Vývoj měnově politických režimů v ČR a vhodnost jejich použití / Evolution of monetary policy regimes and it is suitable in present

Frýbová, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The current monetary policy has been a widely discussed topic. The main focus has been given to the inflation targeting and whether it is suitable in situations with low inflation and low interests rates. The present study is addressing the monetary policy regimes and evolution of targeting aggregates under inflation targeting. The goal of my thesis is to verify whether the interests rates close to technical zero don t cause systematically larger deviations of forecasts of inflation from reality. Having compared most monetary regimes, their advantages and disadvantages in the current situation, I have come to the conclusion that although inflation targeting is not absolutely perfect, the shortcomings and the pitfalls of other regimes are considerably less favourable. Although the inflation deviation is increasing, this is most likely attributable to the error of model and the overtly optimistic forecast of the Czech National Bank than to the possibility that the errors directly relate to the level of interests rates.

Devizové rezervy v tranzitivních ekonomikách / Foreign exchange reserves in developing coutries

Parmová, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with a role of foreign exchange reserves in developing countries. Main attention is devoted to the trends in development in foreign exchange reserves in recent years. The individual questions are analyzed in the context of accumulation of foreign exchange reserves. There are described connections between exchange reserves and individual periods of economic emergence in the developing countries. The thesis presents the meaning of exchange reserves in different types of foreign exchange regimes. There is described influence of exchange reserves on implementation of monetary policy. Foreign exchange reserves are divided in dependence on their origin. There is defined the relationship between accumulation of exchange reserves and net international investment position. The thesis deals with the role of foreign exchange reserves in global imbalances too. In the empirical part there are analyzed some questions described in theoretical part, using the cases of the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.

Vliv pracovních režimů řidičů v silniční nákladní dopravě na bezpečnost dopravy / Impact of Drivers' Working Regimes in Freight Road Transport on Transport Safety

Máša, Vojtěch January 2010 (has links)
Working arrangements are restrictive limits for drivers important for both motor carriers and drivers. Have a major impact on the logistical arrangements of manufacturing companies that transport their goods by road. Failure to comply with these limits, is recently one of the major problems in road transport and leads to unfair competition between road hauliers. Carrier's failure to obtain such social legislation crucial competitive advantage. Recently the problem devoted much time from the perspective of politicians. States, violations of social legislation by the carrier and the driver severely punished and often the articles we read on the operating modes of drivers and their associated hazards of freight transport, road safety hazard, danger for drivers of cars. For 10 years devoted to the issue and participate in the creation of training materials on the subject of Logistics and. In my work I wanted to examine the issue of working arrangements drivers from professional point of view - how the limits are set and working arrangements whether they comply with road safety. Next, consider the statistics of accidents in the CR in relation to drivers' working arrangements and to propose changes that would contribute to the improvement of social legislation in relation to road safety.

Vliv hloubkové závislosti fyzikálních vlastností zemského pláště na charakter termální konvekce / Influence of depth dependence of the Earth's mantle properties on thermal-convection characteristics

Šustková, Hana January 2014 (has links)
Aim of this work is a systematic investigation of the modes of thermal convection (onset of convection, stationary solutions, periodic solutions, chaotic states) in a material whose properties vary with depth like the material of Earth mantle; the problem was solved in Cartesian geometry. The Stokes equation set was consistently formulated in the spectral region not only horizontally but also vertically, and thus in the model consisting of layers with a constant viscosity but with general course of velocity and temperature in each layer. This equation set was solved with matrix method for each wave vector. Thermal equation was solved in the spatial domain and the transition of velocity and temperature between spectral and spatial domains was performed using the fast Fourier transform. This procedure allows a straightforward parallelization, thereby opening the possibility of not only two-dimensional but also three-dimensional modeling and modeling of chaotic regimes. On the basis of the numerical difficulties of method presented here an model investigated in finite elemens was used. The basic modes of thermal convection were then investigated using model assembled in the software Comsol. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Vliv hloubkové závislosti fyzikálních vlastností zemského pláště na charakter termální konvekce / Influence of depth dependence of the Earth's mantle properties on thermal-convection characteristics

Šustková, Hana January 2014 (has links)
Title: Influence of depth dependence of the Earth's mantle properties on thermal-convection characteristics Author: Hana Šustková Department: Department of Geophysics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Ctirad Matyska, DrSc. Abstract: This thesis concerns the study of convection in Cartesian models in two and three dimensions. Specifically, it deals with the systematic monitoring of critical Rayleigh numbers based on the geometry model, on the functional dependence of the viscosity or of other parameters. Models has been created with layered viscosity and constant or temperature- and depth- dependent parameters (thermal expansion and conductivity). The system has been described by conventional dimensionless Boussinesq approximation. Part of the work is devoted to the application of matrix method for solving the appropriate Stokes flow and use of Euler's method for solving the thermal equation. The actual calculations were then performed in an environment of commercial software Comsol and thus by using the finite element method. It was shown that the dominant influence on the critical Rayleigh numbers has a viscosity model (with increasing viscosity the critical Rayleigh numbers increase), other important parameter is system's geometry (larger size and dimension of the geometry reduce the critical Rayleigh number). The...

Komparace Miloševičova Srbska a Tudjmanova Chorvatska v letech 1991-1997 z pohledu teorie autoritativních režimů / Comparison of Milošević's Serbia and Tudjman's Croatia in the Perspective of the Theory of Authoritarian Regimes

Mikovčík, Michal January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the political regimes of Slobodan Milosevic in Serbia and Franjo Tudjman in Croatia in the years 1991 - 1997 from the point of view of the theory of authoritarian regimes. The subject of the research was to determine the similarities and differences that the regimes showed in a given period. In the beginning of the work, the author approaches the theoretical core of the concepts of authoritarian regimes by Juan J. Linz and the competitive authoritarianism of Steven Levitsky and Lucan A. Way. The analytical part of the work consists of a synchronous dual-case study of Serbia and Croatia focused on the main aspects of authoritarian regimes and their subsequent comparison. The output of the thesis consists in a critical analysis of the features of both examined regimes at the level of limited political pluralism, the relationship between mentality and ideology and depoliticization versus mobilization and application of theories of authoritarian regimes to Serbia and Croatia in a given period. An important finding was that although the countries showed many similar features, the main differences were in the character of Slobodan Milosevic and Franjo Tudjman. The work concludes that Serbia and Croatia can be included in hybrid semi-competitive...

Prezidentské klany v Kazachstánu a Uzbekistánu: postavení a vývoj / Presidential Clans in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: status and development

Jordanová, Anna January 2021 (has links)
The thesis deals with the topic of the development of presidential political clans in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. It covers the entire rule of the first two presidents (Nursultan Nazarbayev and Islam Karimov) from their ascension to their posts shortly after the dissolution of the Soviet Union and declarations of independence of both states, and also the current rule of their respective successors (Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Shavkat Mirziyoyev). It predominantly focuses on the power and social status of their closest relatives in these clan- based structures. Special attention was paid to their potential roles in state affairs after the resignation (or death) of their patrons.
