This work deals with the creation and implementation of standard nursing practice in a specific environment prehospital emergency care in the Medical Emergency Service Královéhradecký region. Study work is close to the case study. Author in the theoretical part defines the quality of health care from different perspectives and expectations of individual actors within the system of health services, reflects on the historical development of quality management and standards as its principal tool in the general form and applied. In detail, the author tries to define the pre-hospital emergency care (PNP) as a specific field and describe its evolution in diverse global and domestic formats. In conclusion, the author attempts to define the quality of the PNP under the criteria drawn from published materials and their own perspective of the provider. The development of hydrology and the need of getting exact data increase the demands on hydro metering. Measurement of spot velocities and deriving the flow of water are frequently performed by the workers of Český hydrometeorologický ústav (Czech Hydrometeorological Institute) and other companies. The limited precision of the measuring machines, the imperfection of methods and the influence of human senses cause that we are not able to get the accurate value of quantity. We are just close to the right values. The term uncertainty of measuring determines the interval which is assigned to each measurement and contains the real value of measured quantity. Twenty imminently repeated measurement were done in twelve measuring profiles of the Dyje River and in one profile of the Morava River using the current meters OTT (OTT Hydromet, 2013) type C2 and type C31. We investigated the dependence of uncertainties type A and B in different profile parameter. The measurement was done with the suspension bar with 2 to 4 propeller current-meters. The hydrometric car on the bridge was used in deeper waters. The results were analysed from the point of view of the uncertainties and generalized. Next point of the research was to find out how the frequency of the current meter depends on temperature of water. For this purpose, the specific canal was made in the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Brno (Ústav vodního hospodářství krajiny) and the measuring was done in temperature interval from 1 °C to 24 °C. Repeated measuring was statistically evaluated from the uncertainties point of view. In the thesis, the proposal of elaboration of uncertainties determined by both types of measurement into current methods of determination of uncertainties of the derived flows using the measurement of spot velocity by the propeller current-meter in measuring profiles of the rivers is introduced.

Title: An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the implementation of set-plays in the offensive phase of the game matches teams selected for the Champions League 2009/2010. Identification of the key moments leading to successful or unsuccessful completion. Description and graphical representation of the set-plays. Methods: In our work we used as the primary method of obtaining data on the phenomenon of mediated reference, registered observations. It is the indirect observation of DVDs with each team, where we watched our investigation established criteria. The research section has been used both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis, we obtained data on the frequency of observed phenomena, qualitative analysis shows the critical points and the current developments in implementation of set-plays . Models based on the graphical representation we then facilitate the application of this knowledge in the training practical. Results: The results reveal the ways plays for set-plays were used in the Champions League 2009/2010 in the offensive phase of game and the negotiations in the process of defense. In this thesis I focus on the Japanese labour market in agriculture, traditional, semi-traditional and modern light industry between the 1730s and 1950s. In the first chapter I introduce institutional theory and path dependance theory which serve as my conceptual frame. In the second chapter I present a broad definition of the modern period based on Kito's demographical periodization of Japanese history. In the third and fourth chapter I analyze the institutional structure of agriculture and by-employments that dominated the modern labour market. In conclusion I discuss the connection of this structure to heavy industry and its implications for the current dual labour market.

