Singulární chování Hartreeho-Fockových rovnic / Singular Behavior of the Hartree-Fock Equations

Uhlířová, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
The non-linear Hartree-Fock (HF) equations are usually solved via the iterative self-consistent field method. However, there is no a priori guarantee of convergence, especially in systems with strong electron correlation where symmetry breaking occurs. This work focuses on closed- shell systems in the HF approximation and the (in)stability of the found solutions, and proposes new deterministic methods for the localization of both symmetry-adapted and broken symmetry solutions. We employ a perturbative method and show how one can always obtain a symmetry-adapted solution of the HF equations. We also determine the radius of convergence, related to the existence of at least one bound state, of the perturbative series. Next, we rederive the matrix of stability and adapt it to spin and orbital symmetry. Calculation of higher energy variations follows, first in terms of spin-orbitals and then orbitals. Motivated by the investigation of the structure of a broken-symmetry solution, we propose a new deterministic method for the localization of a broken-symmetry solution. The general expressions are verified by reformulating the stability conditions for simple cases. The proposed methods are successfully applied to helium-, beryllium- and neon-like systems.

Dynamické narušení symetrie v modelech se silnými yukawovskými interakcemi / Dynamical symmetry breaking in models with strong Yukawa interactions

Beneš, Petr January 2012 (has links)
Title: Dynamical symmetry breaking in models with strong Yukawa in- teractions Author: Petr Beneš Department: Institute of Theoretical Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University Supervisor: Ing. Jiří Hošek, DrSc., Department of Theoretical Physics, Nu- clear Physics Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Repub- lic Abstract: The primary aim of the thesis is to explore the possibility of spon- taneous symmetry breaking by strong Yukawa dynamics. Tech- nically, the symmetry is assumed to be broken by formation of symmetry-breaking parts of both the scalar and the fermion prop- agators, rather than by the scalar vacuum expectation values. The idea is first introduced on an example of a toy model with the underlying symmetry being an Abelian one and later applied to a realistic model of electroweak interaction. In addition, the thesis also deals with some more general, model-independent is- sues, applicable not only to the discussed model of strong Yukawa dynamics, but to a wider class of models with dynamical mass generation. First of these issues is the problem of fermion flavor mixing in the presence of fermion self-energies with a general mo- mentum dependence. It is in particular shown how to define the CKM matrix in such models and argued that it can come out in principle...

Symetrie náhodných vektorů / Symmetry of random vectors

Říha, Adam January 2021 (has links)
In this thesis we introduce the spherical, central, angular, halfspace and regression symmetry of random vectors and their measures. Firstly we deal with their mutual relations and equivalent expressions. We also study the uniqueness of the center of individual symmetries and other interesting properties. Then we define the halfspace, projection, spatial and regression multidimensional median and show their properties. Finally we look at the relationships between these medians and symmetric distributions. 1

Hodnocení efektu terapie skoliózy pomocí software SCODIAC 2.3 / Evaluation of treatment in scoliosis using software SCODIAC 2.3

Šonská, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
Although scoliosis is defined as a deviation of the spine in the frontal plane above 10ř according to Cobb, the spine is deformed in three planes. The chest is also affected at the same time. The most common type is idiopathic scoliosis, which has multifactorial etiopathogenesis. The thesis summarizes available information on kinesiology of the spine, classification of idiopathic scoliosis, its incidence, etiology, diagnostics, treatment and specific physiotherapeutic exercises. The practical part is devoted to assessing the symmetry of the patient's torso from the photographic documentation of the posture by SCODIAC 2.3. Indices evaluating hull asymmetry from the back or front (POTSI, ATSI) result from mathematical calculation. The smaller the number, the more symmetrical the posture. Correlation of POTSI index and Cobb angle is explored. 20 patients (18 girls and 2 boys) with idiopathic scoliosis up to 47ř according to Cobb aged between 7 to 18 years were selected for the study. All patients were subjected to anamnestic data collection, kinesiology analysis and a questionnaire. The results were statistically processed. SCODIAC software is one of the options offered to evaluate torso asymmetry and assess posture changes after therapy. It acts as a feedback for a physiotherapist and motivates...

Hodnocení stability, senzomotoriky a symetrie u fotbalistů po operaci LCA pomocí přístroje MFT S3 / Evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of football players after ACL reconstruction by MFT S3 tool

Otto, Šimon January 2014 (has links)
Theme: Evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of football players after ACL reconstruction by MFT S3 tool. Student: Bc. Simon Otto Supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, PhD. Aims: The aim of the diploma thesis is evaluation of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry of chosen group of football players (n=4) after ACL injury by MFT S3 check test. Methodology: The level of stability, sensorimotor and symmetry was measured by MFT S3 tool and then evaluated with activities during the recondition season. Results: The study proved that some activities are more or less suitable for development of stability and sensorimotor. The biggest positive effect had special workouts aimed for tight muscles and the knee joint. The lowest values were measured after the run and football trainings when the stability and the sensorimotor were impaired. The values were higher in sagittal plane due the preferable sagittal movement used during the football matches. It is important to realize that the recondition process is needs to be lead individually for every athlete after ACL surgery because there is not any universal methodological procedure. Key words: Stability, sensorimotor, symmetry, injury, knee, ACL, football, recondition.

Hodnocení úrovně stability u atletů v kategorii staršího žactva pomocí přístroje MFT S3 Check / Evaluation of stability level of athletes (14-15 years) by MFT S3 Check

Javůrková, Jana January 2016 (has links)
Theme: Evaluation of stability level of athletes (14-15 years) by MFT S3 Check Aims: The aim of this diploma thesis is evaluation of stability level, sensomotor and pose symmetry of both-limb posture by MFT S3 Check system at a selected group of children attending an athletic club. I used the comparison of values between a group of girls and boys. Methodology: The level of stability, sensomotor and pose symmetry was measured in the course of the race season. The data was measured by MFT S3 Check system and further one leg stand test was used. Measurment was supplemented with a questionnaire survey. I used the comparison of values between a group of girls and boys Results: In the test MFT S3 Check the girls achieved above-average evaluation in the index values and stability sensomotorics than boys, who were evaluated in the test below average. The sum of the average values of divergences from the ideal ratio at both monitored levels were lower by 0.15 at boys. There was proved a medium dependence of body weight and BMI values on the level of stability. Shoe size, incidence of ankle injuries, nor the results of the one leg stand test had no impact on the level of stability. Key words: senzomotor, stability, symmetry, 14-15 years, athletics, testing

Vliv symetrie účesu na atraktivitu ženské tváře / An effect of the hairstyle symmetry on the female face attractiveness

LAPEŠOVÁ, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with the effect of the hairstyle symmetry on the female face attractiveness. The aim of the thesis is to experimentally find out the possible relationship between the hairstyle symmetry and the attractiveness of the female face. To map out the views of attractiveness, an online questionnaire was submitted to the respondents of both sexes to evaluate female faces with a symmetrical and asymmetric hairstyles. A total of 56 images were created, which were evaluated by the respondents in terms of attractiveness on the scale of 1-10. Most respondents slightly favored the symmetrical hairstyles, only one sample of male respondents slightly favored the asymmetric hairstyles. Since the difference in symmetrical and asymmetric variations was not statistically significant in any case, it is possible to claim that the symmetry of the hairstyle does not affect the attractiveness of the female face.

Lafaye, Rémi 11 May 1998 (has links) (PDF)

B0 -> J/Psi K0s où le J/Psi, se désintègre en mode leptonique. Sont étudiés : l'efficacité

Robbe, Patrick 18 April 2002 (has links) (PDF)

de mauvais signe (B -> D X).
