Dopady krize způsobené covid-19 na činnost stavebního podniku / Effects of the crisis caused by Covid-19 on the operation of construction company

Daniel, Martin January 2022 (has links)
The diploma thesis evaluates the impact of the crisis caused by covid-19 on construction companies, especially through a questionnaire survey and interviews with representatives of construction companies. The theoretical part of the work, which precedes the questionnaire survey and interviews, describes the construction company and also explains topics such as anti-epidemic restrictions, compensation programs or the state of emergency caused by the covid crisis.

Současné trendy v komunikaci a týmové spolupráci ve stavebnictví / Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering

Kabátová, Nicole January 2022 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.

Režijní náklady ve stavebním podniku / Overhead costs in the construction company

Kovář, Jakub January 2022 (has links)
The topic of my thesis is overhead costs in a construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains what is a construction company, what types of costs are, how costs are managed and what calculation methods are used. In the practical part is characterized the analyzed company. The style in which a company manages and calculates overhead costs. After this is created another way of calculating overhead costs, application of this method to the actually performed contract and then there is compare of both methods. At the end of the practical part is the evaluation.

Vliv celosvětové krize na změny ve stavebnictví / The Impact of the Global Crisis on the Changes in the Civil Engineering.

Smejkalová, Aneta January 2022 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the changes in civil engineering that occured as a result of the global pandemic crisis. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and definitions, describes facts from past crises and defines the economic situation before the pandemic. It compares the economic situation before and after the start of the pandemic. This thesis also examines the development of selected macroeconomic indicators during the crisis. The practical part consists of an analysis of the construction market using a questionnaire survey. Based on the data from this survey, it evaluates the view of participants in the construction market on the supply side. The final data obtained from the questionnaire survey are compared with statistical data. Finally, possible predictions about the development of civil engineering are defined.

Zlatá Koruna jako tvaroslovný kaleidoskop. Aktualizovaný pohled na středověkou stavební historii cisterciáckého kláštera. / Zlatá Koruna monastery as a morphological kaleidoscope. An updated view on a medieval architectural history of a Cistercian monastery.

Facincani, Filip January 2021 (has links)
There is almost nothing left for the oldest architecture of the Cistercian monastery in Zlatá Koruna - except for the shape. Apart from the modestly written sources on the architectural history we are fully depend on the results of the formal analysis, on the evaluation of a form which has left. This Master's thesis is going to deal with the medieval parts of inner monastery and their architectural history as well as the rigours which such view includes. The thesis is going to focus on the Chapel of Guardian Angels and spaces of the convent with the monastery church of an Assumption of Virgin Mary in their own context and in the context of wider local production. The mentioned updating is deputized by an investigation of the monastery lapidarium and (primarily) a precise study of Building records (1938-1942). Although their reports were known to older research, there is no sufficient investigation in this case yet. As a result, there are numerous hidden fragments which rediscovery could help to show something more about the architectural history and morphological richness of Zlatá Koruna monastery. Key words: Zlatá Koruna, Goldenkron, Cistercian order, early gothic architecture, Building records, morphology

Studium pasivní stabilizace teploty kompozitních stavebních materiálů / Study of passive stabilisation of building materials temperature

Šebek, Jan January 2010 (has links)
The topic of presented master’s thesis was study of passive stabilization of building materials temperature. The main goal of this thesis was measuring and characterization of the thermal properties of building materials, which are used to PCM technology. PCM technology is based on utilization of latent heat of phase change. At the beginning of this thesis it was needed to define physical principle of phase change, then the most usable PCM chemicals (e.g. paraffin, Glauber’s salt, hexahydrate calcium chloride) and their basic physical properties (especially thermo-physical), background research of building materials with PCM and also the methods of thermo-physical properties measurement. It was also needed to characterize measured building materials and define theirs thermal parameters; because the values of thermal parameters of measured samples were compared to these values. In the experimental part of my thesis are measurements of material thermal analysis, which are methods, where the properties of materials are studied as they change with temperature. I had used to differential scanning calorimetry, transient pulse method and other methods, which are usable for thermo-physical properties measuring and characterization. I have been much interested in properties of measured material, which were specific heat capacity, temperature diffusivity, heat conductivity and phase change temperature (the melting point of PCM). At the end of my thesis the findings of all methods were finally summarized, compared and commented.

Marketingové procesy ve stavebnictví / MARKETING PROCESSES IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

Kratochvílová, Martina January 2012 (has links)
This master‘s thesis named Marketing processes in civil engineering is engaged in marketing processes of company STAVBA krbů s.r.o. The analysis of present situation and a proposal of marketing plan are parts of this thesis. These parts are both based on processed theoretical basis and they are a practical application of marketing processes in civil engineering. Along processing the emphasis has been posed to maximalization of positive effect during the plan implementation and changes of the company’s marketing processes.

Možnosti financování dlouhodobého majetku a jeho posouzení daňového dopadu ve stavebním podniku / Possibilities of Financing of Fixed Property and Valuation of its Tax Impact in Building Company

Skořepová, Marcela January 2012 (has links)
There exist many ways how to finance fixed assets of a company. In my thesis, I deal with several types of funding fixed assets and compare them. In the introduction, I describe different types of funding, their advantages and disadvantages. One of the ways of funding is a lease, a loan or renting of fixed assets. The aim of my work was to select the best way of funding fixed assets for the selected company and study its tax consequences.

Možnosti řízení a minimalizace rizik technologie výroby stavebních materiálů a výrobků pomocí fuzzy logiky a dalších nástrojů risk managementu / Management options and risk minimizing of production technologies of building materials and products by using fuzzy logic and other risk management tools

Misák, Petr January 2014 (has links)
The thesis proposes management options and risk minimizing in the field of building materials production technologies and related products using fuzzy logic and other risk management tools. The thesis indicates why some methodologies are not commonly used. The main purpose of this work (thesis) is to propose possible upgrades of standard methods in process capability and risk minimizing related to building materials and products. Markov analysis and fuzzy Markov chains are applied.

Controlling ve stavebním podniku / Controlling in the Construction Company

Jančová, Edita Unknown Date (has links)
The theme of this thesis is controlling in the construction company. The theoretical part is focused on the management of a contruction company, controlling and its tools. In the practical part, the current state of the selected construction company is analyzed and a proposal for the introduction of controlling in the company is made. Subsequently, the future benefits of this proposal, the possible risks of the proposed measures, the timetable and the eastimated costs are presented.
