This thesis deals with the revitalization of the historic building of the former wine cellars in Prague Troja, in an area called Podhoří. Part of the revitalization is the evaluation of the current unused land. The search part of us through the problems associated with building surveys and analyzes that are needed in the pre-project phase. Based on the findings of the exploratory part is made a comprehensive analysis of the object and the surrounding area. The analysis consists not only in its own on-site investigation and its immediate surroundings, but also finding historical accounts about the object and in the literature. On the basis of these analyzes the historical buildings and construction and construction-technical survey of the building. The work is finished design studies for the new use of the premises, which should serve the general public.

Diploma thesis deals with the construction technical survey of the technical condition of the economic object. The aim of the thesis is the implementation of construction technical survey of the technical condition of the economic object in the town of Velká Bíteš and detect visible defects on the object (using sensory methods) and the identification of the causes and subsequent proposal for remedial measures. First, in the theoretical part of the work, are defined the buildings, their longevity and failure of building structures, then the theoretical part of the work describes individual elements that make up the construction technical survey. In the second part of the work, in the practical part, is first executed construction technical survey of selected economic object. The practical part of the thesis contains the draft of further reconstruction work with their gross valuation. Diploma thesis includes a photographic and video documentation.

The thesis discusses the proposed renewal timbered buildings located in the village Huslenky in Beskydy. The work contains all the currently available information on the previous use of the building's construction and historical development. It was created basic design documentation and construction was carried out technical survey (hereafter STP) to determine all possible structural failure or attack decaying insects and fungi. The results are shown using STP sketches, tables and possibly supplemented with photographs. Subsequently procedures are specified redevelopment of the building. The work also contains proposals variant recovery log houses. Option Cabins use as a family chat for occasional recreation is elaborated in detail, according to the wishes of the owners.

First, the work processed information about the building's history and its condition. Following the focus of the object and the status of wooden construction and individual elements. Thesis tries to reveal more information about wooden historical constructions of the water mill and to assess their condition. The dilapidated water mill in Křtiny began to be gradually restored after transfer to a private ownership. Only a few records was known about the history of this interesting building. The aim of the thesis was dendrochronological dating and anatomical identification of the wooden constructions, completed by searching all available literature sources concerning the studied buildings. The priority of building-technical survey was to determine the degree and extent of damage of the individual wooden elements using visual assessment and non-destructive methods. Dendrochronological dating shows that the roof construction was build after 1913. The wooden constructions on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor were dated to the end of the 1920s and the beginning of the 1930s. Plank flooring was dated to the period after 1863. The oldest surviving construction located in the adjacent shed was dated to 1781/1782. The results of building-technical survey shows relatively good condition of wooden elements, however, the ceiling on the 3rd floor should be checked in regular intervals where water leaking was observed. Given that almost no historical sources was found the work brought new information about the development of the water mill. Moreover, necessary preventive inspections were recommended to preserve the historic value of the building.

The aim of this thesis is to create a detailed documentation of the historic granary in Miroslav and supplementation this documentation on structural and technical research. The granary was built in the Baroque period and is among the cultural monuments. The main impulse preparation of documentation was extensive damage and causation of damage of wooden structures and efforts to save the entire building with an emphasis on preserving historical values. In the first step in the preliminary research were identified the dimensions of the elements of the structure, the type truss system was determined. Further survey focused on determining the extent and causes of damage. Finally, the repair option and further use of granary was considered.

The work is focused on structural and technical exploration of contribution granary in Zábřeh. Granary is among the cultural monuments. The survey was focused on how to determine the current state of the object.The task was to identify and locate the fault and the scope of individual damage wood and truss construction. The survey was carried out using sensory methods. Component of this work is to propose the best use of the granaries in the future.The result of the survey is a complete technical report STP about the physical condition of the wooden structure and roof, with a proposal for remedial measures. The second output is a proposal for the use of granaries with regard to cultural heritage.

The thesis is focused on the current status of the object and propose possible ways to restore the house. The result is the project documentation of the old and new status. The building was carried out construction-technical survey, whose output is a description of the current state of the object. The result is a draft of the new layout of the house in combination with a modern approach and total budget of input materials.
