Title: The influence of physical activity on changes in body composition and quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is evaluating the influence of a 3 months interventional motion program on body composition parameters and a quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Methods: The body of the thesis is consisted of quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is a quasiexperiment. Descriptive and statistical methods were used for a complete evaluation. Bioimpedance methods were used to obtain the body composition parameters and results were evaluated in a statistical program IBMSPSS Statistics 22. A maximum grip strength was determined by a handheld digital dynamometer. A subjective evaluation in a form of survey was used to assess the quality of life. Results: A specific group of seniors - students of U3V tend to lead an active lifestyle, which is reflected on the results of body composition parameters. During the three month motion program highly significant changes regarding improvement of FFM parameter were observed within a younger group of seniors. Within a older group of seniors, improvement or stagnation of regressive changes was observed, albeit the changes were deemed insignificant. This master's thesis defines theoretical range of compliance costs of taxation. Focus is placed on psychological costs of tax compliance. In the thesis are defined measuring methods of compliance costs of taxation and then are presented the results of realized studies. Theoretical part also contains general information about the determination of selective sample. Practical part contains the analysis of psychological costs of tax compliance which was based on results of the questionnaire survey.

This work deals with modeling of the human psyche and its cognitive processes, emotions and behaviors based on agent system. The first objective of this examines the issue from the perspective of general psychology and intelligent systems. The work discusses in detail the design model of the human psyche with definitions of agents system and design of simulation environment. The special part is devoted to the design of the neural network system. After description of implementation of the model and simulation environment, finally, the work show results of experiments with the implemented system from the perspective of conformity with psychological theories and benefits to artificial intelligence.

The diploma work "Some aspects of psychologic and spirit evolution" tries to track psychological and spiritual development, especially development of a child. The work deals with consequences of a wrong religions formation and outline basic principles of a healthy religions upbringing and teaching.

In my diploma thesis I would like to discuss palliative (hospice care) in the Czech Republic, development of services and legislation associated with it. Further forms of hospice care services for families and clients. In the next chapter I would like to mention the risks and problems that the employees of hospice care in their work meet. Of this chapter, I followed a question of psychic health workers by employers and other options to avoid the risk factors associated with the exercise of this profession. In the research part, I would like to do qualitative research on the selected device, focusing on problems that are often faced by employees and that the support of the leadership sufficient.

This dissertation is focusing on the psychological expectations associated to the job of social worker working in the Czech Republic, specifically those working for social services based in Ostrava, and those who provide support for population of people, who are in danger of social exclusion. The theoretical part defines the psychological workload put upon a social worker, their motivation, or work motivation for working in personal contact with clients, and also their potential psychological gains and the structure of their social support. The method of evaluation is discussed in the empirical part of this dissertation. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to determine the psychological aspects mentioned above and how these influence the job of social worker. The aim of this dissertation is to accumulate theoretical information and practical findings based on the methods used in this work to establish the pre-determinants of the job of social worker in such a way that they can be further utilised by these in real world. This diploma thesis is focused on psychosocial issues related to vulnerable and lonely children, especially with regard to the threat of emotional deprivation. Theoretical part provides definitions of key terms, such as child needs, upbringing, family and its background, psychological deprivation and its consequences; substitute family care, socialization, etc. The aim of theoretical part is to outline development and education of children in out-of-home care facilities in comparison with the care of child in its own family environment. These differences have been analyzed in the research part of the work. The main goal was to contact several involved experts and learn their approaches and opinions regarding the vulnerable children situation in the Czech Republic, which has been facing these issues. Semistructured interview conducted by me with the above experts was focused mostly on asking questions regarding existing {\clqq}imperfections`` in the Family Code and Act on social & legal protection of children, as amended, to highlight the indicators which have negative impacts on successful psychosocial development of children. To provide better picture of the researched issue, the work is complemented by the casuistics of a family with adopted child.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of domestic violence in families in Písek and its surroundings. The main topic of this work is to map the issue and the dynamic of domestic abuse commited on women in Písek and its surroundings. The topic of this work was chosen with regard to my work orientation. I am working as a social worker in the organization NADĚJE. The mission of this organization is to help people who find themselves in difficult social situations. Among the clients are often found abused women. First half of theoretic part is dedicated to term definition domestic violence and its development. Till 1990, the domestic abuse has been perceived as personal matter. The radical turn came between 1990 2000, when the debates and discussion started through media. The public changed its mind and it was acknowledged that domestic violence repesent serious society wide problem that needs to be in centre of attention. The second half of theoretic part works with domestic violence cycle and descibes more detailed possible effects on victims. The attention is paid to law aspects of domestic abuse. The practical part of this thesis maps the dynamic of domestic violence commited on women in Písek and surroundings. To ensure the necessary information has been used qualitative research. A methodology of interviews and for key data collection technique was chosen the form of interview with using the instructions according Hendl. Research was attended by 11 women from the Pisek region, who lived with the aggressor at least 3 years. The main objective was to explore the issues and dynamics of domestic violence against women in Písek and its surroundings. Research questions were focused on the physical, psychological and socio-economic violence, "Institute of ejection" and the reasons why the interviewed women stay with the aggressor in the same household. On the basis of frame analysis that was carried out, and interpretation were induced these theoretical concepts: 1. The forms of any kind of violence are belittled and excused. The victims of domestic abuse learn how to live with the aggressor and his behaviour and accept it as part of their life. 2. The women as victims of domestic violence are aware that it has negative impacts on the children who are present in most of the cases, but they do anything to change. 3. Most of the battered women agree that their partner gets easily jealous and nags or humiliates them frequently. 4. The victims are not in touch with their families and friends that confirms the social isolation. 5. The knowledge of "Institute of ejection" is very low. 6. Prolonged exposure to domestic violence has a negative impact on self-esteem of women as victims.

The thesis has a theoretical characteristic, it focuses and desribes the current age issue from the demographic, biologic, psychological and social prospective. It addresses the relationship of the society and senior citizens and describes the demonstration of age, the needs of senior citizens, their adaptability to different types of changes and also to health conditions of older people. It also focuses on the end of life, dying and etical principles.

This thesis deals with the refugees in detention centres in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe and suggest educational and training aims for them. Theoretical part outlines the situation of migration in the Czech Republic, detention centres for refugees and their typical psychological problems. It accounts the educational aims from the point of view of common theory of education and leisure time education. The practical part describes the life of refugees in the detention centre in Kostelec nad Orlicí, their activities in leisure time and relations between the employees and clients of the centre. The refugees are seen as social workers´ and educators´ clients. The interviews with the employees of the detention centre are qualitatively analysed, attention is paid both to their activities and to their private aims at work and so the educational aims for the pedagogical workers dealing with refugees are formulated.
