are women, their representation in decision-making positions does not reflect it.Moreover, the higher post we consider the lower representationof women we find. In relation to the identified problem, it must be said, that thepolicy for equal opportunities for womenand men has shortcomings concerning implementation of equality. The starting point and support could be a quota system which is beingpushed, as well as the equality policies,by the European Union. Its applicationto the Czech environment is not easy; it faces numerous obstaclesand rejection both from public as wellas from management itself.

Současná legitimizační ekologie ve vzdělávání: pozice, vědění a kritika / Contemporary Educational Legitimation Ecology: positions, knowledge, and critique

Wirthová, Jitka January 2021 (has links)
This dissertation focuses on the current Czech space of legitimation practices in education as a variable sphere of justification and critique of educational goals rooted in global transformations of educational institutions, autonomies of the nation states and transnational comparative data. Since the debate on educational reform (2004), the Czech legitimation educational ecology has been diversified by different types of knowledge and actors (state, non- profit, private sector). In this work, I argue that legitimation as a critical action is today, in various ways and processes (knowledge regimes, patterns of actorship) derived from traditional jurisdictions (state and professional structures) and moves to more flexible structures, which I call topologies. In jurisdictions, mostly passive audiences remain. New legitimation topologies connect values and data and, in many ways, replace dysfunctional state structures, using specific disconnections, but also question the public nature of negotiating educational goals. Based on relational ontology and sociological topological studies and through a qualitative relational analysis of legitimation practices in three fields (published normative documents, public debates and semi-structured interviews with state and non-state actors) I show in the period...
