Optimalizace logistických procesů ve firmě Kingspan, a. s. / Optimization of logistic processes in the company Kingspan, a.s.

Uhlíř, Filip January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this work is to show the application of operational research on an example that is put into practise and to show the usabillity of this science field. The problem solved will be the Vehicle routing problem with split delivery. The whole process of solving this issue is described in the text. From the income data and automatised data aquisition from publicly acessible resources for the distance matrix to the created mathemathical model for this issue together with the implementation in SW Lingo. Furthermore, in my work classic distribution problem of linear programming in connection to the solved issue are described. Beside that three mathematical models are shown that are occyupying with this type of delivery. They can not be used for fading the solution to this issue as they include certain requirements or conditions which are not taken into account by the given models.

Klinische Psychologie und Verhaltenstherapie - zwischen Aufstieg und Erosion

Wittchen, Hans Ulrich January 1996 (has links)
This paper discusses progress and erosion aspects of c1inical psychology and behavior therapy in Germany from three interrelated perspectives: (a) the relationship of behavior therapy and c1inical psychology to other basic and applied psychological disciplines as weIl as neighboring disciplines, (b) the transfer problems from the scientific fields to practice, and (c) the problem of quality assurance in practice and postgraduate education. Specific emphasis is laid on a discussion of the field of behavioral medicine, as an example for well-integrated and coordinated research and practice activities; health psychology as an example for deficient communication patterns with clinical psychology and behavior therapy, and psychotherapy as an example for erosion in research, education and practice. The paper strongly recommends a more dominant steering role of clinical psychology as the most comprehensive scientific discipline. This steering role, however, would also require a considerably expanded infrastructure of clinical psychology departments in universities together with several mechanisms (competence enhancement, consensus conferences, development of postgraduate education guidelines, quality assurance activities, coordination) to be able to fulfill this mission. The paper also suggests the more frequent use of standardized treatment manuals in postgraduate courses.

The Link between Corporate Environmental and Corporate Financial Performance: Viewpoints from Practice and Research

Anne, Bergmann 27 March 2017 (has links)
For more than 40 years, a tremendous number of studies have empirically explored the relationship between Corporate Environmental Performance (CEP) and Corporate Financial Performance (CFP). This study considers the relationship from a new perspective—via a qualitative research approach based on expert interviews. First, practitioners are queried for their view on the link between CEP and CFP and how to measure it. Since the vast majority see a positive relationship, this study contributes with a new form of evidence that it pays to be green. The chosen qualitative approach also allows a more detailed analysis of underlying cause-and-effect mechanisms. For instance, interviewed practitioners emphasize a direct and indirect impact from CEP on CFP. Second, the study conducts interviews with experts from research and associations (non-practitioners) and compares the viewpoints of the two interview groups. One prevalent difference refers to the fact that non-practitioners do not focus on the two impact levels. Moreover, business experts perceive the link between CEP and CFP as much less complex and reveal more pragmatically oriented considerations. The study then discusses how the interview results and identified differences can be used to direct future research and to support corporations in their move towards sustainability.

Interdisciplinární propojení výtvarné a mediální výchovy ICT jako podpůrný prostředek ve výtvarné výchově / Interdisciplinary connection of Art and Media Education. ICT as a support tool in Art Education.

Meira da Rocha, Zdeňka January 2021 (has links)
Zdeňka Meira da Rocha: Interdisciplinary connection of Art and Media Education. ICT as a support tool in Art Education. Abstract This PhD thesis reflects the requirements for changes in education related to the current needs of digitization of all areas of society. On the structure of newly required skills the emphasis is put on the ability to work with information and digital technologies, the development of critical thinking, creativity and the capability to solve problems. The presented PhD thesis considers above mentioned issue from the position of visual and media studies which penetrate into education through the educational field of Art education and the cross-curricular topic of media education. Its aim is to map the intersections of art and Media education on a theoretical and curricular level and to examine the conditions of their interconnection in educational practice. The main means of fulfilling this goal: (1) study of curricular documents (2) qualitative- quantitative questionnaire survey of the current situation in practice, (3) qualitative method of action research which aimed to map appropriate ways (strategies, forms and methods) Art education at upper secondary schools. The research findings are supplemented by interviews with upper secondary school teachers who connect Art and Media...
