Examensarbetet i den här rapporten kommer att handla om hur ett beredningsarbete mellan Myren-Torseröd i Tanums kommun går till väga. På uppdrag av Ellevio AB skall berednings och entreprenadföretaget Trolk EL & Tele AB vädersäkra ett område mellan Galtö-Torseröd i Tanums kommun. Denna rapport kommer dock bara innehålla distributionsnätet 0,4-24 kV i området Myren-Torseröd. Det befintliga luftledningsnätet skall raseras och ersättas med markkabel. Även befintliga nätstationer och stolpstationer skall skrotas och ersättas med nya. Under beredningsarbetet skall fältbesök göras för att få en överblick i området beredningen skall ske, även för att mäta ut placering av t.ex. nätstationer. Beredningsarbetaren skall skriva avtal med markägare för att ha tillgång till marken, sedan skall även tillstånd sökas från t.ex. Länsstyrelsen, trafikverket och kommunen. Hela beredningsarbetet i detta projekt omfattar 68 kunder. / This report will focused on how the preparatory work between Myren-Torseröd in Tanum will proceed. On behalf of Ellevio AB, the preparation and construction company Trolk EL & Tele AB shall weatherproof an area between Galtö-Torseröd in Tanum. This report will only include the distribution 0,4-24 kV in the area between Myren-Torseröd. The existing overhead line network will be dismantled and replaced with underground cables. Even existing substations and pole stations to be scrapped and replaced with new ones. During the preparatory work, there have been field visits to get an overview of the field of processing operations, and to measure the position of e.g. substations. To have access to the ground the preparation worker must sign contracts with landowners, and shall also seek authorization from the County Administrative Board, the transport department and municipality. The entire preparation work in this project includes 68 customers.

Sweden has since the membership of the European Union established a new Discrimination act and this thesis aim is to discuss if the EU could be a factor that influenced Sweden to that change. This is done through a discussion of how the EU is mentioned in the preparatory works. Preparatory works are used by the Swedish government in policy making before deciding on a new law and is to give a better understanding to the theoretical background and how the policy-making process deals with the effects of the EU policy at national level. To help explain how the EU could be an influential factor the theory of Europeanization and State-feminist theory are applied. These theories are also discussed further on the role norm entrepreneurs’ play and how they use the EU as an opportunity structure. Through the theory of Europeanization it is explained how the he EU directives have been implemented without any adoptational problems and with Sweden meeting the goals of the directives, national legislation has been developed further. Through the governmental bills, signs show that the EU can be a factor of influence in national legislation in Sweden. It has not, however, been stated that the changes of the acts to the current Discrimination act is done by effects of the European Union.

The purpose of the essay has been, to some extent, to show on any deficiencies in the law against sexual services as well as to stress the importance of having a continued debate and discussion about prostitution and to define what is needed in order to meet the original expectations of the law. The conclusion that the law against sexual services does not meet the expectations has been based on the outcome of the analysis made in this essay. The reason why the Swedish law against selling sexual services does not work is based on four areas; lack of resources within the police force, too few convictions against sex buyers, preventional social actions and political legitimacy.  The essay refers to different point of views of the prostitution issue as well as different research studies, articles and public debates. The method which this essay has been based on is a case study of the implementation of the Swedish law against selling sexual services as well as an evaluation analysis.

The last major change occurred in 2005 when the new sexual offenses law came into force with an increased focus on children. The purpose of this study is that through a content analysis to identify and understand the construction of children in the new legislation on sexual offenses on the basis of preliminary work. Based on the purpose we came up with two questions: How are children constructed in the preparatory works to the new sexual offenses law? Are they attributed to child characteristics and responsibilities in the new legislation on sexual offenses and if so, how? In order to achieve the purpose of the study we have chosen the preparatory works to the new legislation on sexual offenses from 2005 until today. The study's empirical work has been further narrowed to the children, which means that a distinction is made in the new legislation on sexual offenses to 6 chapter 4-6 §§. The theoretical starting point is the childhood sociology and the method used is a content analysis. The result shows that the preparation of children in the new legislation on sexual offenses can be divided into continuous central themes: children 's agency, children than in adults and children's properties and responsibility.

Detta arbete består av en undersökning om hur en musiklärare och en idrottstränare jobbar med deras elever respektive spelare inför en prestation. Undersökningen inkluderar också hur musikläraren och idrottstränaren jobbar med efterarbetet av en prestation. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer och observationer har jag undersökt deras olika metoder. Resultaten visar att både musikläraren och idrottstränaren jobbar aktivt med både förberedelden och efterarbetet av prestationen. Det finns många likheter och olikheter i deras undervisningsprocess som kommer fram i resultaten. Men det går inte utifrån resultaten att dra några generella slutsater som likheter och olikheter för arbete med prestationer inom musik respektive sport. / This essay contains of a study on how a music teacher and a sports coach are working with their students and players before an achievement. The study also includes the music teacher and sports coach tuition with the after work of an achievement. I have investigated their different methods through qualitative interviews and observations. The results show that both the music teacher and sports coach works diligent with both the before and after work of an achievement. Many similarities and differences in their tuition process are shown in the results. However, based on the results of the study you cannot draw any general conclusions on how the work of an achievement differs between music and sport.

