This diploma thesis focuses on processing and data collecting for the use of creating functional 3D informating model that we call BIM (Building Information Modelling) which is getting more and more attention throughout building industry and it is used by all of the participants in the industry from designers and architects to those who are dealing with building installations. This process is slowly getting into legislations of many countries including Czechia. The thesis is divided into two parts where one of them is describing the Building Information Modeling in general and the other part is describing the work which is behind the colleting good data which is needed when making the 3D documentation in Revit software which is wildly used for designing building constructions. Practical part of the land surveyor´s work is devided here into two parts where one of them is dedicated to collecting data by laser scanning process, GNSS and measuring by total station and levelling machine. Second part focuses on the description of the data processing in order to make 3D model. The example of the output production data is the BIM 3D model of the family house in selected level of detail and besides that we also have the visualization of both interior and exterior and 2D simplified building documentations.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of available forms of financing of housing in Czech Republic. The attention is basicly concentrated on mortages and loans provided by building society, including bridging loans. There are also mentioned different types of prospects for financing, concretely loans and backing provided by government. The application example shows financial demands of various products and their possible combinations.

The subject of the diploma thesis "Financing of Housing in the Czech Republic" is description, analysis, and characterization of options of financing of housing and comparison of their benefits. The theoretical part of the assignment describes basic forms of financing of housing – savings for building purposes, mortgage loans, and other forms. The analytical part compares variants of savings for building purposes with domestic building societies and mortgage loans with selected banks. This part describes and evaluates basic features of individual products. The third part focuses on creation of practical examples describing various combinations of financing of housing in the Czech Republic, evaluates their benefits and provides recommendations for their implementation.

This thesis focuses on alternative ways of house financing in the Czech Republic. The attention is basically concentrated on mortgages and loans provided by the building society, including bridging loans and bridging different combinations of mortgage loans. Individual variations of financing options for housing are analyzed and then compared with each other.

The theme of this thesis is financing of purchase of a flat in the contemporary conditions in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focuses mainly on an analysis of mortgage loans and building savings products. The thesis is also dedicated to comparison of the possible options of financing the own housing in the particular case in order to find the optimal solution and propose the final recommendations.

This diploma thesis engages in evalution of benefits in financing of real estate. It deals with comparasion of offered forms in financing of loans, especially mortgage loans and their combinations with another products like building savings and unit trusts for needs of model clients. The outcome of a thesis is a proposal and recommendation of the most advantageous variant for financing of given real estate.

My dissertation is focused on communication mix of a building company. In the first part I deal with the theory of communication mix as such, in the second part, I analyze the current propagation of the company Inter-Stav, spol. s r. o. In the final part is shown how we can arrange the communication mix for a new company Aktiv-Servis, s.r.o.

The nature of that problem is to determine the value of the property in comparison to the value of construction supplies for the same property. The value is determined on the supply of building production and also by using the usual methods for the valuation of real estate.

The thesis discusses the possibilities of financing construction of the house including the land purchase. The theoretical part is focused on the clarification of all possible variants of financing and explanations of terms that relate to this issue. The practical part is to model the situation shown the possibility of funding specific construction contracts. There is also a comparison of seven banks and their products through value analysis. On the basis of the selected and recommended to the investor the best option.

This thesis deals with problems building order in the building company. It served information about planning, project management and projects in the building company general. It explains the basic concepts and actions related to the problem. The main aim this thesis is described and analyzed the building order in the specific building company. This aim is paid to the second pars the thesis which is described the specific building order “The road I/35 Valašské Meziříči-Lešná, 2. stage” and the process of the company from the implementation of this order.
