Korelati sportsko-rekreativnih interesovanja odraslih

<p>U radu je iz andrago&scaron;kog ugla sagledan pojam interesovanja, različite klasifikacije, karakteristike, kao i činioci i razvoj interesovanja. Takođe je analiziran pojam sportsko-rekreativnih aktivnosti, a poseban osvrt dat je na značaj bavljenja sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima kod odraslih. Razmatrane su teorije koje predstavljaju moguća teorijska polazi&scaron;ta u radu. To su: Teorija interesovanja zasnovana na interakciji individue i okruženja (person-object theory of interest, POI), Teorija samoodređenja (SElf &ndash;determination Theory) i samorazvoj i samoefikasnot u kontekstu interesovanja odraslih.<br />Osnovni cilj istraživanja sastojao se u ispitivanju uticaja pojedinih činilaca na sportsko-rekreativna interesovanja odraslih. Ovako formulisan cilj podrazumeva utvrđivanje veza i odnosa između ličnih (pol, godine, psihofizičko stanje, zadovoljstvo fizičkim izgledom) i situacionih varijabli (socijalni status, vrsta fakulteta, demografsko poreklo, uticaj drugih osoba, infrastruktura, uticaj nastvanika fizičkog vaspitanja), varijabli odgovora (samoefikasnost, motivacija i bavljenje fizičkim aktivnostima u detinjstvu) i teorijskih varijabli (znanja o adekvatnosti intenziteta fizičkih aktivnostim i uravnotežene ishrane na psihofizičko stanje organizma i znanja o značaju koji sport i rekreacija imaju za zdravlje) s jedne strane i sportsko-rekreativnih interesovanja, sa druge strane, kao i ukazivanje na značaj ovih nalaza za andragogiju slobodnog vremena i sportsku pedagogiju.<br />Rezulati istraživanja ukazuju da od organizmičkih varijabli postoji značajan efekat pola i procene psihofizičkog stanja, dok starost i zadovoljstvo fizičkim izgledom nisu ostvarili značajan efekat. Kada je reč o stimulus varijablama, postoji značajan samo efekat vrste fakulteta, dok ostali prediktori (procena materijalnog statusa, dostupnost infrastrukture, veličina mesta odrastanja, mesto stanovanja tokom studiranja, vrsta fakulteta i uticaj drugih osoba na početak bavljenja sportom) nisu ostvarili značajan efekat. Kada je u pitanju povezanost između bavljenja fizičkim aktivnostima u detinjstvu i samoefikasno&scaron;ću odraslih sa sportsko-rekreativnim interesovanjima, rezultati pokazuju da postoji značajan efekat učestalosti bavljenja fizičkim aktivnostima u detinjstvu, dok ostali prediktori (samoefikasnost, motivacija za bavljenje sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima, početak bavljenja sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima u detinjstvu, zadovoljstvo bavljenjem sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima u detinjstvu) su se pokazali kao varijable odgovora koje nisu ostvarile značajan efekat. Značajno je napomenuti da je na osnovu analize struktrue motiva za sportsko-rekreativna interesovanja, prema očekivanjima, dobijeno da motiv &ldquo;održavanja i pobolj&scaron;anja zdravlja&rdquo; predstvalja primarni motiv u strukturi za sportsko-rekreativna interesovanja odraslih. Ispitivanjem uticaja teorijskih varijabli, dobijeno je da znanja o fizičkim aktivnostima u dana&scaron;nje vreme ne utiču na interesovanja za sportsko-rekreativne aktivnosti, odnosno ova nezavisna varijabla ne ostvaruje efekat na zavisnu varijablu sportsko-rekreativna interesovanja odraslih. Ispitivanjem finalnog modela iz svake grupe varijabli izdvojene su one koje ostvaruju značajne efekte. Analizom dobijenih rezultata utvrđeno je da su nezavisne varijable pol i procena psihofizičkog stanja odraslih, kao i učestalost bavljenja fizičkim aktivnostima u detinjstvu dominantni prediktori sportsko-rekreativnih interesovanja odraslih.<br />Korelacije između informisanosti u oblasti sporta i praćenja sportskih događaja i tri nivoa fizičkih aktivnosti su niske, pri čemu je značajna korelacija samo između informisanosti i praćenja sporta i učestalo&scaron;ću bavljenja intenzivnom aktivno&scaron;ću. Ukupni skor na fizičkim aktivnostima je, takođe, značajno povezan sa informisano&scaron;ću odraslih u oblasti sporta i praćenju sportskih događaja. Prilikom ispitivanja uticaja nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja na početak bavljenja sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima u odnosu sa trenutnim fizičkim aktivnostima odraslih, dobijeno je da procena uticaja nastavnika na početak bavljenja sportom nije značajno povezana sa sportsko-rekreativnim interesovanjima odrasliih. Rezultati pokazuju da postoji značajna korelacija samo u odnosu na informisanost odraslih u oblasti sporta i praćenje sportskih događaja, dok povezanost sa fizičkom aktivno&scaron;ću nije značajna.<br />Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na značaj promocije zdravog životnog stila i celoživotne fizičke aktivnosti. Takođe neophodno je povećati uticaj &scaron;kole i nastavnika fizičkog vaspitanja, pre svega kroz planove i programe za Osnovne i Srednje &scaron;kole, ali i kroz ponovno uvođenje fizičkog vaspitanja na fakultete. Uz pedago&scaron;ki optimizam i veru u vaspitanje i obrazovanje sportsko-rekreativna interesovanja mogu da budu aktivirana u detinjstvu i zadržana do odraslog doba.</p>

Topic: Physical literacy Goals: The aproximation of physical literacy, collection and evaluation questionnaires of physical literacy knowledge and students anamnesis. Description of applicants progress in the specific movement skills. Method: Unified questionnaires was used for obtaining informations. We make video for movement analysis. Results: The results didn't obtain our expectation that students are able to express precisely the content of physical literacy by specific skills. However, they have expected attitude to early specialization in sport that is not important in all kind of sport. Finally, the applicants have moved forward to their movement skills. Hodnocení tělesných parametrů studentů v průběhu studia pomocí bioelektrické impedance

Crucial goal of this diploma thesis was to study nourishment issues of students at Czech Universities and compare results with figures taken from central Europe location. Further objectives were to characterize segments of human body, select risk parameters and characterize the method of bioelectric impedance. In practical part of this thesis was made analysis, which showed changes of the students' body composition during their studies at Mendel University. Measuring were made by bioelectric impendance using Bodystat QuadScan 4000. Analysis took place from the beginning of March 2013 to the end of September 2013. Students undertook three measurements, which were compared afterwards. Mainly were observed changes in Body Mass Index, Waist Hip Ratio, weight, fat content, amount of active body mass, water capacity and water separation to extracellular and intracellular. In between first, second and third (3/2013, 5/2013, 9/2013) measurements, were not proven any statistic differences (p > 0,05) in observed corporal parameters. Practical part includes also questionnaires, which were made in order to find out students' eating habits, physical ability and presence of illnesses in their family. Last point of the practical part is students' diet evaluation in Fit Line program, there were discovered preferences of groups of food, energy distribution and nutritive composition of each meal measured during one day. Statistically conclusive difference of saccharids (p < 0,05) was detected in all meal portions. Obtained date, were evaluated in Microsoft Excel 2010 and Statistika Cz, version 12.

The evaluation of three qualitative, two quantitative researches compared with secondary data led to the proposal of general model "model of seven steps". It also led to the recommendations for preparation of marketing strategies for Czech public universities towards foreign institutions.
