Luminescence sensors based on LED were prepared by modification of LED poly- carbonate surface and following binding of luminescence dyes on this surface. Two methods of modification were utilized. The first one was the oxidation of the surface yielding free carboxylic groups. Such modified LEDs were then covered by cationic cresyl violet dye. The second modification consisted of nitration and consequent reduction to free amino groups followed by binding of anionic sulforhodamine dye. The stability of emission and the stability of dye binding were studied. Then, the response of constructed sensors to toluene as analyte in gas and liquid phase was measured.

Univerzální robotická platforma / Universal Robotic Platform

This work deals with the proposal of the universal robotic platform. The paper descibes a robotic competition for which is posible to use this platform. There is a list of basic sensors that are suitable for small robot competition. Of course there is a short description for each sensor. In the chapter of the draft prototype are described types of chasis. There is an explanation of use of the differential gear for this platform. The text also describes the development of the prototypes platfom and used data bus for comunication between the periferies and the MCU.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make functional application for design of DAQ system for productive machine by using LabVIEW and platforms cRIO. The first part is focused on productive machine. After the thesis continues with specific examples. These examples have impact on machining accuracy and their measurements. The second part of diploma thesis is focused on making measurement program. LabVIEW FPGA Module, LabVIEW Real-Time Module are used in the program.

Čtyřnohý kráčejicí robot / Four legged walking robot

The diploma paper deal with control problems of a four legged walking robot. They endeavour to establish and partly implement the walking and control algorithms. They are divided into six parts. Individual chassis types and their advantages and drawbacks are analysed in introduction. Next part describes mechanical design of the robot and also all realised electronics facilities. The third part describes in detail sensors that are used by the robot. Following part deals with description of robot's walking. It explains individual walking phases and analyses both static and dynamic stability. Next part contains description of the robot's software facility. The software facility of the control micro-controller and the algorithm that generates walking are explained in this part. It also describes software facility of control application in computer. Exploration of the possibilities for wireless control is carried out in the last part.

Badatelský způsob výuky na ZŠ / Research-like education in primary schools

In this thesis, we assume a pan-European issue of the decline of interest in science and science education. In connection with this issue we conducted a literature search. We have also mapped the literature related to the issue of education research in the Czech Republic and the rest of the world. In an effort to increase pupils' interest, increase enthusiasm for science, we deal with activation teaching methods that compare with frontal teaching. As a motivational method we chose a research method of teaching. We prepared a lesson, which we tested among pupils of secondary school. In this work we watched 16 hours in 6 classes. Those lectures were inquiry and frontal way led. The results are presented in the practical part of this thesis. During lectures we wanted to stimulate students' interest in science and science research. Využití termovizní kamery pro měření teploty elektrických strojů / Utilization of infrared camera for temperature measurement of electrical machines

The master‘s thesis deals with utilization of infrared camera for temperature measurement of electrical machines. The first part describes non-contact temperature measuring, the second part describes principle of sensors that evaluate quantity of incident infrared radiation. In the next part there is termovision camera SAT-HY 6800 presented and the instructional manual for SAT Report computer programme created. This computer programme is used for analyzing of termovision pictures from the SAT-HY 6800 termovison camera. The chapter 7 describes temperature measuring of one-phase asynchronous motor type J22TO484. The chapter 8 describes temperature measuring of semiconductor components of EC motor G6 series. Both of these motors are produced by ATAS elektromotory Náchod a.s. The last part of the thesis describes creation of animation of one-phase asynchronous motor type J22TO455. The animation was created in 3ds Max computer programme.
