The aim of this master thesis is an analysis of a motivation system in SMP CZ. The first part defines the way of a research and describes used methods. The second part focuses on theoretical knowledge, which is crucial for understanding of motivation. The biggest part is devoted to actual research of a job satisfaction of employees. In this context, possible solutions and perspectives for future development are suggested.

Employee motivation is phenomen of these days. It should be responsibility of each employer. Each emlpoyer should pay enough attantion to this area, if they would like to have emlployees who are loyal, enthusiastic, empolyees who would like to build up company. Particular attention should be paid to the following areas: manager, team work, content of the work and evaluation of emlpoyees. Motivace zaměstnanců je aktuálním tématem dnešní doby. Každý zaměstnavatel by měl věnovat dostatečnou pozornost této oblasti, pokud chce získat zaměstnancce loajální, plné elánu, zaměstnace, kteří budou chtít vytvářet hodnoty pro svou společnost. Zvláštní pozornost by se měla věnovat zvláště následujícím oblastem: vedoucí pracovník, spolupráce v týmu, obsah vykonávané práce a hodnocení zaměstnanců.

The diploma thesis describes current situation of customer care in FMCG with focus on supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The thesis is based on research of customer satisfaction with current situation and proposal for improvement. Proposal is described in theoretical way and suppported by implementation on the concrete company.

This thesis deals with the analysis and the evaluation of Hospital Pelhřimov, p. o. employees satisfaciton. The aim of this study is to evaluate employees satisfaction, to find out what motivates hospital staff most and to propose recommendation that could lead to increased satisfaction. The survey was conducted by collecting data through a questionnaire. The verification of the first statistical hypothesis -- "Are Hospital Pelhřimov, p. o. employees satisfied at work", was focused on the factors that affect employees most at work. The second survey dealt with the hypothetical question -- "Is group of workers in hospital -- non medicals motivated enough?". After the evaluation of the questionnaires there are submitted several proposals and recommendation that could lead to increased employees satisfaction. In this thesis there is further described the structure of the hospital, the method of remuneration, care for employees, employees benefits, working hours, working conditions and working aids.

The teoretical part of this master's thesis defines the term job satisfaction, its principle and factors. It further descries also the research and rating systém of the satisfaction of the emploees. The practical parts presents the profil of the company FIAT ČR, spol. s r.o., its structure and systém of eployee benefits. The goal of the master's thesis is the research and the rating employee satisfaction, in the individual departments of the company, using my own information survey. The guestionnaire has three sections of satisfaciton rating. The first part is focused on job satisfaction with the employer, the next is the motivation of the employees their work and the last the work environment of the thesis i the rating of results of the research with the edditiom of a suggestion and a recommendation for the solving of ascertained shortcomings.

This thesis is focused on the employees attitude to work in their organization. The thesis is based on empiric research focused on employees satisfaction. The goal was to find out the actual state of satisfaction of employees of company Partners Financial Services a.s. , and, based on the survey, to detect the failures leading to employees dissatisfaction and loose of motivation. Based on the accumulated data to design possible solutions to improve the situation.

My thesis is focused on the analysis of job satisfaction in a particular firm considering motivation and employee loyalty. The diploma is divided into 4 parts. In the first chapter is defined the subject, goals and hypothesis. The second one is concerning with the theoretical knowledge of psychology, employee job satisfaction, motivation theories and their tools to increase the labour performance. The practical part is describing the company, its segmentation, policies and moreover the results of the research. On the basis of summarized theoretical and practical facts I suggest the system of arrangements, that could help to eliminate a low level of employee job satisfaction with the particular fields.

The diploma thesis examines employee satisfaction and employee benefits in a chosen company. It was used a research: asking via a questionaire. The analysis of chosen quality characters has been made in this thesis and the financial impact of the employee benefits has been monitored. On the basis of the results the reseatched situation has been appreciated and there have been proposed possible changes and improvement in the providing of emplayee benefits.

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of motivational tools employment policies in selected sector and any proposed amendment. To achieve the aim of this work is carried out research on employee satisfaction selected sample from the retail sector and are defined outcomes and conclusions from the data.

Diploma thesis: ,,Satisfaction of users of social services and the scope of their providers in a selected region" focuses on finding satisfaction of users of social services in Prostějov. The theoretical part introduces the term satisfaction, users of social services, social services, and consequently social service providers to pass the practical part of the individual providers of social services in Prostějov and subsequent questionnaire survey, which is addressed to all users of social services. The interview method is given to the staff of social service providers. Upon detection of discontent social service users are treated suggestions for improvements in social services.
