Populačně genetický rozbor plemene starokladrubský kůň / Population genetic analysis of Old Kladruber horse

Vostrá Vydrová, Hana January 2016 (has links)
The Old Kladruber horse, along with the Lipizzaner horse, Andalusian horse and Lusitano horse, is of the original Italo-Spanish type. The Old Kladruber horse is kept in two colour varieties (grey and black). Because the population is closed, there is a concern about the loss of genetic variation. The genetic diversity and population structure were analysed in the Old Kladruber horse breed based on the pedigree information of animals that were registered in the Studbook to identify factors that may have affected the genetic variability of the breed. Pedigree records collected from 1729 to 2013 contained information on 7971 animals that were used in the analyses. The pedigree depth was up to 33 generations, with an average of 15.1 complete generations. The effective number of founders and ancestors contributing to the current genetic pool was 92.69 and 17.16, respectively. The average values of the inbreeding coefficient were as follows: 13% (with a maximum value of 29%) for the reference population (individuals that can currently take part in reproduction, n=612), 11% for the grey variety (with a maximum value of 25%) and 15% for the black variety (with a maximum value of 29%). The proportion of inbred animals was high (99%). The average rate of inbreeding in the reference population was 1%: 0.8% for the grey variety and 1.1% for the black variety, and the respective estimates of the effective population sizes were 52 for the reference population, 62 for the grey variety and 45 for the black variety. The estimated percentage of genetic diversity lost due to non-random mating within subpopulations and the reference population was 1.0, 1.0 and 1.2%, respectively. The total loss of genetic diversity in the reference population, in the grey variety and in the black variety was 11%, 13% and 17%, respectively.

The evaluation of species structure was done by phytosociological relevés (20 m2). All found plant species were determined and their coverage was estimated. The evaluation was done in two months (june and august) in 2015. Acquired data was statistically evaluated by DCA and RDA analysis. Overall number of found species is 35. The most common plant species in neighbourhood were: Lolium perenne, Convolvulus arvensis, Trifolium repens, Hordeum murinum a Plantago lanceolata. The most common species in the park were: Lolium perenne, Trifolium repens, Acer platanoides, Plantago major, P. lanceolata. Právní úprava ochrany biologické rozmanitosti v rámci zemědělství / The regulation of biodiversity protection within the agriculture

Bašný, Vojtěch January 2013 (has links)
1 Abstract The Legal regulation of biodiversity protection within the agriculture Vojtěch Bašný, supervisor: doc. JUDr. Vojtěch Stejskal, Ph.D. Charles University, Faculty of Law, Department of Environemntal Law Prague, August 2013 The agriculture is one of the main causes of the damage of the biodiversity. The continuous biodiversity damage leads to the loss of the ecosystem services and to decrease in numbers of species and habitats of high nature value. This could in the extreme case lead to the danger to the mankind because biodiversity provides the nutrition, water, clean air, and helps in a fight against illnesses and pests and contributes to the regulation of the climate. The aim of my thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of the biodiversity protection within the agriculture and evaluates the accuracy of specific approaches and offers the solutions of certain deficiencies. The thesis gives an overview of different aspects of the legal regulation of the relationship between biodiversity and agriculture on the level of international, EU, and Czech legislation. Key word: Legal regulation, Biodiversity, Agriculture

Kolmanová, Lenka January 2013 (has links)
The purpose of my diploma thesis is to analyze the hunting legislation in the Czech Republic. The legislation regulates the hunt and game keeping as one part of the environmental law. It is also closely connected to administrative law. This thesis consists of eight chapters. First two chapters provide an introduction to historical traditions, principles and development of Czech hunting legislation. The Czech Republic is a member of the European Union, so the third chapter deals with the hunting legislation in the international and European context and describes the international cooperation between states. The most important international organizations protecting wildlife are also mentioned. The fourth chapter contains the analysis of the effective Hunting Law. This chapter provides legal definitions connected to game management and the division of the wild game. Divided into eight parts it describes the main areas of the hunting legislation. It focuses on the use of the hunting plots, rights of landowners, protection of game management and wild game. Rozmanitost organizací ve vybraném území (sociologická studie) / Variety of Organizations in a chosen Locality (a sociological study)

Zimmelová, Barbora January 2009 (has links)
The purpose of this diploma thesis is to identify organizations in a designated area. The city of Dačice has been selected. Organizational data have been acquired from publicly accessible resources -- mostly public service registers. Projektová a problémová výuka tématického okruhu Rozmanitost přírody na I. stupni ZŠ / Project and problem teaching thematic area Diversity of Nature in the 1st Degree of Elementary School

ČECHOVÁ, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to develop its own concept of learning material dedicated to teaching diversity of nature at first level of primary schools using principles of project teaching and teaching opportunities beyond elementary school. The proposed educational material is created in the form of a methodological manual that contains worksheets for proposed projects in the field of diversity of nature. That means a guidebook for teachers that is designed as an assistant for work with the proposed projects. There is also available an instructional text so that it corresponds with principles defined by the applicable educational documents. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on evaluation of the importance of this work in the context of FEP and SEP monitored schools. Other chapters are devoted to a functional analysis of textbooks and workbooks for the first level of basic evaluation that emphasises the importance of project teaching during teaching elementary science, natural science and geography.

Rozmanitost ve složení dozorčí rady / Diversity in composition of supervisory boards

Vrbíková, Barbora January 2016 (has links)
in English Diversity in Composition of Supervisory Boards This paper focuses on analysing the current situation of composition of board of directors in Europe as well as in the United States with the emphasis on supervisory boards in the dualistic model and the non-executive members of boards in the monistic model. It is aimed on one hand at evaluating the business case for diversity as its proponents including the European Commission and several European governments present it, on the other at judging diversity from the critical point of view of its opponents. Lastly, this paper presents different approaches that may be taken to this topic, i.e. the measures that can be engaged in order to achieve higher diversity. In the beginning I shortly summarise the nature and function of the supervisory board under Czech law as well as the general status of supervisory board or the non-executive part of board of directors in both corporate governance systems. I then scrutinise the approaches to diversity in Europe and the USA and look at the different criteria of diversity considered. The centre of this work comprises of evaluating both the advantages and benefits of diversity on one hand and disadvantages and costs on the other. It is particularly this part of the analysis that is crucial to both...
