In the process of creating the School Educational Program for the Elementary School of Arts a broader perspective on the topic in question and its relations was gained through a detailed inquiry of its workings. There is a detailed comparison presented in the first part of the currently valid documents with the state frameworks set up in order to create the new document. Another perspective is considered while examining the process of applying these frameworks into the specific School Educational Program, as if it was almost live. The thesis also presents a unique point of view in terms of workings of ZUŠ (Elementary School of Arts) as being part of the schooling system with a non-standard way legal set-up.

The purpose of this thesis is to identify the most common and the most severe deficiencies in the conduct of the contracting authorities in the case law of the Office for the Protection of Competition and based on the data about numbers of these deficiencies in the past years and by taking into consideration the proposed legislative changes forecast the future development in the numbers and severity of the deficiencies in the conduct of the contracting authorities. In case of an adverse forecast correct aim of future legislative changes will be suggested so that the principles of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination would be protected and more efficient use of public funds would be ensured. The thesis is composed of eight chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the deficiencies of the contracting authorities. Chapter One is introductory. Title : The character of Lubos Fiser's work and his style of composing, taking into account the nature of solo piano pieces. Abstract : This paper "The character of Lubos Fiser's work and his style of composing, taking into account the nature of solo piano pieces", is focused on all of his pieces. The first part of Fiser's work falls within the artificial character and the second part focuses on the film, hence the incidental music. The main purpose of this thesis is to update and clarify Fiser's review of his complete achievements and composition style into the typological classification and the individual development throughout various creative stages. Consideration will be also given to the creation of solo piano pieces that illustrate and highlight specific features of Fiser's creative development. Characteristics of these pieces will be linked to their structure in the form and tectonics, with regard to the styling tools and related interpretive issues.

Vergütungspflicht bei der Vervielfältigung von Urheberwerken - die tschechische und deutsche Regelung im europäischen Kontext Abstrakt Die Vervielfältigung zu privaten Zwecken ist eine der Schranken vom Recht des Urhebers, das Werk zu nutzen. Auf der Grundlage eines Konzepts, das in den 1960er Jahren in Deutschland entstanden ist, ist eine solche Vervielfältigung nur dann möglich, wenn dem Urheber für einen solchen Eingriff in seine wirtschaftlichen Interessen Vergütung gewährt wird. Wie auch in anderen Bereichen des Urheberrechts ist es auch im Falle des Systems der Vergütungen notwendig, ein Gleichgewicht zwischen den Interessen des Urhebers und der gesamten Gesellschaft zu finden. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of wiretapping and interception of telecommunications pursuant to Section 88 of the Czech Criminal Procedure Act. It deals also with the question of the so called metering which is governed by a separate Section within the Czech Criminal Procedure Act, Section 88a. The main purpose of this thesis is to provide thorough analysis of these two legal issues, taking into consideration domestic, international and partially also foreign legal provisions. This thesis is systematically divided into three main chapters which offer sequential elaboration on domestic, "European" and Slovak legislation. Each of these chapters is split into several separate parts. In Chapter One, I outline concept, major principles and procedure applying to wiretapping and interception of telecommunication on one hand, and concept, major principles and procedure applying to metering on the other hand. The purpose of my thesis is to characterize the issue of brand image, and in particular the Alpine Pro brand, producer of sportswear. Furthermore, the thesis wants to determine whether the image of the Alpine Pro brand has changed after London 2012 Olympic Games. The research sample has been selected from broad public Internet users, potential sportswear market customers. The results of the research will provide a basis for possible solutions to improving the brand image.

The goal of this thesis is to map Jean Paul Sartre's ontological inquiry into the concept of freedom. We will view Sartre as an influential modern ontologist. Therefore the concept of freedom will be apprehend within the framework of inquiry into the being of things, which in this perspective means the human being. The intelectual productivity of Sartre during the 1930s and 1940s finds its original ontological base for exploring the modes of being of human existence mainly within the perspective of Husserl's Phenomenology. That is true at least for his most influential work from this period called Being and nothigness (1943). This phenomenological basis of Sartre's inquiry are changing in the following decades towards the social ontology that originally connects his former existentialism with marxism viewed through fresh and original perspectives. This kind of ontology obtains its most coherent form in Sartre's extensive work called The Critique of Dialectical Reason (1960). Finally, we consider as necessary to reflect Sartre's work through the perspective of following generation of french philosophical thinking influenced mainly by structuralism. The Drinking Habits of Children in Middle Childhood and Its Compliance in Selected Basic Schools This thesis studies the drinking regime of children in middle childhood with a focus on the drinking schedule at school. The paper describes the importance of water in the human body and the effects of dehydration. Further research has been done from several different sources about water requirements of children. Particular attention has been paid to the drinking habits in schools with respect to the law. Personal research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire. This survey was completed by children in middle childhood during the day in school in the first grade of selected primary schools regarding their drinking habits. Individual survey results are given and analyzed. Based on the survey conducted and information taken from the available sources, a recommendation for educational practice has been formulated.

The debate concerning if United Kingdom should leave or stay in European Union is not entirely new. Due to political, economy and moral reasons have the debate been popular in the country. The purpose of this paper is to map the UK debate on the European Union. By using a Pro-Contrast analysis, this paper will also investigate arguments from Margaret Thatcher and David Cameron who have been prime minister for the country and party leader for the conservative party, Tories. Furthermore, the arguments will also be analyzed through theories of liberalism and realism. The debate for a European Union shows that arguments are based on liberalism and realism. The arguments also show that there here has been a change over two different times with two different political actors.

Despite significant advancements achieved by this incarnation in both reliability and ease of use, EverBEEN still came out somewhat wanting in terms of commercial usability. One of its major shortcomings was the absence of a standardized way of data extraction and processing. The want of such means in EverBEEN laid foundation to the central question of this thesis: How to extract and process data from a framework like EverBEEN, with no prior knowledge of the structure of said data? Albeit centered on the creation of a common, reusable data extraction and aggregation codebase for said framework, this thesis also strives to analyze means of automating EverBEEN control-flow and incorporating the framework, and its data processing, into continuous integration.
