Vi tillämpar en analysmodell vars syfte är att kritiskt granska, förståproblembilden bakom representationen av problemen som är underförstådda i styrmedel. Vihar utfört en dokumentstudie där vi har kritiskt granskat Skolverkets allmänna råd - arbetemed studie- och yrkesvägledning (2013) med hjälp av Bacchis (2009) teori och metod“What’s the problem represented to be”. Syftet är att undersöka på vilket sätt Skolverkets allmännaråd- arbete med studie och yrkesvägledning (2013) representerar norm och normkritik samt vilkadilemman som uppstår i representationen. Genom att anamma ett konstruktivistiskt ochnormkritiskt perspektiv försöker vi att förstå representationen av norm och normkritik och vadsom händer där emellan.
