The practical part is devoted to common method of housing finance. It is about housing financing through a mortgage loan and a building savings. The comparison of offer of mortgage loan and building savings is performed for fictitious client. The best loan is recommended to the client on the basis on the results. The last part of the thesis contains necessary documents. The client is obliged to provide these documents to the bank.

Currently there is a great emphasis on energy savings in the building industry. Constructional opening fillings, such as windows and doors, are of a great importance for saving energy in buildings. Constructional opening fillings are one of the most challenging construction elements, because high demands are put on them.
The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to research of the literature focusing on the issue of constructional opening fillings. Additionally, this diploma thesis introduces the basic terminology of constructional opening fillings, and also provides information about existing materials - including basic requirements for lighting, ventilation, mechanical resistance, and protection against noise and safety.
It also deals with mechanical and physical properties, such as thermal and technical characteristics, crevice integrity, sound insulation properties, thermal insulation properties of glass, thermal insulating properties of frames, waterproof, airproof, fire-technical characteristics and protection against undesirable permeability.
The main part of the thesis is devoted to the respective measurement of construction opening fillings in six selected objects. Based on the measured results, a thermal-computational diagnostics is carried out for each object. The conclusion sums up the results, the data obtained are analyzed and evaluated. On the basis of the evaluation, appropriate recommendations are provided.

The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to office furniture through history. It also deals with the importance of ergonomics in the workplace of office and evaluates other factors, that may affect mental and physical health of workers and the related performance. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the process of creating the new interior. The second part is based on a practical study of specific workplaces of construction company and on searching of retrievels of the whole interior of administration builing and retrievels for design furniture element, that will be designed for this company to peace. According to the findings from the theoretical part, the information obtained from searches and the requirements of contracting company will be created the interior design of equipment of the administrative workplaces of construction company and a design of chosen piece of furnite. The output of the proposal will be in the form of skeches and 3D vizualization.

The theoretical part describes the concept of financial crisis, the kinds of financial crises and overview of the history of financial crises. It also describes the contemporaneous crisis and its causes. This section also provides information about the basic concepts, process and legislative conditions of building society. At the end of this part are described history of building society and the development of building society market in the Czech Republic. In the practical part is analyzed the impact of crisis on the market of building society in the Czech Republic. It includes an analysis of the economic environment in the Czech Republic and the analysis of business and financial indicators. In conclusion of the practical part is the summary and evaluation of the impact of crisis on the market of building society. The result of this part confirms that the main impact of crisis on the market of building society in Czech Republic is a decrease of client demand.

A lokality is found between two villages in Southern Bohemia, Olešník and Nová Ves. I have worked out the preferable alternate into the stadium of documentation for building licence. Rural road line has projected that way that the trafic situation will be better. Output of my theme is documentation for building licence.

The thesis deals with environmental impact assessment procedure, objections of the participants in construction proceeding, public participation in contruction proceeding and binding standpoints. The thesis is systematically composed of three chapters. The first chapter focuses on legal adjustment and main principles of environmental protection. Chapter two describes object, subjects and particular phases of construction proceeding foccused on building authority activities. The third chapter deals with particular instruments of environmental protection in construction proceeding. Finally, the thesis comprises a summary of contained conclusions.

The aim of this thesis is to put the liability obligations arising from the FIDIC contract templates into the context of the current Czech legislation, while uncovering potential conflict areas and evaluating the pros and potential risks arising from the use of these contract templates in the Czech construction industry. The first part of the thesis contains characteristics of all components of civil liability, defines its role in the legal and theoretical field and lays the basis for the practical conclusion in the second part, which focuses in more detail on the treatment of liability obligations under the FIDIC contracts. To illustrate these conclusions, the comparison is made on a particular narrow issue of the quantification of the claims of the parties arising from the above-mentioned liability obligations.

The thesis is focused on the possibilities of housing financing in the Czech Republic. The greatest attention is paid to financing of buying of own flat emphatically small flats. In the first part, the living in own flat and renting of a flat are compared. In this part I also chracterize housing stock of the Czech Republic and the factors influencing the way of housing financing and housing demand. Second part is theoretical and it describes the possibilities of housing financing in detail. Above all there is described the building saving and the mortgage, that are the most frequent possibilities. Third part anlyses particular financial products of the various banks and monitors current bank supply. The final part contains the case study in which the problem with buying a flat is solved.

This diploma thesis discusses about possibilities of housing financing and is especially focusing on mortgage market in Czech Republic. First part of this thesis has theoretical character and describes different types of housing: property housing, cooperative housing and rental housing and their specific features. This part also contains general characteristics of the basic ways of housing financing: building saving and mortgages. Besides, building savings is here compared with mortgages and there are described advantages and disadvantages of those both possibilities of housing financing. In this part there are also put examples of "future mortgages", which are not offered by Czech banks yet. The second part of the diploma thesis is focusing its attention on actual world crisis. Defines reasons of its origin, describes its impact on European and Czech economy. Also, discusses about impact the actual crisis has on estate market and market with loans and mortgages in Czech Republic. The third part of the thesis is concerned on standard procedure while disposing the mortgage and contains short example of buying an apartment by fictive person.