This master thesis deals with middle school pupils and their comprehension of Part-whole theory within the area of Mathematics. The theory section is divided into five parts. The first part presents sets of knowledge and skills of lower-secondary school pupils that are essential for completing a particular time period in selected thematic areas of mathematics at primary schools. In the second part, individual stages and mechanisms of cognitive processes needed in Mathematics are determined, and the third part focuses on teaching methods of Mathematics. Among the issues mentioned in this part are for example the difference between formal and informal knowledge or transmissive and constructivist way of teaching. Lastly, the fourth and fifth parts specify various expressions of wholes and their parts. The research part of this paper provides an analysis of interviews with certain teachers that are employing different teaching methods, testing applied on their pupils and also an analysis of the textbooks that are being used by these teachers. The purpose of the work is to evaluate the stage of development of the rules for tranfer of personal data for the European union to the third countries. First it gives necessary information regarding the protection of personal data in general including the key terms, basic principles and also the legal framework. The second part explains the legal mechanism of tranfer of personal data from EU abroad with the use of the term "adequate protection." Possible methods of such tranfer which are in compliance with the requirement of provision of the adequate protection to the protection ensured in the European Union are given. The third part concentrates on the development of the negotiations between the United States and the European Union about the transfer of personal data of air passengers and resulting legal arrangement. The work also describes current trends and provides possible future development of this sphere.

The diploma thesis explores the basic methods of measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Expecially, the method of Color - Word association Technique. It is one of the unusual methods that successfully measure these factors of advertising from the presepective of attitudinal preferences and associations. The aim of thesis is to approach standard and non-standard approaches to measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of advertising campaigns and in concrete example of company which is selling the products from prevention against fleas and ticks.Describe and apply these approaches.Furthermore, based on the state before the campaign and after campaign,to analyze and show changes in attitudes of target group. Finally, to propose the strategy for future planning and to recommend effective investment of funds in the next year and efficient communication products of services through the media.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the terms of trade and their impact on the aggregates of the national economy. The main goal was to identify issues of the terms of trade and describe their development from the point of view of total indices and indices for groups of the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) in the Czech Republic. In the thesis were used time series analysis and measurement of dependence between two quantities. The development of terms of trade indices was highly variable, and the resulting models do not describe too much variability. Total terms of trade index was the most influenced by groups Mineral fuels, lubricants and related materials and Machinery and transport equipment. Gains (losses) from changes in the terms of trade influence the values of aggregates of national economy, their impact on the gross national income and gross disposable income decrease in time. There was also the international comparison of developments of terms of trade indices across the European Union, in the thesis. For this was used cluster analysis by SITC groups. The terms of trade index of the Czech Republic was the most similar to the terms of trade index of Slovakia. The contribution of the thesis is based on the detailed analysis of the terms of trade, which has not been performed before, and describe their relationship with other macroeconomic indicators.

This thesis deals with a proposition of an algorithm for QRS complex and typical ECG waves boundaries detection. It incorporates a literature research focused on heart electrophysiology and commonly used methods for ECG fiducial points detection and delineation. Out of the presented methods an algorithm based on a continuous wavelet transform is implemented. Detection and delineation algorithm is tested on CSE standard signal database towards references determined both manually and automatically. Obtained results are compared to other congenerous methods. The diploma thesis is further concerned with an algorithm modification for experimental electrocardiograms of isolated rabbit hearts. Recording specifics of these data are introduced. Additionally, based on time and frequency analysis, particular modifications of the algorithm are proposed and realized. Due to a large extent of records functionality is verified on randomly selected database samples. Efficiency of the modified algorithm is evaluated through manually annotated references.

This master's thesis deals with the optimization of numerical coefficients of the Wiener filter for muscle noise filtering in ECG signals. The theoretical part deals with ECG signal characteristic and muscle interference. It also contains a summary of the wavelet transform, wavelet Wiener's filtration, methods for calculating of the threshold and thresholding. In the last theoretical part the characteristic optimization techniques, the exhausive search and Nelder-Mead simplex method are mentioned, which were implemented in the practical part of this thesis in MATLAB. The functional verification and Wiener's filter optimization were tested on the standard electrocardiograms database CSE. By using the methods of exhausive search, the initial estimate for the solution method Nelder-Mead was obtained. The optimization method Nelder-Mead gives better results in the orders of hundredths or tenths than the method of exhausive search. The practical part is finished by the comparison of results of implemented algorithm with optimum coefficients, implemented in this thesis, with the results of other methods for filtering muscle interference in ECG signals.
