The Master´s thesis deals with the development of the construction order during its realization. This thesis contains the necessary theoretical inputs that are focused on explaining the concepts of construction company, construction order and progress in building industry. It is based on theoretical inputs that have been taken to a case study that deals with the development of selected construction order during its life stage - realization. Case study contains the characteristics of the selected construction company, financial analysis, development process of construction order and draft of the measures to improve the processing of construction order.

The diploma thesis deals with foundations of a new learning and research center of the Charles University. Goal is economical and secure design of geotechnical structures. In this thesis, has been used less known technology of deep foundations. The author points to the diversity of utilization, such as sealing wall, anchored and unanchored sheeting, columns designed to influence tension and pressure. For the static calculation have been used programs Scia Engineer and Geo5 v19. Part of this thesis the technological process of technology of the soil improvement by DSM.

The aim of this master’s thesis is comparing prices of building materials wi-thin the building structure in Czech Republic with prices in Poland. The first, theo-retical, part describes differences among the construction classifications and pri-ces. At the end of this theoretical part is written about price calculation of building materials. Specifically about creations of that calculations and comparing between Poland and Czech Republic. The second part is concentrated on created budget and mainly on his bill of materials. The result part is made by comparing of chosen building material pri-ces..

In my thesis I aim on design of front loader, which is most adapted to human operator. Human needs, repairman needs and requirements of civilization are fully respected. Loader is designed for near future.

This diploma thesis deals with issues of marketing planning in a construction company. Theoretical basis is then applied to a certain construction company which is KALAB-stavebni firma company. The thesis includes strengths and weaknesses of the company and a specific marketing plan for the following year.

This thesis analyses and evaluates the placement of buildings according to the building code. The thesis has two parts: in the theoretical part, it describes the building code and basic concepts related to the placement of buildings, and analyses the forms of planning permission in detail. Since the issue of the placement of buildings is quite extensive, it is the thesis deals with the exceptions of buildings situation rules more in detail, namely with Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. The second, practical part, shows the procedure of proceedings these exceptions on three examples from Brno-venkov region. At the end of the thesis, goals and results of the work are evaluated.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of selected leading economic indicators and the real situation that occurred in the Czech Republic between May 2010 and April 2018. With the help of econometric models using the Pearson correlation coefficient and Granger’s causality, this thesis compares the difference between expected development of economic situation and reality for selected indicators. Namely the number of new construction orders, issued building permits, retail sales and the development of the exchange rate of Czech crown against the euro. The result of econometric models showed that expectations regarding the development of economic situation do not correlate significantly with the real situation in the Czech Republic.

The risks and the insurance contract is described in connection with the building project.Part of the thesis analyzes the selected insurance companies operating on the Czechmarket. The practical part is concerned with case studies of selected business entity and the building project with the subsequent evaluation and recommendations.

This diploma thesis concentrates on approved inspector's activities and protection of the concerned persons' rights especially from the perspective of jurisprudence. Original intention of the legislator was to unburden the builders and building Authorities by introducing the possibility to use the authorised persons' services. That person was located on the border of private and public law. This status was not defined correctly by the lawmaker and it resulted in many legal disputes. It was necessary to react by adoption of the complex amendment. Aim of the thesis is to analyze the legislation and to pronounce if the original intention of the legislator was fulfilled. Also to proposese changes for the future legislation.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the characteristic of banks and its role in the economy of the Czech Republic, the introduction of core bank activities and products as well as analysis of significant bank products, such as building savings. The first part presents the functioning of bank system, the central bank and commercial banks. The second part deals with the principles of building savings, development and evaluation of the most important changes in building savings in the Czech Republic. In this thesis is also comparison of the building saving in Germany, Austria and the Slovak Republic, and there is outlined potential future development of building savings in the Czech Republic. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings about the role of banks with special focus on the analysis of building savings.
