The diploma thesis deals with the issue of integrating homeless people into the labor market. People living on the street lose working habits, social contacts and motivation to change their situation after a certain period of time.
 The main aim of the work is to map out the possibilities of integrating homeless people into the labor market and try to return to normal life. However, since their possible integration lies in many aspects, this work also examines the degree of motivation of the interviewed persons and the obstacles that prevent them from seeking employment. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical anchoring of the given issue, with an emphasis on the high degree of desocialization of homeless people and difficulties in the process of change. It also focuses on possible ways of helping and promoting job-seeking both from the state and non- governmental non-profit organizations. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter describing four non-state organizations focusing on the employment of homeless people. The thesis interprets the ideal of women beauty before and after 1989 in terms of sociological and culture discourse in Vlasta magazine. The key premise of the thesis is the claim that ideal of women beauty differs before and after 1989. It is possible to expect influence of politic system, social structure and culture forms on discourse of women beauty. Character of this thesis is theoretically-empiric. The sociologic gender theory serves as the frame for chosen topic. Research is based on analysis of discourse of women beauty in Vlasta magazine in 1975 and 2005. The goal of overall analysis is to provide series of detailed analysis which describe general magazine topics and role of the magazine in certain historical period beside discourse of beauty. I have chosen qualitative sociological method called discursive analysis for my thesis. Ambition of the thesis is to analyze one specific social discourse and introduce all key social, historical and culture aspects which can influence the discourse and use Vlasta magazine as its concrete case. (in English): The main objective of the diploma thesis, which has a theoretical-empirical character, was to find out how appropriate it is to further develop professional treatment in juvenile prison using socio-pedagogical methods. The general section summarizes descriptively the analytical findings and the broader contexts related to professional treatment in juvenile prison. The empirical part presents research that had an ad hoc design, consisting of the design and subsequent implementation of a pedagogical experiment and the verification of its results through a verification study conducted by combining subjective evaluations obtained by the technique of structured interviews with juvenile convicts, professional staff, managers and objectively determined statistical data on the frequency of proven cases of physical violence by juvenile convicts before and after the experiment. The result of the research is the finding that modifications of professional treatment in the areas of environmental regulation, regime, direct educational activity, use of relationships and personal examples and the use of the group's influence are beneficial and feasible. The aim of the project is to create eudaimonic environment in the framework of existing city blocks of Husovice in Brno. Simple interventions and minimal means are used to create environment which allows it´s inhabitants to live complex and fulfilled lives.

This diploma thesis in its theoretical and practical parts focuses on free play of children in pre-school facilities. Kindergarten is the place of early secondary socialization of the child and that's why one part of the diploma thesis is centred on this theme. The theoretical part helps for a deeper understanding of play, especially with 2-4 year old children and builds a foundation for the research. The practical part, based on one year's observation, monitors development of free play of a homogeneous group of children and finds how the quality of play changes with individuals as well as the group. Another focus lies on comparing two separate groups of children in their free play - one group having long term experience with free play and one without such regular experience. The main method of the research is observation. The results of the research points to the importance of free play for a pre-school age child and confirms the influence of free play in the process of early secondary socialization.

The main theme of this thesis is to find out the reasons which leads different people to enter the fitness centres. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a brief history of fitness and fitness centres, then the main focus is on the reasons of people to decide to go to a fintess centre. The key words are explained there. Lastly, the system of primary methods while using diagnosis equipment before a person enters a fitness centre is explained. The second part deals with finding out the actual reasons of various people for entering a fitness centre through the method of survey.

The thesis provide an analysis of environment that might influence processes of socialization of youth people. Next to this description of socially and/or pedagogically working organizations and institutions that focus on youth and their parents in the area of risk behaviour with an aim to prevent dependence on mind-altering substances is provided. Theoretical part of the thesis discusses socio-cultural factors. Therefore roles especially of family as primary institution responsible for socialization as well as of socio-pedagogically working organizations in drug prevention targeting youth and their parents is described. Empirical part of the thesis addresses ways that parents of young users of drugs used to prevent risky behaviour of their children, what sources and types of informations about drugs they used, and to what extend they have been prepared to solve potential problems that might result in drug dependence. Also with the use of a narrative analysis it is discussed where parents sought professional help and what was their opinion about quality of socio- pedagogical intervention delivered by individual organizations.

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of civic and political socialization of adolescents in the context of the reflexion of current political topics in the lessons of civic educational basis on secondary technical schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the explanation of basic terms regarding the chosen topic. It is then followed by an analysis of curricular documents of secondary technical education in the Czech Republic on the national level, from the point of view of the possibilities of the inclusion of current political topics into the teaching lessons. After the theoretical consolidation of the topic, a practical part of the thesis follows, which consists of a case study. This study aims to describe (with the help of the methods of mixed research) the reflexion of current political topics in the Civics lessons on a chosen secondary technical school, for example regarding the teaching methods, also the frequency and intensity of including the topics into the lessons, or expression of personal opinions of the teachers on current political topics. Through the realisation and evaluation of a questionnaire survey is at first found out the perception of teaching about current political topics, as the pupils of the chosen secondary technical school perceive it. Then is through the realisation of half-structured interviews with the teachers and the following analysis in the whole context found out also their position towards teaching about these topics. The ending part of the thesis then includes the conclusion of all important and interesting findings the study brought, evaluation of reaching the goals which were set for the research, recommendation for the pedagogical praxis and also a reflexion on the use of the findings on an own future praxis.

The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with terms related to its main theme ? the social climate of the classroom. This is especially the concepts of environment lighting, climate, atmosphere, teaching communication and socialization. The thesis focuses on explaining the formation process of class change its stakeholders, especially students and teachers, the possibilities of class climate and provides a brief overview of research results so far analyzed interested professionals. Marginally provides information on the developmental psychology of children younger than school age, school social climate and social climate of the teaching staff. The practical part focuses on research into the social climate in real classrooms. Studies were conducted at third, fourth and fifth classes of three elementary schools in the South region, using a standardized questionnaire "My class inventory?. The content of the practical work is to introduce readers to the used diagnostic method, the interpretation of the award process questionnaires, the completion and analysis of results of research in particular. The research results are presented graphically and accompanied by commentary. Finish their part of the practical conclusions that have been raised prior to the compilation of hypotheses.
