The subject of the diploma thesis is a construction-technological project for the construction of a shopping center in Prague in the Stěrboholy. The thesis contains a technical report on the structural and technological project,a technical report on wider transport relations, a study of the main technological engeneres, a project of the building site, the financial and time course of the construction, technological regulation, inspection and test plan.

The diploma thesis deals with the project of repairing of the motorway section and designes the most suitable construction variant. The aim of this work is to select the most suitable variant of repair of the highway section. Consequently to propose a method for reducing possible risks. The diploma thesis contains three variants of construction of the motorway, the shortest variant 3 was selected from all. The option 3 has the lowest cost and uses resources of associated companies most effectively. For this variant was necessary to reduce the potential risks - the risk connected with the completion before the winter technological break. The method of compression and acceleration was used to eliminate the risk. The selection was made on the basis of an economic evaluation of the construction company, especially the financial situation. According to financial indicators was found that the company is in a suitable financial situation for the project to repair the highway section.

This Master’s thesis deals with a construction project and a technical solution of a realignment of a stretch of a road and a bridge construction, which converts this road over the motorway D47. The aim of the thesis, is to plan the construction works in a way that ensures that they are carried out in an optimal manner. The work concentrates on the solution of the site preparation and the characteristics of the surrounding conditions of the building site. Furthermore, it deals with the time and financial plan for the implementation of individual objects and the associated number of deployment of employees and machinery. The building works consist of two construction sites of the same importance, for the road this involves a study of major technological stages of implementation and a inspection and test plan of the road construction. For the bridge, it provides a processed itemized budget, schedule of work performed, technology standard and a plan for securing material resources.

The subject of diploma thesis is a detailed building-technological project of construction printer in Zasova. The thesis contains a technical report on the structural and technological project, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, draft mechanical assemblies, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, itemized budget,calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, environmental protection, safety at work, time and financial plan of the whole building.

This diploma thesis addresses the „University Campus Bohunice - Architectural and technological project“. This project involves construction of two buildings. Building A32 with two basement floors and three floors and second building A 31 with one basement floor and three floors. This thesis includes excavation, pile foundation, reinforced concrete foundation slab, it also deals with technological regulations of earthworks and deep-pile foundation in detail. The thesis contains solutions to construction site equipment, schedule of selected stages of the construction, location of buildings and the solution of transport routes, mechanical equipment required for selected stages of project and control plan of earthworks and deep-pile foundation.

The aim of this final thesis is to design selected parts of construction technology project for building used as an sports centrum in Jihlava. The attachments provide a solution of upper structural work, with focusing on floor structure forms and staircase. The thesis contains the technological procedures for constructing both variants of floor structure and staircase, principles according to which is the construction organised, safety and health measures taken on the construction site, design of the mechanical assembly, time plan, plan of inspections and testing, controlling and testing plans for both variants and construction details.

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technology project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš. The thesis contains a technical reports, construction technology study, coordination situation, time schedule and financial plan of the building in the structure of individual construction object, time schedule of the main building, solution of transport routes, technological regulation for the ventilated facade, control and test plan of the ventilated facade. Furthermore, a design of the construction site equipment is prepared, including a technical report, Occupational Health and Safety on the construction site for the superstructure construction phase, budget for the superstructure construction phase and a comparison of variants of the ceiling structure. Finally, a comparison of lifting mechanisms, LEED certification and assessment of photovoltaic facades is processed.
