The thesis titled Marketing planning construction firm engaged in design marketing plan construction company Mlatek. Based on marketing analysis determines the present situation of the company, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses and also detects threats and opportunities near future. By defining the marketing strategy determines how the achievement of corporate goals.

Thesis multifunctional building in Chrudim is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed multifunctional building is placed on the site number 3466 and 2110 in Chrudim. The building has four floors. Constructional system is from clay brick HELUZ, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof.

This thesis describes the design of multifunctional building in Chrudim. It is a three-storey building. The layout of the first floor is for public purposes. The second and third floors serve as the residential part. The building is covered with a flat roof.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the building-technological solutions of gross structure Multifunctional file EASTGATE Brno. This multi-functional file is divided into objects Z and Y. This thesis solves the construction of gross substructure and gross superstructure object Z and gross substructure object Y. It deals with the most optimal propsal of technological procedures, working machines, itemized budget, time schedule, check and test plans, equipment of construction site, assessment of lifting mechanism and last but not least closer transport relations. The thesis is prepared on the basis of technical documents submitted by the designer.

Impact of competitive pressures, ever-increasing investor demands and the unstable economic situation forces construction companies to more effective preparation and management of contracts. The subject of this thesis is the preparation and management of construction contracts in the construction company. The theoretical part is devoted to the description management by project and its tools, supply activities and supplier preparation of construction. Theoretical explanation matters of project management is followed by practical demonstration of the selected job.

For my thesis I chose the topic "Marketing planning in the construction business." The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part I focused on theoretical information about marketing mix, SLEPT analysis, marketing strategy and budget. The practical part describes the characteristics of company ALPINE Bau CZ as and a marketing plan for this company.

In the past, this topic was often overlooked in its complexity. The establishment of the specialized fields of building biology, biophilic architecture and the works of Christopher Alexander and Nikos Salingaros now allow us to consider various facets of this subject. This dissertation aims to analyse the topic of vitality in architectural space by studying the abilities and perceptions of its users. Therefore its aim is not to develop a new theory of “vitality-enhancing architectural space”, but to describe how this phenomenon is perceived by the users themselves. Users can provide feedback on which features of architectural space they see as the most important for the feeling of vitality. These features have been hierarchically organized based on their perceived importance, analysed and described in detail to allow their relatively easy application in practice. This dissertation will also allow a comparison with other existing works on the studied topic.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of managing a construction contract in a construction company. The aim of the thesis is to describe preparation and managing of a construction contract. The theoretical part concerns with description of project managing and its tools, supplier's duties and construction preparation. The out come of the thesis is a practical demonstration of a chosen example.
