A universal functional approach to DNA computing and its experimental practicabilityHinze, Thomas, Sturm, Monika 14 January 2013 (has links) (PDF)
The rapid developments in the field of DNA computing reflects two substantial questions: 1. Which models for DNA based computation are really universal? 2. Which model fulfills the requirements to a universal lab-practicable programmable DNA computer that is based on one of these models? This paper introduces the functional model DNA-HASKELL focussing its lab-practicability. This aim could be reached by specifying the DNA based operations in accordiance to an analysis of molecular biological processes. The specification is determined by an abstraction level that includes nucleotides and strand end labels like 5'-phosphate. Our model is able to describe DNA algorithms for any NP-complete problem - here exemplified by the knapsacik problem - as well as it is able to simulate some established mathematical models for computation. We point out the splicing operation as an example. The computational completeness of DNA-HASKELL can be supposed. This paper is based on discussions about the potenzial and limits of DNA computing, in particular the practicability of a universal DNA computer.

Upravljanje procesom eko marketinga pomoću PLM alata / Ecological marketing process management by means of PLM toolsMladenović Valentina 30 September 2016 (has links)

na dva plastična materijala: PLA i PET.
/
The dissertation proposed a model for managing ecological marketing process by influencing on the 4S criteria of ecological marketing successfulness: Safety, Sustainability, Social acceptability and Satisfaction.
The developed model is based on the application of two tools: LCA and Ecological Rucksack and has a control algorithm form. Model is presented in a systematically way, integrally and through an analysis of possible scenarios of application. The dissertation includes a detailed description of the backgrounds on which the model was developed. Verification of the model is carried out through simulation of execution of algoritam based on the results obtained by applying selected tools on two plastics materials: PLA and PET.

To improve the mechanical comfort during load carriage, a trekking backpack was modified and examined by means of pressure distribution measurement. The modifications resulted in decreased pressure loads in the sacroiliac joint area. The load transfer to the pelvic belt was improved. The modified backpack could prevent the development of lumbo-sacral complaints on trekking tours in the long term.

To evaluate the mechanical wearing comfort of backpacks, the factors influencing the strap forces on the backpack were investigated, namely gender, load and movement. An individual measurement system was developed for this purpose. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the strap force does not depend on the gender of the backpack wearer. The backpack load and the form of the activity, on the other hand, are relevant indicators.
