This work deals with employee's job satisfaction in organization Y. The aim of this work is to work out analysis of examined area or let's say to find out the current situation of the examined area, to detect weak points and to suggest further recommendations to improve the actual situation. In theoretical part of this work, we can find specification of all terms related to human resources management, work satisfaction and staff motivation. Further there are defined aspects influencing this satisfaction. Practical part is focused on analysis of particular company, where the questionnaire-investigation has been carried out, based on which the subsequent recommendations for improvement in job satisfaction are suggested.

The subject of this master’s thesis, based on the results of researches on customer and employee satisfaction, is to provide proposals and suggestions leading to their better satisfaction. In the theoretical part, attention is particularly paid to services themselves, followed by customer and employee satisfaction and potential relations between them. For better analysing of these two respondent groups, a field research was conducted and primary data were collected through questionnaires. A discussion on the research results follows. It is believed, that the analysis of customer and employee satisfaction will contribute the company to their better understanding.

Previous studies have shown that women choose partners resembling their fathers in various characteristics. However, none of the studies have focused on woman's father-partner body odour similarity, even though body odour plays an important role in mate choice. The main aim of our study was to test whether the woman's father and partner body odour is similar and whether the rating of this similarity was affected by the body odour's intensity and pleasantness. Further, we wanted to know whether the quality of woman's relationship with her father during her childhood influences the body odour similarity. We also tested the effect of woman's father-partner body odour similarity on sexual and relationship satisfaction. Twenty-five women with their fathers and partners participated in the study. Every respondent completed a set of questionnaires, in addition, fathers and partners provided samples of their body odours. Body odour similarity was rated by independent female raters (N=128). According to the results of our study, body odour of woman's father and partner is significantly similar. The body odour was also similar in intensity and pleasantness. This study examine the interrelationship between the attachment in relationship and in marriage and relationship satisfaction. Based on theoretical models of attachment the study works empirically with a 2-factor concept of adult attachment. It deals with selected components of the relationship aspects of adult attachment. Another important issue is the relationship satisfaction. The work proposes a Czech translation of questionnaires Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised and the Couples Satisfaction Index and uses them in a research. Quantitative research was conducted on a sample of 258 respondents. 49 of them were clients of marriage counselling or psychotherapy practice. Statistical analysis showed significant correlation between the factors of attachment (Anxiety and Avoidance) and relationship satisfaction. The strongest correlation was found between satisfaction and anxiety. The results confirm the theory of attachment, according to which more securely attached individuals are more satisfied in a relationship than those less securely attached. The factors of attachment have proved to be better predictors of relationship satisfaction than age, gender or type of relationship (couple relationship / marriage). The theoretical part of this thesis will define the concept of life and job satisfaction, as well as factors affecting life satisfaction and it´s measurement methods. In relation to life satisfaction, thesis will also investigate issues of personality and the teaching profession. The practical part will be focused on the degree of life and job satisfaction of selected sample of second grade elementary school´s teachers, but not only the overall level of life satisfaction, but also the satisfaction of teachers in various areas of life. Linkage between different areas of life and overall life satisfaction will be also examined in this thesis. The relationship of these two phenomena to demographic data and finally the relationship between life satisfaction and personality factors.

Attention is devoted to theoretical concepts of job satisfaction and motivation, along with job satisfaction in psychological and performance-related context and surveys on teachers' job satisfaction. The empirical investigation is based on the theories of work motivation and research into teachers' job satisfaction. Quantitative assessment of job satisfaction among the teachers of Secondary Police Schools and Police Colleges of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic is conducted with the use of the Teachers' Satisfaction Assessment Inventory in order to evaluate the teachers' overall job satisfaction and its relation to selected variables, especially of extrapersonal character.

The aim was to identify and assess the level of employee satisfaction from the business department of Telecommunication Company, to detect factors that influence satisfaction and then to propose measures that would help improve the status quo. The work is divided into three parts. Firstly there are given the objective of work, the conditions for research, a working hypothesis and methods of solution. Than follows theoretical background examination of the satisfaction of working. It deals with the job satisfaction, motivation and their relationship and the factors affecting them. Empirical part is devoted to brief the characteristics of company and the respondents. The analysis includes a description and assessment of information obtained through electronic questionnaire ends by measures to improve the current state.
