V této práci se zaměřuji na problematikou veřejných zakázek, konkrétně zakázek na stavební činnost. Práce obsahuje rozbor zákonných požadavků, kterými se zadávání VZ řídí, hlavní principy, ze kterých zákon vychází a legislativní změny související se vstupem ČR do EU. Práce obsahuje postupy, lhůty a podmínky účasti v řízení, postupy zadávání v ČR i EU, prokazování kvalifikačních požadavků, postup podávání námitek proti úkonům zadavatelů, odvolávání k orgánu dohledu, internetové aplikace SIMAP a TED určené k vyhledávání veřejných zakázek na internetu, funkci CENTRÁLNÍ ADRESY určené ke zveřejňování veřejných zakázek na internetu a podmínky podávání nabídek elektronickou formou. Závěrem teoretické části se zabývám nedostatky platné právní úpravy, v praxi nejčastějších chyb zadavatelů i uchazečů, problémem korupce v oblasti veřejných financí s možnostmi vedoucích k jejímu odstranění, nebo alespoň jejímu podstatnému ztížení. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku vypracování kvalitní nabídky, která bude schopna v řízení uspět. Uchazeč o VZ vychází ze zadávací dokumentace, která je nejdůležitějším podkladem pro vypracování nabídky. Druhá část obsahuje zadávací dokumentaci stavby, předběžnou analýzu zadání VZ a faktorů, které by společnost měla před přihlášením do řízení o VZ zvážit, metodický postup vypracování nabídky a jeho aplikaci na konkrétním příkladu zadání.

Sluková, D. Factors affecting the volume of the amount saved building savings in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016. This diploma thesis is focused on identification of factors affecting the volume of the amount saved building savings in the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis will be a construction of appropriate econometric models for the amount saved building savings. Futhermore, through the statistic tests it will be verified whether these models meet all the classical assumptions of regression model. In case of any of the assumptions being disproved a correction will be proposed. By analysing the time series will be constructed an appropriace regression model of the amount saved building savings in the Czech Republic in 1997 - 2014. First issue will be solved stacionarity of time series. Further tests will be carried specifications, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality and structural break.

The thesis engages in an assessment of financing the building contract from the view of a contractor. In the introduction of a theoretical part there is concisely characterized the meaning and current state of the construction market in the Czech Republic. Then there is a basic description of the characteristics of the building and construction market, followed by a description of the life cycle of construction contracts. Main attention on the theoretical part is paid to the possible ways of financing the building contract from the view of the constructor. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two examples. In the first example, an analysis of financing the building contract from the view of the constructor or construction company can be seen. Following the method of financing the business activity of the construction company is a financial analysis of its capital structure with subsequent evaluation of the results. The second example contains processing of progress financing of the building contract using a form of forfaiting, i.e. redemption of medium-term debt.

This thesis adresses the geodetic survey and execution of building documentation of buildings in VelkýBor 31 near Netolice. Procedures that are in accordance with the creation of a building information model (BIM) are used to meet the objective. In the theoretical part, you can acquaint yourself with the legislation and regulations related to the construction documentation.Requirementsof the documentation and factual construction activities needed during its creationare described. In the practical part, the accompanying report, technical report, situational drawings and drawing documentation in the adequate form are prepared. The result of the work is a drawing documentation that can be utilized to create a model according to the BIM rules. As part of the debate, positives and negatives of such model are proposed and outlined.At the same time, the question of the possibility of utilizing the BIM in context with construction documentation is answered.

This diploma thesis deals with the design and blueprints for timber buildings according to principles for design of passive buildings. The structure is designed as diffusion-open. Individual compositions were assessed according to building physics and financial calculations of material costs were made. This thesis compares various possible options for improving energy concept of the house including internal building technology. The clever design and optimization of structures made reduction of specific heat needed for heating and other parameters to desired values for passive houses to achieve modern and healthy living possible.

This diploma thesis investigates a treatise of legislative aspects in the field of air protection in institutions that deal with construction and demolition waste. Legislation of air protection and management of construction waste is characterised generally and then for a specific institution. A part of this thesis is a description of a recycling technology of construction and demolition waste and equipment for recycling in the company MORAVOSTAV Brno, joint-stock building company. The methodology of the thesis contains information about the process of gaining information for a creation of operating systems for a certain institution. This process is described in the practical part of the thesis. The discussion deals with differences in requirements for approval of operating systems in different regions.

The task of this thesis is to verify the functionality of the different types of waterproofing used in the building structures in terms of diffusion of water vapor. A vapour retarder, used in the roof structures and the facade systems of the wooden buildings, were primarily selected for purposes of this thesis. The first chapter contains a brief summary of the problem of the moisture distribution in the building structures and problems caused by the moisture excess. The second chapter describes the building structures, which used the vapour retarder in their assemblies, there are also described their composition and usually used materials. In the third chapter there is a description how to measure the diffusion of the water vapor through the building materials and also, there is a detailed description of the method used for the experimental measurements. The experimental measurement creates the main part of the fourth chapter. The equipment needed for this kind of measurements, the choice of materials and the description of chosen method are part of this chapter to. The fourth chapter also presents the measurement results, which are compared with the parameters specified by the manufacturer of waterproofing materials. The final part of this thesis summarizes the results of measurements and brings the recommendations for effective structural design in terms of the diffusion of the water vapour.

This thesis deals with the problems of insulating older buildings. The goal of this work is to evaluate the conditions of interior environement of stables for breeding hens and to propose an improvement of its thermal properties. The first chapter describes findings from literature about individual methods of insulating buildings. The second chapter describes the basic methodology and the principle of used measurements of the technical properties of the stable for breeding hens. In the third chapter there are evaluations of the measurements and necessary calculations for the improvement of thermal properties of the building. The last chapter lists the economic evaluation of the proposed insulation method of the building in respect to the egg production and feed consumption.
