This master thesis deals with the financial situation of the company KLIKA - BP, s.r.o. within the years 2003 and 2006 on the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. It comprieses proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the firm in future years.

Master´s thesis proposes a Directives for Creation and Billing od Adjusting Items in Mikita Fashion s. r. o. company. Indispensable is amount of assets in company and that is account of adjusting entry important part. The Directives for Creation and Billing od Adjusting Items consolidate rules their account in company.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze contemporary financial position of building company Pátek, spol. s .r. o. with an accent to selected methods of financial analysis and overall comparison with selected competition. Data of the firm over the period of 2000 – 2006 are used for the financial analysis. I also propose measures for an improvement of the present status.

The subject of the Thesis titled “Mergers of Daughter Companies” is a suggestion of a method of merger of daughter companies of agricultural division of existing corporate group – AGROFERT HOLDING, a.s. The first part introduces the mother company and the daughter companies which were suggested for the mergers, and furthermore specifies other options of corporate transformations permitted by Commercial Code. The second part includes analysis of feasibility of mergers and possible options thereof. It also includes an explanation of legal rules on the chosen method of corporate transformation – an equity takeover. The last part contains a project of merger of daughter companies, including a timeline thereof, contract on equity takeover and related documents.

The objective of this thesis is evaluation of financial health of Pilkington Czech s.r.o. by using chosen methods of financial analysis. It contains concepts of potential solutions of discovered problems, which have to lead in the future to the improvements of financial situation of the company.

This master’s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company RIBE Slovakia Ltd. in the time period of 2002 to 2007 detected by selected methods of financial analysis. This thesis contains proposals of possible solutions for improvement of financial situation of company in the future.
