Síntese, análise estrutural e caracterização de seleninatos de manganês (II) / Synthesis, structure and characterization of manganese(II) seleninates

In this study three novel compounds were synthesized and characterized from pre-ligands phenylseleninic acid 1, 4-methylphenyilseleninic acid 2 , 4-chlorophenylseleninic acid 3 and 4-bromophenylseleninic acid 4. The reactions were carried out using ammonium salts of seleninics acids and metal salt Mn(II). Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis reactions or in the filtrates. Of the compounds obtained, two are molecular: [Mn(OH2)4(O2SeC6H4Me)2] 2A and [Mn(OH2)4(O2SeC6H4Cl)2] 3A, while the remaining are coordination polymers: phyllo poli [Mn(OH2)2(O2SePh)2] 1B, phyllo poli [Mn(OH2)2(O2SeC6H4Br)2] 4B, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H5)2] 1C, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Me)2] 2C, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Cl)2] 3C e phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Br)2] 4C. The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. / Neste trabalho três novos compostos foram sintetizados e caracterizados a partir dos pré-ligantes ácido fenilselenínico 1, ácido 4-metilfenilselenínico 2, ácido 4-clorofenilselenínico 3 e ácido 4-bromofenilselenínico 4. As reações foram realizadas empregando-se sais de amônio dos ácidos selenínicos e o sal do metal Mn(II). Monocristais apropriados para difração de raio X foram obtidos através de síntese hidrotérmica ou a partir dos filtrados das reações. Dos compostos obtidos, dois são moleculares: [Mn(OH2)4(O2SeC6H4Me)2] 2A e [Mn(OH2)4(O2SeC6H4Cl)2] 3A; os demais são polímeros de coordenação: phyllo poli [Mn(OH2)2(O2SePh)2] 1B, phyllo poli [Mn(OH2)2(O2SeC6H4Br)2] 4B, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H5)2] 1C, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Me)2] 2C, phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Cl)2] 3C e phyllo poli [Mn(O2SeC6H4Br)2] 4C. Os produtos foram caracterizados por espectroscopia de infravermelho, difração de raio X em pó, difração de raio X em monocristal, análise elementar e termogravimetria.

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / In this work thirteen new compounds were synthesized and characterized using the two acids, phenylseleninic (1) and 4-bromophenylseleninic (2) as ligands precursors. Reactions were carried out using ammonium salts of seleninic acids and salts of metals MnII, CoII, NiII, PbII and AgI. Suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained from filtrated of the reactions or by dissolving the precipitates in proper solvents. From all compounds, seven are coordination polymers: phyllo-poly- {[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SePh)6]} (3), phyllo-poly-{[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)6]} (4), phyllo-poly-[Co-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (5), phyllo-poly-[Ni-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (6), phyllo-poly-[Co-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)2(OH2)2] (9), phyllo-poly-[Pb-m-(O2SePh)2] (12) e phyllo-poly-[Ag-m-(O2SePh)] (15); the other six compounds are molecular: [Co(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (7), [Ni(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (8), [Co(OH2)2(NH3)4](O2SeC6H4Br)2×2H2O (10), [Ni(OH2)2(NH3)2(O2SePh)2] (11), [Ag(PPh3)2(O2SePh)]×(CH3)2C(=O) (14) e [Ag6-m-(SeC6H4Br)6(PPh3)5] (16).
