Košťál, S. Technical analysis vs. news trading on FOREX market. Diploma thesis. Brno: MENDELU, 2014. In this thesis different approaches of technical analysis and news trading are compared. Spike trading, part of news trading approach, was choosed as the best fulfilling criteria strategy. It was described in details, including require-ments for its succesfull application. In practical part of my thesis was described 9 suggestions for improving of the strategy. Each of them was founded to be be-neficial for given criteria. These suggestions were implemented to optimalizated version of Spike trading strategy. Original version and the optimalized one were compared based on real trading. As a resoult of comparation, hypothesis of succesfull optimalization was confirmed.

57 Abstract Agreements to Work Outside the Scope of Employment The present thesis deals with the topic of agreements to work outside the scope of employment, an institute of the Czech Labour Law which constitutes, along with the employment agreement, one of the basic labour law relations. The aim of the thesis was to present and describe the institute of the agreements to work outside the scope of employment in order to determine their place within the Czech labour law and whether they are still a useful form of employment. The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part deals with the general theme of labour law relations, with the relation of labour law to civil law as well as with the public law limitations of contractual freedom in labour law relations. The second part of the thesis concerns the history of the agreements to work outside the scope of employment and the changes the institute went through since its introduction to the Czechoslovak and later Czech law. The Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment The aim of my thesis was to summarize the current and former legislation of legal relations established by the Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment. I focused my work on private law legislation, especially on the area of labour law and also on the public law legislation, such as social security law and tax law. By using the analytical method of research of the above mentioned, I concluded to what extent is such institute still needed and what possible changes shall the legislator consider to reflect the best the current needs of the society. To examine the legal situation, it was necessary to summarize the relationship between civil and labour law and also to define certain terms closely related to the institute of Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment in the first and second part of my thesis. Such terms include especially the notion of dependent labour and dependent activity as well as the notion of employment itself. Completion of work and rights and duties resulting from defective work This thesis focuses on the analysis and description of selected aspects of a contract for work which are completion of work and rights and duties resulting from defective work. The selected aspects are dealt with in this thesis according to their regulation after the recodification of civil law in Act no. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. This new legislation is analyzed and at the same time compared with the legislation from which it partly arose and that was abolished by the Civil Code, i.e. Act no. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and Act no. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended. The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of the public law contract on realization of the structure, which can be concluded under the Section 116 of the Building Act with the approval of the respective authorities between the building office and the developer and the summary building permit proceedings under the Section 117 of the Building Act, which consists in a concluded contract on making a check of the design documentation for the structure between the developer and an authorized inspector. The main aim of the reform of public administration is among others to democratize and more privatize the building permit proceeding and create the alternatives to the classical building permit proceeding. These alternatives are above mentioned the public law contract on realization of the structure and the summary building permit proceedings. The both institutes are capable to replace the building permit. The goal of this thesis was to discover the size of using contracts for work and contracts for services outside main job contract. Contracts for work, which is considered as a second, but only half-time, job when employee can work up half of the work hours i.e. up to 20 hours per week. Contracts for services is mostly closed for a short term work. in this thesis I chose a 15 companies in Benešov to find out which contracts these companies uses more. Submitted thesis Legal Forms of Employment and their Implications for Employees deals with the problems of employment legal relations and subsequent forms of employment in connection with labour law of the Czech Republic. The first (theoretic) part of the work describes basic employment legal relations (working ratio and the agreement outside the employment relationship) in the relation to the labour code. In this part of the work are described the most famous non traditional flexible forms of employment of the Czech Republic, defined in their legislation, including a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of these forms of employment both for the employees and for the employer. The practical part of the thesis comes from the testimony of ten of the respondents, who are acquainted with their opinions and experiences with different forms of employment. On their basis are developed case studies with commentary that evaluates the experience of the respondent and compares it with the relevant labour legislation. In this part is also statistical evaluation which deals with the comparison of the used forms of the employment relations between the European Union and the Czech Republic. The evaluation of the results and conclusion of the thesis summarizes the whole issue and presents the proposal to solute the negative consequences weighted employees using non standard flexible forms of employment.

This diploma thesis focuses on processing and data collecting for the use of creating functional 3D informating model that we call BIM (Building Information Modelling) which is getting more and more attention throughout building industry and it is used by all of the participants in the industry from designers and architects to those who are dealing with building installations. This process is slowly getting into legislations of many countries including Czechia. The thesis is divided into two parts where one of them is describing the Building Information Modeling in general and the other part is describing the work which is behind the colleting good data which is needed when making the 3D documentation in Revit software which is wildly used for designing building constructions. Practical part of the land surveyor´s work is devided here into two parts where one of them is dedicated to collecting data by laser scanning process, GNSS and measuring by total station and levelling machine. Second part focuses on the description of the data processing in order to make 3D model. The example of the output production data is the BIM 3D model of the family house in selected level of detail and besides that we also have the visualization of both interior and exterior and 2D simplified building documentations.
