This thesis deals with the issue of integration of individuals into a social group in different life situations in the Pilsen region. Primarily it focuses to forms of assistance which are provided by the region to the children leaving the Halfway house or the children home established by the Pilsen region. The thesis analyzes public opinions on the issue of integration of the children from the children home into society and finds out their own positions of adolescents, executives and employees of social facilities. It also analyzes the issue within the development of the Pilsen region. The objective is to propose ways to integrate individuals without a family into the social groups in different life situations in the Pilsen region. The theoretical part deals with the period of socialization of a child and the absence of a family as the main factor of socialization. It describes a system of constitutional education in the Czech Republic, the lives of children in the Halfway house and programs on the issues of leaving the children home. The field research is performed with a purpose of achieving objectives, sub-objectives work and then interpret their results. The results obtained and subsequent recommendation are summarized for the establishing institution children home (thus Pilsen Region) in the conclusion of this work. To achieve the main objective is proposed the way to integrate individuals into the social groups in the form of new work position social guide.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of psychosocial factors on the leisure time of contemporary high school youth. The theoretic part analyses basic theoretic concepts and terms concerning problems of the leisure time, youth and psychosocial factors influencing leisure time behaviour of high school youth. The empirical part presents the qualitative research conducted using the methodology of semi-structured interview. The aim of this research was to provide a deeper look into the problem and to outline possible connections. The main focus of the diploma thesis was to discover what psychosocial factors influence the leisure time of contemporary high school youth. Research interviews were conducted with high school students accommodated in the Dormitory of the Polytechnic Secondary School in České Budějovice.

The thesis deals with problems of lifestyle in context of increasing of consumption and manifestations of consumerism in leisure behavior of young generation. The work attends to characterization of lifestyle and leisere time and consumerism and the main marks of the world of contemporary youth, lifestyle of young generation and factors of lifestyle. The last chapter of theoretical part deals with phenomenon of boredom, leisure consume and leisure activities. The practical part deals with leisure activities and consumption of population.

In my Diploma Thesis, I focused on quality and quantity of the social contacts of elderly persons above 70 years of age. This Diploma Thesis is divided into two parts. Part one is a theoretical application of terms age and aging, demographical aging of the current population, age conditioned changes, needs of elderly, socio-psychological aspects of age, social substance of age and the important meaning of elderly life. And last but not least is elderly welfare and social security scheme. The second part is practical. Another target of my thesis is to ascertain elderly above 70 years of age suppositions to establish social contacts and relationships, and what are the contact?s quantity and quality in their surroundings and how are they satisfied with those contacts. I have compared results in three different environments in which the elderly live. To achieve set targets I chose qualitative research. This research had three sections: identification questions, questions in accordance with WHO DAS II scale and open questioning. Elemental company made a group of thirty elderly persons between 70 ? 85 years of age. I approached those seniors in their common environment, in a nursing home or home for the elderly. The research results showed that social contacts are fully dependent on family functionality and friendly contacts. A senior who has lost his or her life partner often loses even many social contacts. This fact may even contribute to social isolation, which significantly affects the individual's state of health. Elderly are also insufficiently informed about opportunities to establish social contacts. This fact also negatively affects their socialization.

The thesis deals with homeschooling. Theoretical part defines the basic concepts of homeschooling and describes the development of a child from six to eleven years of age. There is also analysis of history, development and legislation of homeschooling. The last part describes the practice of homeschooling from the perspective of the family and the institutions. Practical part of the thesis is focused on the search for common characteristics of families and children in homeschooling. This section is based on information obtained through interviews with parents and teachers. Analysis results are reported in the interview evaluation of hypotheses.

The elected topic addresses the values of the present-day youth and in a broad context analyses the impact of media on the value system of present-day youth. In the thesis, the author is initially analyzing the theoretical foundations and basic concepts related to this subject matter. The work is divided into two main parts: practical and theoretical. The theoretical component is further divided into chapters focused on the young people, their life style and on the phenomenon of the leisure time, the second subchapter of the first part is examining the influence of various media on young people and the last subchapter is focused on young people value system in general. The practical part is consisting of a questionnaire showing the value system and leisure activities of today?s young people and the relationship of young people to the media. The main objective of this thesis is to find out if the media affect and form the values of today?s young people.

This diploma thesis with the title The social role of pupils in the elementary school consists of two parts. There is a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part aims to illuminate further the issue of social roles in connection with other factors related to this topic. The most important chapter of the theoretical part is the chapter named Social role, status and position in which is the issue of social roles further described. Then there are discussed even specific social roles with which we may encounter in the primary school. The practical part is based on a survey using a variety of methods of students´ nominations. The aim of this work is to determine the rate of agreement in views of pupils in the class and their class teacher for the functioning of the class and social roles appearing there.

Research studies conducted in field of prosocial behaviour testify to the existence of situational and dispositional motifs of this kind of acting. Aim of this thesis is firstly to map occurence of three of these motifs, specifically: oportunity to gain recognition, reciprocity expectation and social responsibility. Secondly it is uncovering possible dependence of these motifs on age or level of prosociality of pupils in a seccond grade of grammar school. The research part of this project has a center of gravity in a quantitative approach. In this framework is being found truthfulness of hypoteses, whether each motive has with age decreasing or increasing tendency and what is actually the frequency of their occurence. In combination with the nomination method of prosocial behaviour in classroom is also being uncovered possible dependency of level of prosociality on individual factors. The theoretical framework that precedes the research section of this thesis, discusses the evolution of prosocial behaviour and contemporary social perspective on this behaviour. This historical excursion is supplemented by the definition of terms used, the reflection of the role of social and biological factors and formulation of influence of school and family evironment in shaping child's prosocial orientation.

This master's thesis named The influence of communication channels on decision making of first-time voters shown on the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2017 focuses on the influence and use of the consumption of communication channels on the decision making of first-time voters. This thesis also portrays the phenomenon of contemporary opinion leaders, such as YouTubers, bloggers, and other Internet celebrities. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the organization of elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, defines the first-time voter in terms of psychological and sociological, discusses the impact of socialization within family, school, and media, presents the concept of political efficacy, and describes the electoral participation of adolescents. In addition, this thesis focuses on current trends in the consumption of communication channels by young people and opinion leaders. This section draws upon particular international studies and other relevant literature. One of the parts of the whole system of rehabilitation is also the treatment using horses or so called hiporehabilitation. Thanks to its complex effectivity, it is a unique and irreplaceable therapeutical method. The aim of this work is to prove how hiporehabilitation helps disabled people integration into the society and how it contributes to social contacts improvement of the users.
