The aim of this work was to form a comprehensive list of the most common parasites to be found on the European fallow deer (Dama dama) in the game park Poodří, in the Moravian-Slezian region, former district of Nový Jíčín. The practical part of the work was focused on the collection of several samples of droppings and its examination with subsequent determination of the parasites. In the course of the diploma research there was a spectrum of species to be followed, their prevalence, seasonal dynamic throughout the year, the effects on the host animal and adherence to the prevention through the principles of animal hygiene. On the whole there were 150 samples of droppings examined by coprologistic methods and subsequently compared with the data collected by the owner of the game park. On the fallow deer the presence of the single-host coccidia, genus Eimeria, was found. There were also findings of the gastrointestinal nematodes, genus Trichostrongylus, Ostertagia, Chabertia, Nematodirus and Trichuris. From the pulmonary nematodes only the small pulmonary nematode Varestrongylus sagittatus was determined. The prevalence of parasites is in comparison to the prior studies of Prof. MVDr. K. Chroust, DrSc. from the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Brno still kept on a low level. The parasitic infection did not have any effect on the state of health of the deer monitored. The measures maintained in the game park are effective, owning to the fact that we are able to carry out all actions against the outbreak and dispersion of the disease effectively and in time. These measures can be carried out by decontaminating hunting alternatively by the catching and following examination of the game. Precautionary arrangements are executed by dosing of the medicated curatives on the grounds of the previous coprologistic testing with positive result.

Summary Obesity is a serious condition that brings many health risks and the attendant reduction of the quality of the dog's life. For those reasons, it is important to prevent obesity and to focus on its prevention, which is full responsibility of the owner. The owner should therefore have enough appropriate information about the basic needs of their dog's diet, its natural behavior, and its need to move. The veterinarians play an important role in that . The aim of this work is to cover the issue of obesity in dogs with the help of research and a questionnaire survey. A part of the aim is to map how owners and breeders cooperate with veterinarians, if/how they are informed about their dog's nutrition, whether they focus on preventing obesity in their dogs, or what they do if their dog is already overweight. The questionnaires helped evaluate four hypotheses: 1) The dogs whose owners haven't discussed the dog's weight with their veterinarians (while the veterinarians have not offered any consulting about nutrition) suffer from obesity more than others. 2) The dogs whose owners actively focus on obesity prevention suffer from obesity less than others. 3) The dogs who have access to food ad libitum and at the same time their daily activity is less than 1 hour suffer from obesity more than others. 4) The dogs who are fed industrially processed food and whose owners prefer price to quality when choosing food suffer from obesity more than others. Altogether, 161 questionnaires were filled in and subsequently evaluated. The respondents comprised both males and females of all ages who owned dogs of both sexes and various breeds and ages. This sample of respondents confirmed the first two hypotheses. The other two hypotheses have not been statistically confirmed. Twenty percent of the dogs were categorized as overweight or obese. Overall, the questionnaires showed that in most cases, those respondents trust their veterinarians, they pay attention to prevention and also share the veterinarian's opinion on their dog's condition. On the other hand, the questionnaires also showed that the veterinarians could be more proactive. Even among the dogs of the above mentioned respondents, there were overweight or obese dogs. Obesity is a hot issue and these days, it is considered a disease. Its prevention should therefore be crucial.

The thesis deals with the prevention of dependencies for pupils with hearing disabilities. The work describes the specifics of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention and focuses on the State of awareness and of preventive measures on the individual schools for the hearing impaired in Prague. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which is processed primarily on the basis of the study of literature, contains a general treatise on the auditory disability, a description of the different kinds of dependencies with their consequences and an overview of the possible types of prevention. The practical part is devoted to research through interviews and a questionnaire, which is focused on finding, comparing and quantitative evaluation of the awareness of pupils of various dependencies and their prevention in schools for the hearing impaired in Prague. The tittle: The falls of senior people at home surroundings and thein preventions The goal: The goal of this theses was to finf out the degrese of seniors knowing at preventative moves which can avoid falls and through question forms to analyze how the information about danger from the falls at home surroundings influenced the seniors effort to modify their homes. The mothod: At my thesis I used the mothod of quantity analyses. I obtained the data through questionn aires. The interviewed respondents are senior people at age of 65 and more. I interviewed 130 respondents in total and Theky were dividend into 2 groups according to the age or purposes of this thesis. In the first group are seniors between 65 and 74 and the other group is represented by people at age 75 and more. The questionnaire contained 23 questions and was split u pinto 6 domains. The first free questions were related to personal datas and social background of seniors. Next free questions find out the fall at anamnesis and the others are directed to home safeness, foreknowledge about preventive moves and the reslting behavior of respondents in relation to Pasove increase of home safeness. Duty to prevent damage and its effects in particular legal branches Abstract: The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the duty to prevent damage in the context czech of legal system, to prove that prevention is integral to the system of civil liability and examine special consequences of this duty outside the scope of civil law, i.e. in criminal and administrative law. The reason for my research is increasing importance of revention in modern legal discourse. The thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the principle of prevention and its development. Chapter One is introductory, analyses and defines the phenomenon of prevention in the civil law. The chapter is subdivided into four parts. Part one briefly describes the emphasis on the prevention in civil liability by the law and economics. Part two analyses the principle of neminem laedere and its importance within the principle of prevention. Part three draws conclusions from the preceeding parts and defines the duty to prevent damage in the civil law. Part four then describes who might be the subject of such a duty. Title: The most common aerobic injuries, their prevention and follow rehabilitation. Objective: The aim of this thesis is find and introduce main type of injuries, frequency and lenght of the recovery of aerobic competitors of I., II. and III. FISAF class. Asses injuries and find oue preventive measures used by competitors. Methods: In this diplome thesis was used literary review in theoretical part of thesis and metod of written questioning was used in non-standatdized questionaires. This method was used to analyse the most common injuries, preventive measures before injury and find out competitors experience with physical therapy The questionnaire was distributed to 21 aerobic clubs wich contest in 1st, 2nd and 3th aerobic FISAF class. For data analysis softwere was used Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013. Findings: Acquired data showed that in season of 2016 was injured 91 competitors of 157 participant researchers. The most common area of injury aerobics FISAF competitors of 1st, 2nd and 3th class was in 57% pelvis and lower extreminty area. Detailed analysis showed that 24% of injury was in the ankle joint. Terrorism - criminological aspects Abstract The author deals with the term of terrorism and its criminological aspects. First, the definition of terrorism is defined, and then the readers are given a look into the history of this phenomenon. In accordance with the negative definition of this problem, the difference between the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism, organized crime or guerilla is described. The thesis also describes legal regulations in the Czech Republic and the United States of America as well as the potential risks for future development in the Czech area. In the key part of the work, the author deals with individual criminological aspects. The perpetrator of terrorism, both an individual and a terrorist organization, is approached on examples and through scientific studies. Then, the most frequent motives and causes of radicalization of these offenders are mentioned. The analysis of these factors is described from a psychological and sociological point of view. Part of the thesis is also devoted to the victims of this crime, both material and financial support, and the syndromes the survivors can face after the attack.
