The main subject of my thesis is concerning housing construction and it`s development influence upon the village Dolní Třebonín. This kind of housing construction was for village Dolní Třebonín of high importance. The village Dolní Třebonín is a small village with no more than 600 inhabitans. As a result of this small number of inhabitans a real apprehension occured {--} rescission of the local school, post ofiice, traffic and other improtant services. This could have substantial effect of the life quality in this village. To impove this dissatisfying situation was a suggested to build new housing possibilities and so increase the number of inhibitans in the village. The aim of this activity should be higher income for the willage{\crq}s budget and also to keep important services and to extend the platform of these services.

The purpose of the thesis was project a field road to reconstruct and modernize the current traffic connections between selected villages Sviny and Borkovice, using technology for application of Glorit. It was created reinforced major field road with turnouts the design category of P 4,5/30. Studies of the field communication were prepared in two different variants. The beginning of routes is in the village Sviny and end is in the village Borkovice. Both variants are connected to the current road. After the consultation with the executive of the thesis, one of the variants was evolved for building licence documentation. The documentation consists of plans and manual. Emphasis was placed mainly on routes to achieve fluency with regard to appropriate and sensitive integration of the field road to the countryside. There was also an effort to minimize earthwork and associated financial intensity of construction. The project of the field route was prepared in conformity with applicable national standards (DIN) and technical regulations that relate to the issue.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission The Diploma Thesis Zuzana Jílková Abstract The Diploma Thesis entitled "Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission" presents an analysis of the concept of the "neighbour" in the individual procedures to grant a planning permission under the Building Act, namely the planning permission proceedings, the summary planning permission proceedings, the planning consent issuance, the conclusion of a public contract and the regulatory plan issuance. Procedural rights of the neighbour are analysed in detail. The neighbour, in its capacity as an interested person, may actively use these rights and thereby influence the course and outcome of the proceedings. The thesis focuses primarily on the planning permission proceedings and objections which neighbours may raise against the construction project under the conditions set out in the Building Act. The aim of the thesis is to create an image of the neighbour by means of an analysis of the various procedures and to outline the problematic aspects of the current legislation regarding in particular the defence before the administrative courts in the simplified procedures. Časové posouzení využití zdvihacích mechanismů v pozemním stavitelství / Time Assessment of Lifting Mechanisms Efficiency in Civil EngineeringŠtěrba, Martin Unknown Date (has links)
The dissertation thesis deals with the time assessment of designed lifting mechanisms in monolithic constructions in Civil Engineering. The main reason for choosing this subject matter is a current trend in construction that in terms of administrative and housing construction tends to build monolithic buildings. Lifting mechanisms are crucial in such buildings nowadays. The efficiency of lifting mechanisms is often neglected in the preparatory phase of construction time schedules, which leads to inefficient capacity utilization of the machine. Nevertheless, this is directly related to meeting the agreed deadlines, which in turn leads to complications that often result in a considerable financial loss for the contractor. In order to solve this subject matter it was necessary to perform monitoring on an appropriate sample of constructions. In the case of this work it was a total of six buildings, four of which were further analysed. Furthermore, individual partial construction processes requiring tower crane operation were analysed. A time assessment methodology including a proposal of possible prioritization of selected activities has been developed. Based on the knowledge gained from the monitoring of the buildings as well as from the analysis of individual items, a simulation model was developed. This model mathematically and graphically evaluates the ability of the designed tower crane to serve a given number of partial construction processes within a specified evaluation section in which the smallest evaluated section equals to one work shift. The benefit of this work is to enable efficient deployment of the tower crane in the preparatory phase of construction. Another benefit is also a prompt operative assessment of the load of the tower crane by a works foreman within a given shift. This should lead to a more efficient deployment of tower cranes during construction and as a consequence it should result in keeping the agreed terms. This is closely associated
