This thesis solves the construction area of High school building in Ustí nad Orlicí deals with the main building of the complex. The High school will be located in the district town of Ustí nad Orlicí, in the district on Štěpnice, this is a developing area on the outskirts of town. The building will serve as a high school facilities, with a capacity of 360 students and 20 teachers and 10 other staff. The main building of High school is designed as a three-storey building, its shape resembles the letter T with a smaller spur of handstand. The building is roofed single-roof with vegetative planting. The building is built of structural system POROTHERM masonry blocks with precise thin cleft. Ceiling design floors form the hollow prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll from Goldbeck over the main entrance consists of reinforced concrete ceiling construction cross reinforcement plate, then the ceiling structure made of suspended ceiling drywall. Dominating the lecture hall buildings form a stepped podium staircase and from outside the auditorium finish of brick strips Klinker, located above the main entrance to the building. The building is adapted for wheelchair use. Work includes documentation and drawing part, that is handled as a detailed documentation.

This diploma thesis deals with teamwork and corporate culture in construction. The objective of the thesis is at first to theoretically define the topic of teamwork and corporate culture in construction. The theoretical part provides a coherent view of the issue. The practical part presents the results of quantitative and qualitative research. Data were collected through the questionnaires and structured interviews with employees of construction companies. Parts of the thesis are partial conclusions and recommendations for improvement. The result of the diploma thesis is methodological manual for small and medium construction companies. This manual could attract new employees and customers to the companies.

1 Abstract This thesis analyzes and describes legal possibilities, which are given to the public for participation in land-use planning. The aim of this thesis is to reach to conclusion, if the public can, as one of the subjects of land-use planning, play a crucial role in this matter or if her role is rather marginal. The author firstly defines the basic terms as "public" and "land-use planning". Besides, he outlines the issue of the status of environmental associations, which is one of the main topics of this thesis. Subsequently, he categorizes land-use planning tools into conceptional and implementation tools. Further, he continues with basic characteristic of individual tools and their mutual relations. For each tool, he describes its function, content and typical features. In following chapters, author detailly describes and analyzes concrete public possibilities, means and tools for participation in land-use planning. He always doing so in the relation to specific land-use planning tools. The analysis is not limited only to the current state of legislation, but also examines its development since the adoption of the Building Act in 2007. This diploma thesis main goal is to predict primary bankruptcy indicators in construction sector based on model. This model is built by advanced classifier methods such as classification trees and logistic regression. Applicability of prediction depends on quality of built model and therefore verification of classification accuracy is essential for bankruptcy prediction. The theoretical part is focused on construction sector in the EU specializing on basic financial analysis including ratio indicators and frequently used models for predicting the bankruptcy of enterprises. The practical part consists of model creation and evaluation for each observed time period. The end of thesis is dealing with model evaluation based on given criteria.

The diploma thesis deals with determination of factors affecting the prices of building plots in the Czech Republic. Land prices were analysed from a microeconomic and macroeconomic point of view. Cross-sectional data were used for microeconomic analyzes, and time series compiled from quarterly data were selected for macroeconomic analysis. Macroeconomic analysis of land price developments was carried out for the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria, and the results of country analyses were then compared. The results of the microeconomic analysis were compared with other work on the same issue. The individual models were created using the least squares method in gretl. Time series for Germany and the Czech Republic were compiled for the period from the first quarter of 2005 to the last quarter of 2015, for Austria it was a period from the first quarter of 2006 to the last quarter of 2015.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures under the Building Act The diploma thesis deals with the legal position of neighbours in procedures under the Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Construction Regulation (Construction Act). Although the neighbour is one of the most affected parties in the construction process, the term 'neighbour' itself is not defined in the legal order. The aim of this work is to clarify who is considered to be a neighbour for the purposes of the Construction Act and what legal status does this person have in individual procedures under the Construction Act, including the analysis of possible procedural means to protect his/her rights and legitimate interests. The thesis also points out the legal aspects of the construction process as a comprehensive procedure characterized by a chain of separate and usually successive procedures. In these procedures, the Construction Authority must not only take into account the various public and private interests in the territory, but should also be able to assess the construction project in question not only in terms of construction law but also in terms of civil law. The aim of the thesis was first to theoretically define the topic of motivation and corporate culture in the work of a construction company. The theoretical part describes the basic concep e.g. The specifics of construction engieering, construction company, motivation, demotivation, corporate culture, etc. In the empirical part, the theory is verified by a quantitative questionnaire survey in construction companies of various sizes. The subsequent analysis is qualitatively supplemented by controlled interviews with representatives of individual companies. Finally, some recommendations are needed to improve the motivation and corporate culture of construction companies.
