The aim of the Diploma Work is to know how realised the personal management in Securite Services Archive on 2009 and under the basis analyses to recommend modification personal management accord to the trend in Czech Republic let us say EU.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the institutional safeguarding of environmental protection in the Czech Republic during the last 30 years, mainly protection of environmental media. The beginning of the diploma thesis is dedicated to the development of the environmental policy of the state. I focused mainly on targets of environmental policy, which deals with institutional assurance. Next chapter describes the development of the constitutional framework of environmental protection. Moreover describes the basic features of environmental law. Following chapter deals with the development of the system of public authorities which participates in environmental protection. Chapter is divided into three subchapters by time period: 80's, years 1990- 1992 and after 1993. Subchapter is divided from national public authorities to regional and local public authorities and public guards. The final chapter describes the development in the field of environmental media's protection, including institutional assurance of the offence liability. Moreover describes the development in waste management. Chapter focuses mainly on the development of the public administration in environmental protection. The purpose of this master thesis is to address two main ways of dealing with used textile material in Czech Republic. It compares textile material as a component of a household waste with textile material as a component of a segregated waste. The main question that the thesis and the research done within it addresses is whether the costs, associated with textile waste management coming as the result of administrative tools and legislative action plans mounted to it, are not too high. Based on a calculated model of cost structure of both above mentioned variants their comparison could be performed. Analysis of its results pointed out, that under certain given conditions and assumptions the system of segregated waste collection is, despite its higher costs, effective. The outcome of this master thesis is proposed possible scenarios used to optimize textile waste management in the context of economic science methodology, available data and primary research questions.

For the effective use were created Catalogue of Standard Activities of Integrated Rescue System Units during a Joint Intervention (KTČ). The Catalogue of Standard Activities should thus serve as a guide for successful management of emergencies listed. The theoretical part devoted to particular standard activities, presenting conditions for their use, list of bound units and brief procedure for carrying out rescue and relief work. One of the objectives of the thesis was to evaluate the use of each of the standard activities listed in the Catalogue of Standard Activities in dealing with emergencies carried out by IRS units in the Czech Republic between 2010 2014 and the second objective was to design processing of another standard activities for inclusion into the catalogue. Objectives were fulfilled. The research part of the thesis was carried out by methods of analysis and the research of materials available, especially statistical yearbooks of IRS interventions for these years, and by methods of data collection within a qualitative research in the form of guided interview with members of the regional fire rescue corps. After the analysis and research of data obtained from the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Fire and Rescue Service the data were statistically processed to tables and graphs, and then compared with data obtained from respondents who were subjected to controlled interviews. Respondents were drawn from the ranks of the Fire and Rescue Service, where there was always approached just one member from each region of the Czech Republic. So it was questioned 14 respondents, of which 13 were willing to be interviewed on the issue. The interview consisted of 10 questions, aim of which was to find out, whether the Catalogue of Standard Activities is being used during IRS activities for joint intervention in dealing with emergencies in the corresponding region. Statistical results of the data obtained from the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Fire and Rescue Service revealed that the majority of incidents solved by using methods of standard activities are rather stagnating or growing. The decline appeared only in traffic accidents dealt with during the announcement of the second and higher degree of alarm. The interviews with members of fire brigades showed that the Catalogue of Standard Activities of IRS units is most often used to deal with emergencies that meet the elements of its use. It is most often the case of traffic accidents and demonstrating the intention of suicide. Conversely, the least number of incidence and therefore of use is noticed in ensuring public order during meetings and techno-parties, and during avian influenza. The busiest regions in dealing with emergencies, according to the results, are the South Moravian Region and the City of Prague. At the other end, in terms of workload, there is the Olomouc Region. Using synchronous comparison, which compared the frequency of dealing with emergencies using the Catalogue of Standard Activities in relation to the total number of incident solutions using the Catalogue of Standard Activities in the Czech Republic, South Moravian Region was established as the best region in using the aforementioned standards to deal with emergencies. The worst in it is, to the contrary, the Karlovy Vary Region. Extraordinary events proposed for inclusion into the Catalogue of Standard Activities are extraordinary events with the presence of highly dangerous infections, collapsing buildings, managing migration waves and terrorist attack. The research question was posed as follows: Are the standard activities of the IRS units used during the joint intervention to deal with emergencies on the list? The answer is affirmative. Milk production has been evaluated not only by genetic potential but there are also a lot of indicators. The potential milk production of the herd depends on the correct link between the genetic potential and the system of selection, feeding and nutrition, reproduction and the breeding environment and health of animals. The aim of the thesis was to produce a literary overview of milk production, milk composition and influences that can influence the composition of milk. For the selected herd to evaluate the effects on the monitored indicators of the milk composition and to statistically evaluate them. For discarded dairy cows to determine the age and reason of culling and lifelong milk production.

The aim is to legal, accounting and tax business analysis forms the transition from the individual to company with limited liability and choosing the best option based on the decision matrix for the company. On the base of theoretical frameworks derive recommendations for solving the problems of transition to individual limited liability company in practice.

Each of the basic units, a part of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic, possesses its own information system for operating control which do not communicate mutually. Receiving the national numbers emergency calls is solved differently by each unit. The phone centre for emergency calls coming in from the European emergency number 112 has available technology communicating in a limited manner to the information systems of other units of the integrated rescue system but this method is insufficient and limited to only one-way transfer of the basic structured information for calling the emergency line 112 and the national emergency line 150 of the Anti-fire Rescue Group of the Czech Republic. It provides neither for communication nor integration to other emergency lines. The current situation where the basic units of the integrated rescue system have been established by several founders, the Ambulance Service is not controlled centrally and the level of different units operative centres as far as the integration being at variant levels is very complicated. Despite all this, the existing situation can be improved substantially. The solution rests in building the common information system across the basic units of the integrated rescue system. There is also available a project financed from the EU structural funds through the programme between 2007 and 2013. By establishing the quality project team and by specialists getting involved in all basic units of the integrated rescue system, such a chance can be taken advantage of due to their close collaboration, the project can be carried out and a higher standard of the service to fellow citizens and visitors of the Czech Republic can so be set in the area of solving exceptional events. The work describes the current situation of the operative centres of the integrated rescue system basic units, analysis of such a situation and sets out starting points, prerequisites and principles for establishing the unified information system. Furthermore, outputs from the project material ??Unified Level of Information Systems of the Operative Control and Upgrade of Technologies for Reception of Emergency Calls from the Basic Units of the Integrated Rescue System?q to which I contributed, too. Such materials are closely related to the issue and set forth standards for the information systems unified level as to its basic units.

This thesis is about the characterization and analysis of regional tourism and macro-environment analysis of the potential boarding house with restaurant. The purpose is to provide sufficient informations for strategic decisions and recommendations of the strategic plan.

Diploma project is aimed to load force vector decomposition to x, y and z direction for complicated Skoda car parts. The methodology of decomposition is based on measuring of car parts deformation by strain gauges and mathematical identifation of force compoments by neural network (ANN). ANN will be trained by results of FE model simulations or by calibration on real car parts.
