Správní řád a jeho využití při povolování staveb podle stavebního zákona / The Code of Administrative Procedure and its use in construction permitting in accordance with the Building Act

Hercíková, Dita January 2016 (has links)
The thesis characterises building permitting administrative procedures subject to the Building Act and Rules of Administrative Procedure. The legal regulation contained in the new Building Act that has been effective since 2007 has been amended several times over the period of nine years, among other by so called big amendment to the Building Act in 2013. Both the Building Act and amendments to it are supposed to simplify and speed up its implementation as much as possible. The Building Act is a special legal regulation the implementation of which is supported by the Rules of Administrative Procedure as a general legal regulation. The current legal regulation of the Rules of Administrative Procedure has been effective since 2006. The Rules of Administrative Procedure stipulate general procedures that are not set forth in special laws. Therefore, the research part of the thesis describes procedures of the granting of individual types of permits subject to the Building Act that are related to general procedures subject to the Rules of Administrative Procedure. The result part of the thesis focuses on a comparison of permitting and appeal procedures in the Central Bohemian region and a comparison of such proceedings outputs to outputs of the proceedings in the Czech Republic. The paper analyses reasons that are behind the described results. The statistic evaluation deals with influences than affect numbers of granted permits. The thesis conclusion includes some suggestions concerning some Building Act amendments based on findings contained in the result and research part of the thesis.

Historické a soudobé dřevěné roubené stavby pro bydlení a jejich konstrukční řešení / Historical and contemporary wooden timbered buildings for living and construction solutions

Matějovský, Šimon January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to carry out a search based on available literature that focused on historical development of timbered houses in the Czech Republic that are intended for permanent living. A survey was conducted subsequently to this search. This survey concentrated on firms that nowadays build timbered houses and also on construction solutions and structure composition of such houses. The conducted survey describes prevalent construction solutions of timbered houses in the current housebuilding sector of the Czech market. The thesis focuses on thermal properties of today's timbered wooden structures. Next, an indicative measurement of these buildings was carried out by a blower door test and thermal imaging diagnostics. Furthermore, the thesis compares timbered structures with standard requirements for permanent housing. Interestingly, the measurements for instance showed that one new building met the requirements of the blower door test. Next, several thermography measurements demonstrated seamless heat transfer of a timbered wall as a whole. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the current use and construction of timbered houses in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it sums up the results of the measurements and outlines the survey results regarding the thermal properties of these houses.

Provádění staveb a jejich změn / Construction of buildings and their alterations

Dvořák, Stanislav January 2012 (has links)
I have chosen this topic, because I am interested in building and related issues. Another reason for the selection of the work is that the construction industry is very promising, dynamic and lucrative field. The thesis is devided into five chapters with appendix. The work begins with a historical introduction to construction law and its major developmental milestones in the Czech Republic. The sources of public constructional law are discussed in detail in the following passage of the first chapter. Basic terms of construction law, relevant to the processing of the dissertation are defined in chapter 2. The issue of public administration that is related to the construction is described in chapter 3. Realization modes are described in chapter 4. First is called "free" mode, which is used in case of less technologically challenging projects and a minimum of intervening in the public and private interests (chapter 4.1). Second is the reporting regime and institute planning information given in section 4.2. And third, I consider the most important an authorization regime. In the authorization regime are carried out all constructions, if is not established that the reporting regime is sufficient or "free". To alternatives of authorization regime are dedicated separate subchapters. Public contracts (4....
