Význam podpory pečujících osob / Importance of assistance for family caregivers

In this thesis, I shall discuss the importance of supporting caregivers. I will focus primarily on the introduction and description of problematic phenomena related to caring, to the caregiver's role, then of delivering care and its species. In subsequent chapters I will focus on the pitfalls of care and the implications for caring. Next, I will dedicate the positive aspects of care. At work I will also support informal care from the state. I provide overview of options that can help them in caring for a related. At thesis I try to highlight the care provided by amateurish carers about the importance of their support and also to outline the positive aspects of care. Family carers deserve admiration. Their strength and conviction in many cases is unimaginable. Caregivers must overcome many obstacles and still manage most of the care.

Title: Significantly influence subjective psychological Stress perceived Factor Analysis. Objectives: The main Aim of this Work is subjective perceived psychological Stress changing comparation of professional Soldiers Group before and after psychological Stress, They receive every Day in their Job. Methods: The Method used in this Work is Research by standard Questionnaire consists of two Parts. One of Them was realised before psychological Stress and the second One was realised after the psychological Stress. Both Parts of Questionnaires was analyzed and statisticaly evaluated. Results: By the Research was found, that from researching Age, Education and Length of Service in Unit Factors, the most significant Influence on Changes of subjective perceived psychological Stress have the Age and the Length of Service Factors. After that was found, the subjective perceived psychological Stress at the End of all-day Duty have increased. Title: Experiance with joga for tennis coaches Objectives of work: The aim of my thesis is to analyze the possitive effects of yoga on the mental and physical health of tennis players. The data is gained by quality data collection methods. The secondary objective is, on the basis of information obtained from short interviews with coaches, to create a theoretical model of categorization. Method: In this thesis we used the method of interview and narrative interview. The data collected from the interviews, was used to create a theoretical model of categorization. A method of narrative interview with elements of the interview was used as a key method of collecting data from selected subjects. Results: Following numerous interviews with various subjets including coaches and trainers, I have come to the conclution, that yoga has a positive effect on the mental and physical health of tennis players. The main effects of yoga include: increased confidence and concentration on the court, accelerated healing, reduced pain in the spine (notibly in lumbar region), therefore increasing the flexibility of joints and improving the performance of players. Nucené změny laterality v dětském věku a jejich vliv na celkový rozvoj osobnosti / Forced laterality changes in childhood and their influence on the overall development of personality

The diploma thesis deals with laterality, the research presents analysis of laterality of six adult people with forced changes in laterality. Then it describes the development of laterality and its types, degrees, types and diagnostics. There is also a historical approach to the left-hand side from the Stone Age to the present. The work focuses on forced changes in laterality in childhood and their influence on the overall development of personality. Six adult respondents, three men and three women aged thirty- eight to seventy-two years were tested for qualitative research. The effects of laterality change were observed in speech, psyche, state of laterality, reading and written speech. The aim of the work was to describe the difficulties that may arise as a result of a forced change in laterality, to find out whether the respondents have to face and to discover their possible survival to adulthood. For all respondents, the laterality and type determined by the test was tested, which was a partial goal. For all respondents, during the interviews, problems related to forced changes in laterality in childhood were manifested or discussed.

This dissertation is focusing on the psychological expectations associated to the job of social worker working in the Czech Republic, specifically those working for social services based in Ostrava, and those who provide support for population of people, who are in danger of social exclusion. The theoretical part defines the psychological workload put upon a social worker, their motivation, or work motivation for working in personal contact with clients, and also their potential psychological gains and the structure of their social support. The method of evaluation is discussed in the empirical part of this dissertation. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to determine the psychological aspects mentioned above and how these influence the job of social worker. The aim of this dissertation is to accumulate theoretical information and practical findings based on the methods used in this work to establish the pre-determinants of the job of social worker in such a way that they can be further utilised by these in real world. The aim of this thesis is to map the work of a psychologist in facilities for children requiring immediate help (FCRIH). The partial aim of the thesis is to compare the work of a psychologist in FCRIH with the work of a psychologist in school facilities of institutional and protective care. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the system of alternative care for children and describes the various forms of care. After that the theoretical part focuses on FCRIH itself, especially the legislative framework of these facilities. The following chapter is focused on children in FCRIH and thus defines the work of a psychologist in these facilities in terms of the content of his work. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on psychological care in FCRIH and school facilities of institutional and protective care in order to compare them. The practical part was processed qualitatively through online questionnaires for directors and psychologist of FCRIH and subsequently semi-structured interviews with FCRIH psychologists were conducted. This diploma thesis is focused on psychosocial issues related to vulnerable and lonely children, especially with regard to the threat of emotional deprivation. Theoretical part provides definitions of key terms, such as child needs, upbringing, family and its background, psychological deprivation and its consequences; substitute family care, socialization, etc. The aim of theoretical part is to outline development and education of children in out-of-home care facilities in comparison with the care of child in its own family environment. These differences have been analyzed in the research part of the work. The main goal was to contact several involved experts and learn their approaches and opinions regarding the vulnerable children situation in the Czech Republic, which has been facing these issues. Semistructured interview conducted by me with the above experts was focused mostly on asking questions regarding existing {\clqq}imperfections`` in the Family Code and Act on social & legal protection of children, as amended, to highlight the indicators which have negative impacts on successful psychosocial development of children. To provide better picture of the researched issue, the work is complemented by the casuistics of a family with adopted child.

