<p>The purpose of this report is to examine various roof structures that can operate in a warehouse with large spans. The building that is examined in the report is currently under construction, and the roof construction has already been selected. The selected roof system will therefore be compared with some other structures and materials that have been possible. The report will evaluate three different frame materials, two insulating barriers and two overlaying materials. Another important part in major construction projects is the roof safety. We have therefore chosen to examine the method used in this construction, and other alternative methods that are common when building flat roof constructions. The conclusion shows that the cost often is the determining factor in choosing the materials, therefore is the TRP-sheet the most appropriate choice of bearing materials. The square meter cost varies between the different materials, so when it’s a big roof the difference in cost varies a lot. Another advantage of TRP-sheet is the low weight in comparison to other bearing materials. In the selection of other materials used in the roof structure, the price also has a crucial part.</p> / <p>Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka olika takkonstruktioner som kan användas vid en lagerbyggnad med stora spännvidder. Byggnaden som undersöks i rapporten är just nu under uppbyggnad och takkonstruktionen har redan valts. Slutsatsen visar att då kostnaden oftast är det avgörande vid val av material, därför är TRP-plåt det mest lämpliga valet till bärande material. Kvadratmeterkostnaden skiljer sig mycket mellan de olika materialen, så vid ett stort tak blir skillnaden i totalkostnad stor. En annan fördel med TRP-plåt är dess låga vikt i jämförelse med övriga bärande material. Vid val av övriga material som ingår i takkonstruktionen har priset även där en avgörande roll.</p>
