The diploma thesis deals with a phenomenon of roof gardens. By presenting world and czech contemporary examples this work studies a potencial of the green roofs, especially in a public city space. How they form and transform a profile of the city and the society living in? Among others this question is raised and answered in this work. Based on the theoretic part a new master plan is elaborated. The study example is a roof of the sport hall STaRS in Třinec.

This diploma thesis deals with design of house for living of two generations. The house is designed with the form of wooden frame structure with the extensive green roof system. In the first part, the thesis is focused to issues of energy efficiency and passive house standard of living. In the next part is described topic of the green roof. In the practical part is described selection of structural system, design of composition structures including requirement for implementation of construction works. Furthermore is performed thermal technical assessment of composition structures and calculation of energy balance according to PHPP. In the end is a brief description of static design of ceiling structure. The drawing part includes project and manufacturing documentation including solutions of important construction details.

This thesis addresses the reconstruction of the burnt mansard roofs of the late Baroque period, to propose a method for the reconstruction of the roof structure. The important part is dedicated to finding design and construction joints procedure for compiling. Selected problem was solved by building technical survey of similar roof design and construction process was tested on model development. The proposed solution provides the ability to understand the processes in the construction of the roofs of the late Baroque. Due to the research carried out on several houses, was also found that mansard roof structure underwent a development mostly due to the overall height of the roof and simplifying construction. The main result is the project of the construction carpentry mansard roofs, which were carried out very precisely and the system design of the construction was very sophisticated and simple. Based on the data, it is possible to carry out reconstruction of the roof. The results of this study make it possible to understand how the construction of these types of roofs progressed in earlier times and what the level of craftsmanship was. The diploma thesis contain complete solution for Mountain hotel with wellness center including project documentation. The building is situated near area of Beskydy Mountains. Building plot is located in village Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. The hotel consists of three parts: Wellness center, restaurant facilities, accommodation with recreational areas. The building has 4 floors and is non-celluar. The roof in the first floor is solved by vegetation roof, followed up with metal sloping roof . Construction structure is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks.

The diploma thesis subject is the proposal of the winery with a focus on the production of quality wine with the attribute and with a capacity of 30 000 bottles per year. The winery provides the possibility of accommodation in 6 units with a total capacity of 14 people with extension for meals. The viticulture is situated in the outskirts of Popice. The winery consists of three first floor detached buildings of a broken elongated shape, SO 01, SO 02 and SO 03, the first one is partially sub-basement. The SO 01 has wine production character in the cellar, the first floor provides background for employees, creates administrative spaces and offers catering for the public. Objects SO 02 and SO 03 serve to accommodate guests, the first one taking into account barrier-free use. Construction system is brick wall, in first floor of ceramic blocks and the cellar from blocks of lost formwork filled with concrete. The façade consists of an ETICS thermal insulation composite system and a ventilated façade. Cellar ceiling structures are solved with monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The objects are roofed with gable and shad roofs with titan-zinc roof covering and bearing structure made of glued lamellar wood trusses.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Kosov. The object is designed slightly sloping terrain. The entrance to the building is from the north side. Terrace with access to the garden is in the southern part. The street façade has color images. The operation consists of 3 departments, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers.

The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building. The proposed structure consists of two separated buildings by an expansion joint. The first building has floor ground floor and includes a residential part with seventeen dwelling units and three commercial spaces. The second building contains two ground floors and includes café. The residential part is covered with flat roof without operating. The building with café is covered by green roof. The multifunctional building has been designed with two separate parking areas with corresponding number of parking places.

This diploma thesis presents processing of the design documentation for public service building. The scope of this work is in accordance with ordinance 499/2006 and latter amended 62/2013. There is a small brewery in the building, as well as a pub, tourist apartments and the owner's flat. Building is situated in Vranová, Blansko district. It is a three-story building without basement, roofed with flat and mono-pitched roofs. The ground floor consists of a pub, a brewery and a communication wing dividing the building in the middle. The second floor consists of hostel type tourist apartments with shared facilities. The third floor belongs exclusively to the owner of the building who has an apartment there. The building is bricked, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Floor structure consists of SPIROLL panels. Design documentation was developed in AutoCAD software.

The aim of the thesis is the design of a two-storey house with an attic, in which wood-based materials were used for implementation. The first part is mainly devoted to a literary review of the issue, focusing on the technical requirements needed to design the house, including an introduction to static analysis. The practical outcome of this work is drawing documentation, static report structure, thermal and technical assessment of selected details and 3D visualization object. In the design legislative requirements for accommodation facilities in force in the Czech Republic are respected. The conclusion is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the results of the given issue.