This diploma thesis focuses on free time activities of elementary school teachers in relation with their perception of workload. In the theoretical part the teacher's characteristics are mentioned, but it primarily focuses on workload and teachers' free time activities. The topics are seen through multiple points of view. Different segments of workload and types of free time are presented. Empirical part is elaborated using in-depth interview with chosen elementary school teachers. The main goal of this research was to uncover, how much the workload influences teachers' spending of their free time and how are they coping with the workload. Participants of this research are coping with the workload well and they are spending their free doing activities completely different from their profession. Most mentioned activities were physical activities, manual labor and sport.

The thesis deals with an incidence of mental stress of college students. The thesis is not only focused on the present, but also on the degree of mental stress and the factors that affect the degree of stress. The first objective is to analyse the incidence and impact of mental stress at students of the faculty. A partial objective is to describe the relation of physical activity and mental load, as many authors state that physically active individuals are mentally more resistant. Furthermore, to determine how many students suffer from a particular degree of depression and whether students sought professional help. The practical part deals with the analysis of individual questions from the questionnaire, which are graphically presented in the form of graphs. In this section it is also stated the evaluation of standardized part of the questionnaire, the division of students into groups according to the SDS index and evaluation of hypotheses using statistical processing by method of multiple regression analysis by using the freely available Gretl program. For the purposes of the research two hypotheses were formulated: H1: Mental stress is present at the first-year students of bachelor's degree. H2: The degree of mental load varies among physically active and inactive students. These hypotheses were statistically evaluated using multiple regression analysis in freely available Gretl program and according to the results they were confirmed or disproved. The results of this thesis can be used for the needs of the faculty, which can obtain a comprehensive view on the impact of the faculty environment on the students' mental status. Studying at university is not only an instrument to gain professional knowledge and qualification in the field of study, but also the social environment where you can get a lot of contacts.

Pracovní zátěž u sester v perioperační péči / The workload of nurses in perioperative care

The basic theoretical background: It is known that the profession of nurses is very physically and mentally challenging. Otherwise, it is not even for nurses in the operating room. The work of nurses in operating rooms is highly specialized and demanding profession that requires specific skills and knowledge primarily because the operating rooms is very specific and puts high demands on the technical and material equipment, flawless organization work and to perfect the principles of antisepsis and asepsis. It's about challenging, diverse activities, including the preparation of operating material, devices, apparatus, instruments and sterilization. The correct execution of all these activities, the profession ranks between occupation with time pressure, physical stress and irregular rhythm of life and professions, in which psychological and physical depletion of reserves means not only a danger to themselves, but also the health of the patient. The objectives of the work: To meet the main intent of the work were established two objectives. The first goal is to find out what type of workload for nurses in perioperative care predominates. The second goal is to compare the differences of the workload for novice and long - term working nurses in perioperative care. Hypothesis: Depending on the set objectives have been identified four hypotheses. H1: the incidence of psychological burden for nurses in perioperative care predominates over the occurrence of physical exertion. H2: for nurses working less than three years in perioperative care is the presence of psychic load higher than for senior sisters. H3: for nurses working for more than three years in perioperative care is the presence of physical load higher than the sisters with less length of practice. H4: the workload of nurses in perioperative care does not differ from the standard, based on the Meister´s method of assessing workload. Methodology: Research method of quantitative inquiry of research using the techniques of a standardised questionnaire, supplemented by their own questions. The questionnaire was completely anonymous and respondents ' participation in the research was voluntary. Were used two standardized questionnaires. The first questionnaire was elected from Maister, which assesses the impact of work on the psyche of the individual. The second questionnaire was used as a working activity from Baecky, which is used to measure physical activity. The target group were the nurses working in the perioperative care. In total, were interviewed across nine hospitals of the Czech Republic. All selected Hospital have agreed to perform the research investigation to this thesis. The results obtained were statistically processed. Conclusion: The work provides information about what type of workload predominate for nurses in perioperative care and about the differences of the workload for starting and working nurses in perioperative care. The results of the thesis can be used by medical facilities to identify the workload for nurses in perioperative care and by the perioperative nurses. From the above results, it is clear that the issue of mental and physical loads primarily nurses in the operating room is a very current topic, and it is important to deal with manifestations of this load. In addition to this thesis was created, information material on the prevention of the workload and the methods of its elimination.
