Title of thesis: AFM in Pharmaceutical Technology 3 The theoretical part deals first with the construction of AFM microscope, the principle of the method, determining the surface topography and regimes which can be used. Described therein are distinct advantages over previous traditional methods but also its pitfalls. Next, I compare the results of measurements using AFM and declared size and devote also determine the shape of the particles. Experimental part is focused first on the detailed description of sample preparation for AFM measurement of nanoparticles. This procedure was followed by practical use to characterize the magnitude of the four types of commercially available nanoparticles Chromeonov (Sigma-Aldrich) using atomic force microscopy. The laboratory prepared Ag- nanoparticles could not be evaluated due to of technical and methodological reasons. The magnitude of the measured results nanoparticles were processed in histograms, which provide a description of the distribution of the measured values of the nanoparticle size. The theoretical part deals with topics related to the formation of nanofibers and nanomembranes by different ways of electrospinning. The literary search focused on "medicated nanofibrous membrane" gives recent information on nanomembranes containing drugs and also shows the perspective of the use of nanofibers in this area. The experimental part deals with AFM parameters needed for characterisation of the samples of six selected polymer nanomembranes with the content of naproxen, folic acid and diosmin. The appearance and thickness of the nanofibers was examined. The set up parameters of the AFM measurements allowed to observe the distribution of the drug in non- crystalline state within the nanofibers, regular fibrous shapes of crystal-like nanofibers as well as distinguished nanoingots of the polymers. The diploma thesis "Vliv palce nohy na stabilitu stoje a chůze" is focused on the function of hallux at stance and through the gait cycle and particularly to halluxes influence on stability of the stated motor stereotypes. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge gained through literature research on anatomy and kinesiology of hallux. It also contains analysis of gait cycle and muscle coordination through it with emphasis upon activity of foot and function of hallux muscles. The practical part attempts to objectivize changes in stability and changes of loading of foot with instrumental examination. Force plate Balance Master® and GaitPlatform FDM were used for the measurements. On the force plate the parametres of movement of the centre of mass (COM, COG) and maintenance of stability while standing were compared. This work entitled "Legal and internal regulations in Czech armed forces" endeavours to tackle the relation between legal and internal regulations in public administration focusing on their hierarchy, quantity, liability in specific area of armed forces. At first sight military service is independent on legal code, because there is wide range and amount of relatively autonomous service regulations and official channels. Career soldiers and civil employees have to obey not only the texts of legislation composed of laws, govermental directions etc., but also must maintain discipline and work rules founded on internal orders, guidelines and advices. All commanders and managers as military superiors are obliged to enforce their authority through this regulations. Relation between legal and internal level is not clear. There are many doubts and questions based on facts regarding for instance these features and issues of any internal system of rules: delegation of authority to creation and publishing; verification of compatibility and harmony with legal framework; persistence, integrity, perpetual modifications and amendments.

The aim of this work is an optimalization of vector contact force sensor properties which prototype is at the moment designed. The principle of sensor is based on transformation active part of sensor using three tensiometers and following value indentification of loading force vector using neuron network. Sensor has a bad sensitivity when axis force load or near to axis of sensor. To solve this problem ''MKP'' model of sensor was used on which suitable optimalization method was applicated. From the result of optimalization modificated sensor will be proposed and will be made a utility verification using neuron network.
