Fenomén video tutoriálů na YouTube / ¨The phenomenon of tutorial videos on YouTubeHora, Samuel January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis discusses the phenomenon of tutorials uploaded on the most visited server for viewing and sharing video content nowadays - YouTube. The term tutorial here is used for referring to the specific instructional video content, which primarily aims to show, by means of the step by step illustration, how to proceed within particular activity that usually requires to adopt a certain extent of specialized knowledge or skills. At the same time, the attention is focused on the graphic design and fine art tutorials. The main goal of the thesis is to answer following question: what motivations might internet users have both for the reception and for the production of tutorials. In other words, the thesis is oriented on searching for the highest possible amount of motives that can lead to the viewing as well as to the shooting of this specific media content. Therefore, this requires examining a given field from two different perspectives: from the perspective of receiving viewers and from the perspective of video makers. Whole thesis structure is then subordinated to these two perspectives. The first part introduces the relevant theoretical approaches related to the tutorial reception/production, whereas the second practical part is devoted to the presentation of particular motivation...

This theses aims to find ways how to expand cultural and historical awareness of the young generation. It is inspired by a longterm program of the National Heritage Institute, Regional Center in České Budějovice, which is called "Let's play and study with sights." The theses follows the main ideas of this project and an educational proposal is created, which is supposed to introduce religious monuments in the city as well as try to point out the fact that these sites have been more or less transformed in the interior and some of them have undergone a change in its original purpose over decades or centuries. The theses also introduces the former holy of holies where an educational process was taking place in the 19th century. Descriptive research is developed into an educational program where presentation and comparison with other sacred objects is offered. An attempt to discover a tangible symbol of transcendence, and take photos of it, was chosen to be the activation element. Regarding the complexity of issues, this theses is meant for the final grades of primary schools and at the same level for the grades of grammar schools, it can also be used for lower grades of fouryear grammar schools and secondary schools. Its content should extend the lessons of history, art, aesthetics, and is also applicable as an extracurricular activity. It represents an educational proposal using the objectbased learning along with a continuous dialogue.

It draws how to bring elements of active civic participation into Czech society and this is based on deliberative concepts of democracy and principles of social critical theory. Attention is paid to the specification of the role of adult educator as a mediator of communication between civil society and the institution. Konstrukce poznatků žáky v matematice (na příkladu Pythagorovy věty) / Pupils' Construction of Knowledge in Mathematics (the Example of Pythagoras' Theorem)Ulrychová, Michaela January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with the process of construction of mathematical knowledge of an individual and a group of pupils. At the outset, some concepts are discussed which belong to the theoretical background of our research (knowledge construction process and its mechanism, typology of mathematical knowledge, character of a mathematical structure, constructivist approaches to the teaching of mathematics, creative teaching, action research). Some results of selected local and foreign research focusing on constructivist approaches and action research in mathematics education are given. The methodology mainly consists of teaching experiments which can, to a certain extent, be seen as cycles of cooperative action research. The target group consists of pupils of lower secondary grammar school. The data gathered through traditional methods of qualitative research (participation observation, audio and videorecordings, pupils' artefacts, notes of an external observer, etc.) were analysed using the techniques of grounded theory. PhDr. Marie Vachková, Ph.D. Abstract: This thesis deals with the topic of writing ability in lessons of German as a foreign language in a context of a State-school leaving exam in German language. New model of this exam is managed centrally and its global character influences the school study in all grammar schools. The thesis concentrates on the way in which this exam influences the study and which consequences it has for the writing ability of students. The research gains the data mainly from the point of view of teachers, but it considers the student's point of view too and analyses results of their written exams. The concern in this topic is based on the current situation of modification of the state-school leaving exam in foreign languages and the criticism of its benefits for students and their study. The foreign language testing has a long tradition and counts to detailed researched fields of didactics which allows a global view on the issues in context of other foreign language exams and on teaching fields connected with testing which creates a theoretical frame of this thesis....
