En los últimos años en países Latinoamericanos como Brasil, Argentina, México, Colombia y Chile optaron por un nuevo sistema de construcción a base de elementos prefabricados, esto se refiere a un nuevo enfoque de construcción de los elementos como vigas, columnas, losas y muros, los cuales se realizan en una fábrica con supervisión para posteriormente ser llevadas al lugar de construcción. También se sabe de los grandes beneficios que trae consigo dicho sistema como ahorro de tiempo, mano de obra y que todos son enfocados a la mejora de la productividad convirtiendo este sistema de elementos prefabricados en una opción agradable de solución ante los problemas de la baja productividad en la construcción de edificios multifamiliares en Lima. De acuerdo con la información mencionada, este documento establece un análisis para la implantación de un nuevo sistema constructivo en Lima a base de elementos prefabricados, ya que no existe este tipo de sistema en la actualidad y que sería de gran ayuda para mejorar no solo los estándares de construcción sino poder estar al margen competitivo de otros países latinoamericanos que si usan dicho sistema y resulta muy beneficioso. / In recent years in Latin American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Chile, they opted for a new construction system based on prefabricated elements, this refers to a new approach to the construction of elements such as beams, columns, slabs and walls, which are carried out in a factory with supervision to later be taken to the construction site. It is also known of the great benefits that this system brings with it as a saving of time, labor and that all are focused on the improvement of productivity making this system of prefabricated elements a pleasant option of solution to the problems of low productivity in the construction of multifamily buildings in Lima. According to the aforementioned information, this document establishes an analysis for the implementation of a new construction system in Lima based on prefabricated elements, since this type of system does not exist at present and that would be of great help to improve not only the construction standards but to be on the competitive edge of other Latin American countries that do use this system and it is very beneficial. / Trabajo de investigación

An elaborated project documentation for a construction realisation of a sports centre in Jemnice is the core of this diploma thesis. During the elaboration of this proposal a special attention was given to meeting of all active norms and regulations, and also meeting of all requirements of an investor. The main requirement was a multifunctionality of the whole building which consists of a restaurant, bigger and smaller gyms, a fitness room and utility space for a fluent working of all the building. The proposed sport centre is a two-storey building where the main part, sports hall, measures 24 x 50 meters. It is suggested to use a skeletal system from prefabricated concrete elements together with a roof from wooden trusses for this building.

The Diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of tribune construction and sporting facilities of athletic stadium in Zlin. Project documentation and attachments are processed according the current legislation, regulations and standards. The tribune is situated on a plot 1090/26, st.5541, which belongs to cadastral area of municipality Zlín, Hradská 854, Zlín. The premises takes up ground plan area of 988,5m2 and the carrying system is designed by skeletal system from prefabricated pieces. This three-storey building lies in natural slope and partly is embedded into in. Capacity of tribune is about 650 spectators and sporting facilities can use about 90 persons.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a construction-technological solution for realization of a storage hall in Rousínov. The work deals with a time and financial plan for all buildings of the project Storage Hall, Rousínov. A technical report, a study of the implementation of the construction’s individual stages, a design and assessment of transport routes, a design of the construction site equipment and a design of the machinery were prepared for the building No. 2. An itemized budget with a statement of acreage and construction schedule was prepared. A technological regulation and a control and test plan were prepared for the implementation process of the wire-reinforced concrete industrial floor. Within the diploma thesis, a technological regulation for the implementation of a reinforced concrete retaining wall was prepared. Noise pollution caused by the construction site was examined and evaluated in a noise study. The environmental requirements for the storage hall building No. 2 were processed.

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction-technological solution for realization of the production hall with administrative part in Sudoměřice. Parts of the thesis are the technical report for the construction-technological project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the solution of the wider transport route links, where I designed and assessed selected transport routes. The other parts of the diploma thesis are design of a site equipment with the technical report of the site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms. The time and financial plans of objects are elaborated, followed by the detail time schedule of the realization of the main building obejct with a workers needs diagram and the item budget of the main building object with the bill of quantities. For the proces of the realization of the reiforced concrete prefabricated construction, the technological regulation for the assembly of elements with usability of the mobile crane, was made. In the diploma thesis, the technological regulation for the reiforced concrete cast-in-place columns and bond beams, was also prepared. Due to the high demands on the quality of the construction, the control and test plans for the assembly of the reiforced concrete prefabricated elements and for the cast-in-place columns and bond beams, were also prepared. Within the environmental protection, the requirements for the certification LEED 2009 Core & Shell, were processed.