Unga företag utgör en stor del av alla företag i samhället och bidrar till utveckling inom många områden. För att unga företag ska kunna få förutsättningar att växa krävs det extern finansiering. Entreprenörer måste arbeta målmedvetet för att attrahera investerare till företaget. Tidigare forskning har till största del fokuserat på själva pitchingtillfället. Syftet med denna studie är att utveckla kunskap och förståelse för hur processen kring förarbetet inför pitchtillfället ser ut för entreprenörer i tillväxtorienterade unga svenska företag som vill attrahera investerare på kapitalmarknaden. Studiens forskningsansats utgår från kvalitativ forskningsmetod och har en abduktiv ansats. Den empiriska data består utav 12 intervjuer med entreprenörer från unga företag runt om i Sverige. Dataanalysmetoden som används är Gioia-metoden. Empirin visar att extern finansiering via affärsänglar, riskkapitalbolag och riskkapitalister har sökts och erhållits. Det anses vara viktigt att ta hänsyn till de anspråk som kommer med investeringen och investerarnas bidrag utöver kapital värderas högt. Förarbetet beskrivs inkludera förberedelse av dokument och presentationsmaterial samt se över hur det ser ut i organisationen. Det anses vara viktigt att kolla upp och lära känna investeraren för att kunna anpassa pitchen. Vid attraherande av investerare är det viktigt att framstå som legitim, trovärdig och att skapa förtroende. Kontinuerlig kommunikation och information är viktigt för att skapa starka relationer med investerarna. Relationerna måste vårdas och tas hand om för att bibehållas och utvecklas. Processen från förberedelser till pitch kan delas in med hjälp av ett tidsperspektiv som utgörs av tidiga och senare förberedelser. Det är ofta svårt att erhålla externt kapital via investeringar, därför utgör förarbetet en viktigt grund för att lyckas få investering. Förarbetet är också viktigt för att kunna bygga starka investerarrelationer. Olika investerarna kan skilja sig åt gällande krav och syften, vilket gör det viktigt att kolla upp och lära känna investerarna för att kunna anpassa förarbetet och pitchen. Nätverk är en viktig del i processen, det är både centralt för att få investering och något som företaget erhåller med investering. För att göra ett ordentligt förarbete behöver företaget börja i god tid. Det önskas mer hjälp och stöd i denna process innan pitch för att underlätta arbetet som entreprenörer lägger ner. Vidare borde förarbetet få mer fokus än vad pitchen får eftersom förarbetet ligger till grund för att lyckas med en framgångsrik pitch. / Young companies represent a large part of all companies in society and contribute to development in many areas. In order for young companies to be able to grow, external financing is required. Entrepreneurs must work purposefully to attract investors to the company. Previous research has largely focused on the actual pitching opportunity. The purpose of this study is to create and develop an understanding and knowledge of what the process of preparation for the pitch opportunity looks like for entrepreneurs in growth-oriented young Swedish companies who want to attract investors in the capital market.  The study's research approach is based on a qualitative research method and has an abductive approach. The empirical data consists of 12 interviews with entrepreneurs from young companies around Sweden. The data analysis method used is the Gioia-method. Empirical evidence shows that external financing through business angels, venture capital companies and venture capitalists has been sought and obtained. It is considered important to consider the claims that come with the investment and the investors' contribution in addition to capital is highly valued. The preparatory work is described to include preparation of documents and presentation material and to review what it looks like in the organization. It is considered important to check up and get to know the investor in order to be able to adapt the pitch. When attracting investors, it is important to appear legitimate, credible and to build trust. Continuous communication and information are important for creating strong relationships with investors. The relationships must be nurtured and taken care of in order to be maintained and developed. The process from preparation to pitch can be divided using a time perspective that consists of early and later preparations. It is often difficult to obtain external capital through investments, therefor the preparatory work is an important basis for succeeding in obtaining investment. The preparatory work is also important in order to be able to build strong investor relations. Different investors may differ in current requirements and purposes, which makes it important to check up and get to know the investors in order to be able to adapt the preparation and pitch. Networking is an important part of the process, it is both central to getting investment and something that the company receives with investment. To make a proper preparation, the company needs to start well in advance. More help and support is desired in this process before pitching to facilitate the work that entrepreneurs put in. Furthermore, the preparation should get more focus than the pitch gets, because the preparation is the basis for a successful pitch.

A b s t r a c t: CLIL is an innovative approach how to improve foreign language teaching. Thanks to the globalization, language education became one of the main priorities in most of the states, European countries, especially. However, foreign language education has been intensively discussed over the past two decades, there are still some important questions to answer. What is the best time to start with foreign language teaching? Which methods shall we use? When shall we start with the intensive foreign language teaching? Third grade, second grade or even earlier? I suggest CLIL and, particularly, language showers, could be a suitable solution how to prepare children for the future foreign language teaching. The main goal of my thesis is to find what kind of CLIL activities are suitable for the second grade where I actually teach. More specifically, I will carry out action research which will be based on videorecordings of three CLIL lessons. I will also try to analyse my linguistic and didactic mistakes. The analysis should help me to find solutions which will improve my CLIL teaching. Within the thesis, I will also try to diagnosticate my own pedagogical type which will help me to recognize the characteristics which will play important role during the reflective process of my CLIL teaching.
